I can't express enough gratitude for the incredible customer service I received from Essary Powersports! They had been trouble shooting an issue with my side by side and they truly went above and beyond to help me out. My family are snowbirds and didn't know who to trust down here. Essary blew us away. Good people, good service.

Walked into Essary yesterday asking for tips on trouble shooting why my headlights weren't coming on... they were more than happy to help answer questions! These are some of the most HUMBLE people I've ever met in this industry. I will be bringing my repairs/needs to you!

This place along with the technician- Tim deserves a lot of recognition.I m a complete noob to the off-road UTV community. Im coming from automotive and diesel side as a profession. I decided to take on a project RZR that I bought a while back to get running again. I had a ton of questions and wanted an opinion on my clutches after they sat exposed outside for a while. Tim was able to take them apart, clean them up very well like brand new with almost no wear present and billed a very reasonable price for it. Everything else I was able to DIY with the help of Tim.I called for a question about an engine installation step. Tim was very straightforward, thorough and extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate it a ton. I definitely will recommend to everyone that needs a reliable and very knowledgeable UTV shop.Thank you Tim and Essary Powersports!

Update: two years later we have changed the oil at half the recommended schedule. The rebuilt engine by Essary burns about a quart every 200 miles and is smoking out the tail pipe. We are finally going to retire our side by side because even with the rebuilt engine it is no longer reliable. We will never return to this place for service.Update: At just under 200 miles the new belt that Essary installed shredded. I called expecting that they would either refund or replace the belt, but was told that they would not do anything for me. Too bad. We thought we had found a place that we could trust to service our Yamaha. After being in the corporate world for years, and then co-owning a successful business for 15 years, I am surprised to see a company that handles things in this manner. Instead we were given the number for the company that made the belt and told that we would have to deal with it ourselves. We still need front tires for our Yamaha, along with upgrades that we have planned, but we will not be taking our Yamaha back to Essary.Just had our Yamaha Rhino 660 engine rebuilt with these guys. After a few quotes elsewhere, we decided to have Essary do the work. Not only d in the past and they did a good job. They not only came in with the lowest estimate, but in the end they beat their estimate. They also used upgraded parts, so the rebuild should last. We were very pleased and now that we have put about 20 hours in the rebuild and are ready to change the oil for the first time, I am confident to say that they have done a great job.

Took our brand new rims for our Atv in yesterday, to be put on our tires - and came back with scratches on the inside of hub on two (from their machine) and then multiple gouges on one the face of another wheel.! These were nice looking brand new rims! Owner gave us 50 bucks - for the damage - but be careful with your good stuff when u take it here! InspectService: Tires

First had to wait 3 weeks till I got my bike back, but that s understandable being that they were backed up. I was quoted $840 but ended up paying $950. Shockingly my bike stalled 4 time on my five minute ride back to my house but I know if I take it back they will charge me more so I hope it gets better. The worst part is two days later I noticed that my wind deflector, that s part of the windshield, was broken. The top of it was clean off. I looked it up online and I could get some used ones for $120 but right now I really don t feel I should pay for that. I didn t bother calling them as I m sure they would not own up to it, or they would have done so upon me picking the bike up. The bike does sound better and they fixed my tire I think, I ll find out later; but I don t know how they are treating their costumers property. Be prepared for anything I guess. 2 Stars rating.*Update* I was contacted by the owner and he explained why the motorcycle was stalling due to the air filter. He sincerely wanted to help resolve the mechanical issues that I had with the motorcycle. As of right now the motorcycle has stopped stalling. As for the broken wind deflector he claims it was already broken upon arrival. I do believe him but it s hard to say what really happened. It may have been broken by myself or kids and just not noticed but I ll just never know. All in all the owner genuinely cares about his business and I feel his prices are fair. If I need another repair on this motorcycle I will more than likely go back to him.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Great shop! Essary Powersports not only completed my requested work but also found a problem that could have harmed my motorcycle and left me stranded. I went to two other big name local shops...one wouldn't work on a Victory they only work on HD. The other shop made me feel like my needs were petty. I got new brakes and rotor and the work was done fast and professional. I highly recommend. I will come back for future needs.

Great Customer Service! Called on Saturday the 27 to inquire about having a particle separator installed. Was told to bring it on Monday and it probably won t be done till the following week as they are very busy. With that said, it was dropped off on Monday the 1st and got a call on Wednesday the 3rd that it was done. Job done was very clean and works as expected. Staff was knowledgeable with the multiple questions I had. Highly recommend Essary for your any of your off road needs! Will use them again without question! Thanks for the service!

