Absolutely worst experience at an body repair facility in my life. Chris is a crook! Had my 5th wheel for 3 weeks waiting on estimate he promised in 2 days. His excuse was his fork lift was broken! Its a 50' trailer! It's not hard to walk around and do estimate! Gave me an estimate the following Monday asked if could get the parts coming, I said "order them" insurance has approved everything major. The next Friday he has his assistant call, left no message, I called back and she says she needs $3k before she can order parts! Talked to my insurance and they said that's unheard of, parts are order on insurance claims everyday in good faith, no reputable shop would ask for deposit especially one that high. I made arrangements to have it fixed at another shop. Go to pick it up and this crooked SOB disabled my jack system by breaking off the terminal post on the main board!!! He never in 100 years would have known I knew anything about trailers. I knew right away where to look and the only post with damage is the one that controls the landing jacks!! He shop worker said Chris instructed another worker to do it so it didn't get taken!!!! You can't trust him! Run away! I'm filing a report with the BBB and the chamber of commerce! As you can see from pictures there is no way it was damaged unintentionally!

I left my RV in storage for 3 months and when I came back, the stairs weren't working or the levelers. I took it to County RV Repair and the guy looks at it and tells me the wiring on the stairs need replacing as well as the motor and one of the levelers was bent causing the other 3 not to work. He said he'd call me with a price in the morning. We got our RV to our hotel and I decided to start the generator- it didn't even click. I checked our coach battery levels on our solar panel display and they were in the red. At that point I knew I had an electrical problem.I called a dealer the next morning, explained my problem and he told me he was a week out for appointments. He gave me Dustin's phone number and said he was a great RV mechanic.I texted Dustin and he called me back in 5 minutes. We set an appointment for between 10 and 11 at the hotel lot. He arrived at 10:30 and I went through all the problems and told him what the first mechanic diagnosed. He brought over a portable charger, hooked it up to the generator and it started right up. He said it wasn't getting any power from the batteries. With the generator running, he said to test the stairs. They worked fine. Next, we tested the levelers and they all worked fine.Dustin then tested the batteries and showed me the results- both batteries were dead. All the problems were caused because there was no battery power going to any of the areas.Dustin went and picked up 2 new batteries for us, came back and installed them. The display showed batteries full.It took him 2/12 hours and he charged me just for labor and I reimbursed him for the batteries. Can imagine how much County RV Repair would have gouged me for to fix things that weren't even broken?Dustin is one helll of a diagnostic individual and an honest mechanic. He probably saved me at least $1,500.00 dollars.

Chris is awesome! He made sure that he had his best technicians working on my generator. Work was done expertly and I couldn't tell anyone had even touched my rig. Not one handprint! I've read some of the reviews that say Chris and his crew were grumpy, you must not have been at County. Arlene and Chris made me feel like family. Thanks so much County.

We made an appointment to get our macerator replaced, as it was out of commission. We brought our own part and because they would not be able to find one in a timely manner, they consented to installing it. Turned out to be a bit messier than I expected but the crew took care of it without a squabble. There also seemed to be an intermittent short which they tracked down and repaired. Very good work. Great guys and a fair price. Definitely a thumbs up.

I called to inquire about services and I couldn't speak because he cut me off to tell me he doesn't have mobile repair, which I don't need but he just didn't want to listen, which I find funny because on the Google search the blurb I got was Chris is a great listener about your RV issues. I wish he had (it's why I contacted them first) been because they are in the perfect spot for me when I do go into town. I'll just find another place.

Chris fixed our basement A/C unit in our motorhome. He gave us an estimate believing that a compressor was bad. While he was inspecting the unit he discovered that the problem wasn't the compressor, but it was a capasseter. That was great news for us and the cost to fix it went down 50 percent of his original estimate. We would take our motorhome to him any time.

I took my 2008 Tacoma to County RV to have a total paint job done due to the clear coat peeling and fading. Chris gave me a quote to have the work done and said it would be finished in less that a week. The price was reasonable so I brought it in to his shop. I fully expected that the truck would be there for seveeral weeks. To my surprise Chris had my pickup ready to inspect the paint job in four days!!!! There was still work to be done, repalcing the fenders, grill, ect and clearing the headlights. When I picked the truck up three days later it was like a new truck. Thank you so much Chris!! He has my business from here on.

Do your self a favor and don't go here. Said he can fix Onan generator. Knew virtually nothing about generator. Damaged my vehicle. Degraded my camper. Complete looser.

I've called this place 3 times and left voicemails for "Sam" including the last time asking reception to write the message and bring it to Sam's attention. I've never had my call returned.

Chris is very friendly. This place was recommended to me. The work to be done is on my insurance. Very reasonable price wise. When he finishes the work I will post again. The work is finished. His company did a fantastic job. As far as the price. My insurance(Safeco)was a bit surprised (happy)The work done was my steps and entry door. The steps are even better than they were.I am now having them do a warranty job on my refrigerator.

It s been a long 4 months dealing with the mess County made of my RV. As they broke more than they repaired, performed unauthorized and unnecessary repairs and totally overcharged for what they supposedly did, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company - I ve never disputed anything before but there was NO WAY I was going to pay for the treatment that I and my RV received from Chris and his staff. I just heard that Chase ruled in my favor, so now I can finally get the repairs that were suppose to happen back in November taken care of. Feeling relieved and grateful that there are good RV technicians out there, just not at County.

