This is the most amazing experience we have ever had. We pulled into the Yuma shop with a flat that would have ruined our entire trip to California. The manager, immediately came over and went above and beyond to read the manual for us, explain our options and kept us informed. We have always used Big O tires and for good reason. Superior and honest customer service.

I ve been going to Big O Tires for service for the last decade and they have never let me down. They re stocking. Inventory is always filled with just about every service. You could imagine I want to give a big shout out to Erick Cervantes For going above and beyond to give me a quote, and an estimated timeframe for service on another vehicle while making phone calls to request a credit line increase on my Big O Tires card which got approved on the spot. So thank you, Erick I appreciate your time and your hard work and your dedication to Big O Tires!

Scheduled a new tire and 4 wheel alignment due to odd tire wear.Everything seemed to be going well until we tried to get an update on the service since we saw the truck was out of the shop.I asked Barney Jones at the counter for an update and got "I don't know" as a reply. Nothing more followed but he did eventually go check and said it was waiting for the test drive.10 minutes later, the truck is back from the test drive and paperwork dropped at the counter. Nobody cares.My wife and I then ask again about the status and Barney Jones acts like he's never seen us before.We finally get the paperwork to check out and I ask about the alignment since all Barney wants is my credit card without saying anything about the service performed or the results. Again he doesn't know anything but shoves a printout of the alignment at me then gives us attitude when we want simple answers about the service.We're so frustrated we storm out .The owner contacted us later to apologize for the service and also took the time to explain the results of the alignment which was thoughtful and very helpful.

This last week I went to Big O Tire in the Foothills to get a tire sensor replaced on the left front tire. They told me that they would check them all and I said all i need is the front left one replaced. They said they checked them all and it was the front right one and the left one was fine. So, they replaced the right one and took it out for a test drive. Came back and said that now the front left one is bad, and need changed. So again, I said I told you that one was bad the first time. They replaced that one also for the price of just the Sensors no other charge. When they gave the truck back, I notice the front tires had a pressure of only 60 LB I run them at 70 LB (note this is a F-350 Dully that pulls a 21000 trailer). Then I drove around to where they will check tire pressure and the same kid that did the sensor came out and tried to put air into tires and said that they had the wrong tool to do it. (by now I am really getting upset, for one they didn't even ask me what pressure I would like in them when started). I went home and got out my own air compressor and added air to the two front ones and thought while I was at then checked back ones. Low and be hold the extender on the value stem of the outside dully was missing (now I am pissed). I went back to store and ask where the extender was and how unhappy I was. The shop manager started to argue that his people did not take it off and that he would check camera's and get back with me by end of day. End of day came and went and low an behold no call. I went back next day to talk to them, and he came out as I drove up and started talking to me like I was a new customer. I reminded him who I was and that he never called me back. His answer was didn't find anything. I would not recomend my worst enemies to use this store and left. As far as me ever going back to this BIG O TIRE store is not going to happen and I wish I would have looked at their review before going. Stay away from this Big O

I truly don t understand why this place has a 3.9 rating. I have seen the employees explain things to customers 5+ times, offer to transport customers home and back during extended waits, and communicate complications when they come up. This may not be a family run business but the employees treat you as family. I highly recommend this location. Special thanks to Barney, Erick, and Rick!

Best price in the area for the tires I needed. They required prepayment which is acceptable prior to ordering the tires. Ordered tires at 1:00 PM...they were in store the following morning. They contacted me for a 2:00 PM appointment. They had the car in shortly after 2:00 PM.They informed me of significant wear on rear brake pads...much appreciated! (I do my own brakework)All in all a seamless, professional experience and I would definitely recommend them in the future!

No nonsense. The automotive industry in all it's aspects is overpriced. So all the stores have to be. These guys aren't any more pricey than pep boys or auto zone. And they ordered tiny obscure European sensor parts for me so product knowledge is their strong suit. I'd bring a custom vehicle to them for brakes and tires but if it's just a family vehicle just use whoever is closest to your home.

I went in for a set of new tires. They showed me that the brake pads were very worn. I instructed them to do what was necessary. The vehicle made terrible noise after that.Two visits back and they insisted nothing was wrong. The invoice made by manager clearly states they turned the rotors. Another employee told me they never turn rotors there. i installed new pads rotors my self, if you want something done right do it yourself.

I made an appointment last week to have my tires (that I supplied) changed out on my side by side. The appointment was timely and professional. I called a week later to schedule another appointment and was told by the "manager" that they didn't accept appointments for side by sides because there was "no money in it for them and regular customers took president".I was told by him that I needed to drop it off and he couldn't guarantee me how long would it be to change my tires. The guy was rude and quite frankly the biggest jerk I have dealt with in a long time. Who tells a customer there is no money in it when they set the price for changing tires. They need to fire this rude #@##. I will never do business again with this store. I'll take my side by side to Albert's tire who is more than happy to change them out for me.

Upon arrival, Rick Mires the store Mgr. Met us out front as we pulled in, after asking how he could help us, we took the tire out of the back of the camper. He then directed me to back into a parking stall. It was determined that the tire needed to be replaced and was under a road Hazzard warranty. While we were waiting, we witnessed several customers being greeted and their problems corrected in a very professional manner. The shop was full of vehicles waiting their turn, we witnessed Rick dealing with vendors and employees ,with great patience and care, It was obvious there were some new emp. In the shop, which Rick took great care in mentoring and helping them. Having been in the tire business for over 40 years, my husband can greatly appreciate the professionalism of a store Mgr. Rick is very much one of these. Our experience was good and we will return to this store if the need were to arise in the future.Thank you Rick!!Jim & Shelly HaslamSunnyside ut./Bouse az.