Super honest, professional, no nonsense business. I took my rhino for repairs. They fixed it in the exact time frame they said it would take. Never tried to upsell me in fact they even showed me how to fix something on my own to avoid coming in. Highly recommend this place. Oh and customer service is exceptional. No hassle and very polite and professional young lady at the front desk with a lot of ATV knowledge. This will be my go to place from now on. Nobody matches them.Service: Engine repair

Great service. Recommend to anyone. I have previously gone to a different shop on Pacific and the service was slow and I mean real slow and I was skeptical to take my motorcycle anywhere then but I need wheels and Essary Powersports did an amazing job. Pre-paid the wheels and had them ordered, the tires came in the following day and had them installed and ready to go the following afternoon. This is my go to for any service from now on. Thank you guys!

I dropped off my suzuki 400 quad on a Monday to get the carburetor fully serviced plus to do a valve adjustment and to do a basic inspection off all the fluids, tire psi, hoses, etc...and by that Friday it was ready for me to pick it up before the Fourth of July weekend. It's been 2 weeks later and she still rides great! This company is awesome and I'm glad i took my business with them. Kinda makes u wonder why they are out competing the rest! They are extremely knowledgeable and A.J. is the tech I dealt with. He knows his stuff!! If I could vote to 10 stars I would. Their prices are very reasonable for the work they do. Remember u are also paying for their expertise! Thank u Essary Powersports!

Broke my engine kicker down at the dunes late Friday night and called early Saturday morning hoping that by chance they had a part for my yz450 so my weekend wasn t done. Called up and they had the part off of a bike he was fixing up in the back. He sold me the used part and I was back in business. Impresses that he thought outside the box to get me back in the game. He was also very patient helping me understand what part I needed. Thanks guys.

New to the area after having retired and traveling for about 3 years, my wife and I moved here from Minnesota. Where I for most of my life have worked in the transportation industry. Running a hd engine machine shop and teaching auto mechanics.Unfortunately my motorcycle a Yamaha 1100 Classic had suffered from being in storage while we traveled. So from at first not running, to barely running at all I needed help with the machine.I admit I had the motorcycle into another shop first and for their part they did get it running but it just was not right and after taking it back several times it just did not get any better. So I had all but given up on my poor old bike when I told my wife I was going to take to this place we drive by a lot coming and going form the foothills. This turned into one of the best decisions of my life!I had left the motorcycle off having agreed upon a price for diagnostics. So I get a call from one of the techs at Essary PowerSports telling me what he had found.I was impressed with the techs knowledge as soon as we spoke and he not only had isolated my issues but when I, and here comes my back round in the industry again, I asked questions he made a strong case for the repairs needed. Even assuring me the money spent would be well worth it.In a timely fashion the tech made said repairs and he was right I have my BABY back. The bike runs as good as the first day I bought it! They even managed to put back the little idiosyncrasies the bike had from new..... And when I paid the bill they had in store an additional surprise. The bill came to less than I had been quoted. So If your looking for a great repair shop be it motorcycles to your biggest 4 wheel sports vehicles, I as a professional can say taking you business to Essary PowerSports will be one of the best decisions you ever make!Thank You again for the wonderful service guys. I look forward to working with you for years to come. One Very Happy Customer.Mark Benton

Took way to long to get my bike back. Sat there for 3 weeks just to get my carbs synced and install turn signals. I was very patient but it seem like they didn't care and didn't take me serious. They mentioned there was other things wrong with the carbs even tho I had recently got those rebuild.. I just wanted to get my bike outta there so I didn't even care that they over charged me. Just go to the other shop on pacific At least they take care of their customers.Reply edit: Alot of aftermarket parts? It was just two turn signals and a rear brake light. I had asked for a speedometer as well and the mechanic was very straight forward and said it wasn't doable. And if my bike being uncommon was an issue then you guys could've recommended me someone who was experienced with these "uncommon bikes".

We went to get a stone chip in our windshield of our truck filled so it wouldn't fracture further. It was a rainy day and they took the truck into their garage to dry the windshield and fill the chip. It took a little time, but not enough chairs to sit and wait. They were friendly and we were glad to get it fixed. It's been so cold we didn't want to take the chance of it fracturing in this cold, wet weather we're experiencing right now.

I took my motorcycle back in 2017 but my review somehow got deleted. I had my tires replaced on my 2005 zx10. Once the job was done I drove my motorcycle home. Once I got home I noticed that my drive chain was to fall off. I m surprised I made it home. I had to tighten my drive chain myself. Just use caution if you do decide to take your bike to them.

I dropped off my RZR XP 1000 because it would not idle. It ended up being a fuel pump, they checked everything else over and fixed it up like new. Took it out on an 80 mile ride this last weekend ran awesome.

These guys are vacation savers! We came over from Houston to ride the desert with friends and my wife was having a hard time with her CRF150R as she's new to riding and the clutch was a challenge. We pulled in to look at quads and ended up leaving with a Rekluse clutch for her bike. Great guys, very helpful, and you can tell the genuinely cared about what was best for the customer not just for their bottom line. Thanks Essary Powersports, you guys rock and my wife loves her bike now!!!

3 weeks out, but no appointments?? They expect customers to leave their vehicles in their parking lot to be home for cats and bake in the sun until they get around to your project. No thanks!