Bad experience. Took RV in for counter top replacement. The sink is originally under mount with a Formica counter. We paid extra for a corion counter. When we finally got the RV back after 3&1/2 months, it was all wrong. It was a Formica counter, and the sink was mounted on top!We took it back, and the owner said he would put granite in because he couldn t get corion. So why didn t he tell us that in the first place?. Said he would have the RV ready in a week. Called us and said it was done, actually that same week. Picked it up, but I think the counter might be quartz, which is fine. But the sink wasn t undermounted again! They made the sink covers . But how am I suppose to use them? Ridiculous!Don t go there! They don t listen! We will not go back! Don t waste your time or sanity with this place!

Chris has no social skills for a customer service business. Plus his suggested repair advice didn't even make logical sense. Everyone we've talked with about it agreed he was willing to sacrifice our RV in order to make a few bucks.

Our experience with County RV repair was fantastic. We had two bent slide out beams that prevented the room from extending all the way. They straightened the beams and all is good. This was done quickly and at a reasonable price.Thank you very much.

OMG! What can I say but that I really appreciate the great work, timely service, friendly staff, and great price. We thought we were going to have to take our rig to the factory in Iowa to have our slides and jacks working. Chris and 2 of his guys troubleshooted until they figured it out. They also took care of a few other repairs and our water pump that thankfully gave out while we're were there. Thanks again for everything. We will use them again and highly recommend!

They squeezed us in for Onan Generator service with a few days notice, warned us that it might take awhile but would do the best they could. We arrived at 7:30am and were on the road by 10:00. The labor rate was great and the generator is running fine again. I highly recommend them, they are the best!We returned a year later for normal service on our Cummins 8.3 ISC engine and motorhome. They replaced fuel filters, lubed and oil change. They were awesome in doing a check and topping off all fluids, did so in the time promised and for a very reasonable price. When traveling through Yuma, I will always use County RV for my needs. It was a rare rainy day and the lot was muddy, but we picked up the vehicle with no stains inside or dirt left behind. They are true professionals.Service: Oil change

After calling around to half of a dozen places for RV repair work with everyone saying they would find us the part we needed, yet no one getting back to us, Chris told us to come right over. He not only helped us, he bent over backwards to get what we needed. Everyone there was friendly, hospitable & did a great job. Their prices were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for the great job you did for us!!

I am disappointed. Went there last year and got a good impression. I went back for a different issue.. called the day before to stop in for an estimate to address sticky trailer brakes and some bend in some metal in the back of the trailer. No call back. Chris would not look at it or give any advice. Treated me like I did something wrong and was not helpful at all... I've found companies in Pheonix to be MUCH better than in Yuma. Forget this place

I dropped off my RV to get an estimate to fix two broken brake wires (not the brake, just the wires) and replace a small side panel that was pulled off during a blowout. I never received an estimate, but did get a missed call from Chris who did not leave a message.I got a call the next day saying that the work was done and that it costed $495. I was surprised because I never got an estimate and never approved anything to be done to my RV. When I met with Chris the next day, I told him I never got an estimate and he said that he called but I didn't answer. He didn't leave a message or attempt to call back. The point was, I never approved him to do the work because he never gave me a quote.I continued to press the topic, saying that I didn't intend on paying that much to begin with, and he agreed to take off $95. I agreed to pay $400, which is still more than what I would have agreed to if I would have received a quote. On the plus side, the work was completed quickly and correctly. On the down side, I never agreed for them to do it.

Chris fixed our bedroom slide, our entry step and put new latches on 2 bays all in 1 day. And he gave us a free wash when we picked it up the next morning.

Wanted to upgrade the suspension on my 2019 Grand Design Travel Trailer. Dealer wanted $$$ and was over a month out on appointments. I called County RV and they said they could do it the next day!!! I wasn't expecting that so schedule a few days later. Pulled in the lot at 8:15 and they were expecting me. GREAT customer service!! VERY reasonable rates!! Will definitely be a repeat customer

We were planning a 2 week stay in Yuma and brought our 2010 motor home in for them to look at as we were having issues with the front jacks. They assessed the problem and worked with the warranty company to have the replacement/repairs covered. We had also been having an issue with our cab dash heater/AC fan for years and we have had it in the shop multiple times for repairs with no luck. They found the problem and fixed it. The parts were in when they said they would be, the repairs were done when they scheduled us - and because it took a little longer than originally anticipated they had us spend the night in our RV within their lot where they had water and electrical hookups so that we were not driving it prior to the repairs being complete. They were thorough, conscientious and courteous. I also appreciate that Chris Morales kept us informed by phone for scheduling the warranty inspector, keeping us up to date on the status of parts arriving and getting us scheduled so we could make our departure date without incident. Thank you County RV. I will definitely come back to them and HIGHLY recommend them. Great people all around.

Even if you don't live in Yuma it's worth the trip. Chris and his team are the best in the business. You will be treated professionally and their work is second to none. You will not be disappointed.

We needed a motor scooter carrier put on our fifth wheel. Chris is a no nonsense guy and I felt very confident that he would make sure the job was done right. We were right. He and his team made sure we were taken care of and they went above and beyond to make sure the carrier we brought to them was installed the best way possible. Thanks Chris!

Chris made time for us even though he was busy! I'd have given him 5 stars but he couldn't work directly with my extended warranty company but I understand they are difficult to work with and get paid by! That's it...