I was asking an employee a question regarding my tires before checking in. Two what appeared to be managers came yelling at the poor employee for trying to answer my question. Poor management, you can honestly pull your employees aside and ask him/her what they re doing. No need to do it in front of your customers. For this employee alone, I d bring my business here, I m so sorry you are treated this way. As a manager myself, I could never do this to the people that realistically pull all the weight.

Worst customer service ever.I m having motor issues with my truck. I bought some used tiers. So I can swap out my wide ones. That way it will fit on a trailer. First off he say he can t do it because there from 2018 can t touch them. Says nothing older that 6 years. I explained that I m not driving the truck anywhere, just loading it on a trailer so I can get back to Utah. Straight up can t do anything. I even ask if I could go buy a floor Jack an do it in the corner of the empty parking lot. They told me nope I need to leave they wouldn t help me out.

0900 appointment didn't get in until 1030 Wasn't allowed to use my coupon for the $29 oil change & rotation. So I paid $69. Tires weren't rotated. Dipstick was left halfway out. All the lugnuts on my front tires were loose! Runaway from this joint!

Great service, great folks. Got my vehicle in right at the appointment time and were done at about 40 minutes earlier than promised. Today, they took on a friend of mine's vehicle on a "moments notice" for a broken water pump. She was traveling from California on her way to Missouri. The water pump in her vehicle broke here in Yuma, and this became an "emergency" situation for her. This shop took her vehicle in and took care of her water pump so she could be back on the road! Thank you, Big 'O Tires (Erick), for taking care of my friend here!

So I have all documents that I was told the day before when I dropped off a flat 4 warranty flat repair, talk to Young gentlemen the night before about my issue with the work 66 Big old tires and Flagstaff did and how the alignment never was right and ate up one of my four new tires he said he would talk to management and see what they can do to help me out because the work was warrantied for 66 and from home on my warranty information says it's warranty for all the Big old tires even though I had digital copies of everything the older man with tattoos on neck next day dayed I have to only deal with Flagstaff location do to there mistakes,So unfortunately the man I dropped tire off day before said different story then man next morning and I'm screwed with my new tire being destroyed because of other big ol tires bad alignment that was documented,So don't trust there national warrantee is not real and other locations like this one won't help you out,Making making ne bbb report and more, I paid for warrantee and the alignment an the tires

When I called and asked if they change 19.5 motorhome tires they said yes and gave me a price. I said I would be there at 4pm because that is what they told me would be a good time. I got there and the salesman asked if I could leave it overnight. No big deal but not what was planned. He gave me a total price and sold me balancing bags that the bigger tire requires. He said he would call me in the morning when it was done. I had to call them at 2pm to even see if it was done and it was but no call was made. When I get there the price was more then the quote. The salesman quoted me the wrong bags and the right ones were $40 more. I asked the guy checking me out why they did not call me with the price difference. He said" you want me to take them out?" Wow! Super sarcastic. I think they should of ate the cost difference, but I was told they are not making any money anyway. Then he asked me if I brought in my own tires. I said yes and he make another comment under his breath. All in all the tires were put on correctly and they do a nice job. I think a little more customer service is needed though and a quote is a quote.

Got flat fixed, Big O was remodeling show room and was stuck waiting in a tent with no heat. Tried to get tire sensor fixed, Manager told me the only place to get sensor fixed was GMC. Stopped by Ed Whitehead's Tires and they replaced sensor !

I am so very disappointed in the service my parents received. The tech did not put the correct air in tires and also took off dually extenders and didn't put them back on. It is so sad you treat your winter visitors like this and should be sadden this happened! I would not ever recommend this store again for anyone!

I want to personally THANK JOSH AND His female co worker at Big O TIRES on S. Frontage Road in Yuma AZ...they were closed anD reopened for mE...I had 2 flat tires a couple of days ago and they reopened...I was frantic when I drove in to Big O TIRES...and LeFT WITH A SMILE...

Very horrible customer service also there s a younger kid in the white kid that thinks he knows everything and has this attitude towards employees when they ask him a question and also to us as we were in there. Very rude also had my tires rotated and after my car was shaking had the car checked out again by them and said they were fine took it to another shop they told me the real deal and I would never take my car back to this place. Very horrible.

I needed a tire checked out. That s the reason I went to a tire shop. I couldn t get it done because they were too busy. Looking at everything else. I understand they need to make money but they should work on the issue before they do everything else and talk to the customer, unfortunately I had a really bad experience there. Hope you guys have better luck than me.

Shout out to the buff looking guy with the tattoos on his arms for letting me know my tires were still good and sending me to a cheaper place instead of selling me a new tire as you said they d most likely advise you to do but Albert got it done happy new year

I had the best of service from several of the workers. I was getting a trailer from my uncle and mom while I was in the area for work. This leading to none of us knowing any services in this town since it was just a meeting point. I was staying at a hotel nearby and when I saw them pull in this big 5th wheel trailer that one of the tires was damaged that it probably would not have made 10 miles much less the 1000 miles I planned to put on it in the next few days. I called and they had the size of tire we needed. While the guys were working on the trailer and replacing other tires due to the age and wear, my uncle and I was working on the wiring and fuses since my mom noticed the running lights were not working. One of the workers actually helped us to see what he could do. Due to the time and the process, the guys actually stayed after hours to make sure I was able to safety get on the road for my long trip. I would definitely recommend this store and all the guys that worked the late closing shift of July 20th.
