Took my flatbed trailer in for brakes and wiring for the trailer lights. They got everything done and up to working order. In my opinion, very reasonable price for what was done.

Got me in for an alignment for cheap with a dodge 2500 megacab most alignment shops wont touch (pep boys) as its too long or want more cause it has a 4 inch lift (big O). Professionals, quick, Patriotic Americans!

My engine light came on so I took my truck in. It only took the mechanics an hour to determine nothing was wrong. Good job guys.

I do NOT recommend this shop. I came in and explained the problem I was having with my vehicle and was totally ignored. I took my vehicle next door to Custom Exhaust Systems,,, they listened and diagnosed the problem, they told me they didn't have the 1Ton lift, so Ed's should have no problem to lift and repair for me. Custom told me what to explain to Ed's. Ed's Tires totally ignored me. They wasted my time, they said they found nothing, and cleaned debris, that is NOT what I came in for!!! What a piece of work!!!!! I called CFNA and told them to remove Ed's from their referral list. I returned to Custom Exhaust next door and three guys plus the Manager stopped what they were doing an assisted me and repaired my vehicle by crawling under the vehicle since Ed's refused to use their lift. I told Ed's they did not address the problem,,and showed him the problem again,,, he just kicked my tail pipe!!! No thanks Ed's Whitehead Tires,,,,you have no customer service at all....

As others have said, AMAZING customer service! Not only did they take the time to diagnose a pesky tire leak that was missed by another service station, they did it quickly and offered to look at it while I waited.This was all without an appointment! I ve rarely felt as welcomed as I do whenever I go there.They ve earned my ongoing business and in my opinion, you should give them yours as well.

What an experience!! I had a unique situation where I have 26inch rims and needed a tire replaced. Rene at Ed Whiteheads got me taken care of, as they were the only company in Yuma that would even touch the job. I wanted to tip the gentlemen doing the actual job and Rene let me use his personal vehicle to drive to the ATM. Talk about above and beyond.

Called for rv resort onsite flat on inside dually change out with new tire. They had tire in stock, were here in less than an hour, professional, quick, cleaned up afterwards. Save yourself calling, i talked to 6 places after AAA said dually isnt covered on service. They wanted wait for tow. Call Eds!

i've been coming to get my car serviced at ed whitehead's tire pros on 4th ave for coming up on a year now. they were the only shop in town besides import specialists that agreed to work on my car, a volvo. if there has ever for some reason been a mistake or delay, they have made it right & then some. they are very kind to me as a woman as well, and don't treat me like im stupid or lesser. if i have ever not understood something, they have literally drawn it out for me. they explain the process of things to me and really make me feel comfortable. i am always welcomed and remembered there and that really shows their customer service is above & beyond. i've sat and waited in their lobby and seen other customers come in and theres always a kind greeting and they remember who they are and the work they have done on their car, so you see no one customer is getting special treatment. they have reasonable prices for all of their services and if you just look around, you can see all the deals and offers they have. i have to mention someone specifically, Rene, who mainly takes care of me when i come in. when i come in and see Rene, i know everythings gonna be alright because hes got my back! we're able to joke about how difficult my car can be and hes very understanding of any situation i find myself in.i've been to a few mechanic shops since i started driving 7 years ago and i don't think i'll be needing a new one! glad to support a great local business with great people!

It was alright. Some of the employees don't listen to what you say. Took 3 ppl to just check out a tier that was leaking. All but the last just put air in and didn't look at it. Number 4 came and did listen. No change for the valve stem to be replaced. That I thank him for so gave him the $8.00 as a tip for what it would have cost to replace it.

First off, this is a 5 star review. We bought 6 tires got our RV and were totally satisfied. This led us to have our tow vehicle serviced.After the service of my vehicle, some major damage occurred to my vehicle. Though upset about the damage, I was so very impressed that Ed Whitehead took ownership of the mistake and damage it caused. They took care of the repair entirely, including our rental car.Mistakes happen, this is a company that shows integrity when mistakes happen. I will gladly be a return customer.

I always go to the one on 4th Ave love this place l was told my another tire store l needed new tires went to Whitehead's 6,000 miles later still don't need new tires they saved me lots of money. I go by there when am going out of town they check my tires and everything else for free. I highly recommend them asked for Gonzo he is awesome!!

We can in off the street with a tire going flat. We didn't have an appointment. We were in and out in less than an hour. Our tire had a nail in it. The manager and staff were polite and very efficient! I highly recommend this business.

I went in due to my car not working properly. I was advised it was the ac clutch, then the compressor,... then I needed a battery... then I needed a alternator..then a valve. the ac is still not working. I took it to another mechanic and was advised all that did NOT needed to be done, it was simply the control fuse box... my car and ac still ain't right. Sent dispute to corporate. Horrible job! And took me for a costly repairs that weren't needed. I asked for my original parts, still till this day no call back and no parts. The girls there are rude as well.

This place is awesome. It's first come first serve so don't call. But they are really honest if they can take you and if it will take a long time. Management and personal are really nice.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this because of the outstanding customer service I received from Danny Quinonez yesterday. I was driving back to Phoenix from San Diego when my check engine light came on and I picked Ed Whitehead s Tire Pros because it was the first repair shop to come up on my phone. Although we arrived at 12:30 and we were informed that the techs were busy and they closed at 1, Danny very generously offered to bring his diagnostic computer to my car, hooked it up, and informed us that it was not a significant issue that we could deal with when we got home (200 miles away). When I insisted upon at least giving Danny $20 as a thank you he adamantly refused any money. Thank you Danny!

I had a tire coming apart. The service I got from Jesus was awesome!!!. It's probably the best customer service I've had in years. I wish more businesses treated their customers as well as I felt I was. I definitely will go back and I'll recommend you. Thank you again !

Great place. Gives out good coupons and they give clear explanations to want needs to be done. I just went in for an oil change and later on hit a nail. Brought it back the next day and they did it free of charge! Made my day!

My new semi truck tire repair guy in Yuma, Az. They mounted and dismounted 2 tires for $39. Great service and great price that's hard to beat in the transportation business.

Needed to get some ATV paddles taken off a set of wheels and put onto another set, Jose took care of me, in less than an hour and for no charge. Great shop!
