Running around last Friday, March 29th and got low tire indicator on our car. Happened to go by this store. Stopped to see if they could look at tire. Got us in right away. Told us to go eat as it was their customer appreciation day. Technician came out and told us car was ready. Went in to pay for tire repair. Counter person just told us to have a nice day. Everytime we asked about paying, he just kept saying that. No charge for plugging tire as there was a screw in it. Highly recommend and we will be back for our next service needed!!!

Stopped in while passing through town to get a screw removed from my tire and have it plugged. The staff got me all fixed up in a short amount of time (I didn't have an appointment) and they didn't even charge me! That's service that just doesn't happen nowadays. I wish I lived in the area so I could give them all of my tire business! They didn't just plug the hole either, they pulled the tire and patched and plugged the tire from the inside! Great work!

Great service, good advise! Will return for UTV tires. Big o tire up the road declined putting on a patch and also not wanting to install utv tires. Afraid of bead locks. GO TO WHITEHEAD'S IF YOU WANT IT DONE, AND DONE RIGHT! THANKS GUYS!

(18 wheeler) Could not have had a better experience here. Easy to find, easy park. Rapidly quick service for my alignment check by skilled techs who were also friendly. The best part; they confirmed that my truck was within spec rather than suggesting lots of repairs. That shows me that this is a shop you can trust. Pricing was very reasonable, too. Got a oil change and they fixed a tire sensor that Big O Tires told me I'd have to go to a GMC Dealer to get fixed. Saved me $$

Excellent service! Pulled in with our motorhome and tow vehicle..we were travelling and did not want to have to unhook. They accommodated our size immediately and fixed both a tire on the jeep and the valve on the motorhome dually. I highly recommend if you need tires this is the place to stop.

I found a screw lodged inside my tire, I've heard great things about Ed Whitehead's 32nds Street location and decided to try it out. The Tire Pros staff was extremely professional, they informed me that the screw had no dug deep enough to cause a problem.They then removed the screw and checked all my tires for wear and tire pressure. Awesome team.

Went in because my van was overheating. They said I had a leak in the radiator and would need a new one. Customer service was not great. They started my radiator late and no one checked in with me to let me know it was going to be there an extra 2 hours, even though I was sitting right in the waiting room. They did not attach my radiator correctly and it is loose. My van is still overheating. They failed to check the cooling fans and that seems to be the problem. I would not recommend them. The work was poor and they charged me over $1,300 to replace a radiator.

Ed's always takes care of me with tire troubles. They seem very professional and take care of my problems in a reasonable amount of time. Seems to be a lot of nails, screws, and road hazards in the Yuma area.

Great service, but the didn't reset the tire pressure sensor and said the car was ready to go. They did make it right but it took another 15 minutes.

Make an appt for A/C check. Just a 20 min wait. A/C WAS BLOWNING hot air. They checked it, did what they do, added a bit of freon and dye in case of leaks. Well going back today, hopefully they can figure it out before the 100 degree temps. Professional team. I like the old shows on TV.

Bill the service advisor was nice and helpful. The tech David was fantastic, I had to in set to my specs, zero on '18 Ram 3500 to correct outer front tire wear. They got me in immediately, and for a fair price. HIGHLY recommended. Truck drives fantastic.

Couldn't be any happier with my experience at Ed Whitehead's Tire Pros. I sought service here after a local dealership (which will remain nameless) charged me $90 for an alignment that resulted in tire rubbing that didn't previously exists! Albert Munoz at Ed's was very courteous, personable, and professional throughout our entire encounter. He got my truck serviced one day earlier than scheduled and even provided a discount since I essentially paid twice for the same service. Thanks to the excellent work of Roman Silva & Bobby Hill, my alignment issues have been resolved! Ed Whitehead's Tire Pros has earned my business for as long as I reside in Yuma.

Fast with fair prices but they removed my old stem extenders and did not put new ones on so I cant check or fill my tires :(

Great place. Came here emergency after took my suv to dealer for service whom reused the damn same oil plug washer and caused a leak. In the process of balancing tires, pointed out my tires coming apart. Albert drove me around yuma to find my uncommon rubber size. Great service. Very honest explanations of whats wrong and making the best efforts to solve the problem in a timely manner. Ramirez and the other mechanic gentlemen very nice and thorough. Brought my mom here recently, she purchased new tires much cheaper than dealer. Manager Grosskreutz and everyone outstanding here. My tire/car service place in Yuma.

I was in from out of town and got a flat tire. I called for a quote for new tires and Rene told me to bring the tire in to see if it could be repaired. (I was sure they would sell me new tires). Nope they were able to fix the tire and made sure my other tires were all at the right pressure to ensure I would have a safe journey back across the us to the east coast. They were awesome and told me they would be praying for me and save travels. They are all rock stars in my book and would definitely recommend them to any one looking for an honest reputable tire shop! Thanks you guys for taking such good care of me

I stopped because the sign out front said AC. Check free. With the sign doesn't say is that's not an immediate AC check. That's a wait for 3-day AC check. I barely got the time of day when I walk through the door. No hello how are you? No hello, can I help you nothing? I stood at the counter until the man said. What can I do for you. Very unfriendly will not go back.

They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Every time I have stopped by to get all 18 of my tires pressure checked they have taken care of me & free of charge too.This time I had to get a spare mounted plus pressure checked again & they took care of me right away and the price was very reasonable

Went there twice because I had problems with my AVIS rental car. (unbalanced tire and unfortunately a flat tire the second time). Fast and efficient fix, friendly staff.

Dropped off my 2 1/2 year old car so that they could install two new front tires. My car has ALWAYS started on the first attempt. I left it in their parking lot and handed them the key. When I went back a few hours later, my car was back in the parking lot and ready to go.... except, it would NOT start. The young man at the register came out within 30 seconds and informed me that it must be a dead battery. I found it HIGHLY suspicious that he flew out of the building and diagnosed it within less than a minute. He then informed me that I had the original battery. I said that since it s a relatively new car, an original battery made sense. They pushed it in and checked the battery. He told me my battery was not charging. I told him it was strange that after I left my vehicle under their watch for three hours it suddenly wouldn t start. He said again, that it s the original battery. I stated that my car has started on the first try 100% of the time until now. He informed me they sell batteries.... imagine that! I asked them to charge my battery and I got out of there quickly! My car has started 100% of the time on the first try again. I will never, ever go back!

I recently bought some new tires at Discount Tire in Salt Lake City. Sensor went bad in the middle of my road trip between San Diego and Albuquerque, and these guys were the first shop available. They diagnosed and put a new stem in for free. Rene was awesome - I don't know the technician's name, but both of these guys took entrepreneurial initiative to make sure I got back on the road safely, and they didn't charge me for labor or parts. If you live in the area, take your business here. They will take care of you. If I lived in Yuma, this would be my tire place.

Great customer service fast and speedy service , very reasonable price, better pricing than dealership quoted me. Will definitely come back when needed (hopefully not too soon haha I had a bad tire)
