Super helpful staff. They take used oil, used oil filters, and dead batteries. The return process was easy and painless. I accidentally bought the wrong filter, took it back in immediately, and they used my return to help pay for the correct item. Very pleased!

They had the misc parts that I was looking for and they even let me return the part that I first selected first. The establishment let me borrow tools.I have used AutoZone for years. I like to get parts here on the fly. I usually by direct from the parts wearhouse like Doorman. This is one of my two go to parts places."Great service here".

Staff went out of their way to help me out. They saved me money for wiper blades and even installed them no charge or waiting with a smile and wished me Merry Christmas and HAPPY NEW YEAR! I will definitely go back.

We went to AutoZone for replacement oils for our RV and Ricardo went out of his way to help us. He helped us determined what we required and assisted with topping up our levels. I highly recommend AutoZone for your auto's parts.

Usually friendly helpful people. Unfortunately you have to wait while one guy works the counter and there are 5 people waiting for a turn. Other than that they sell parts. I've gotten to the point I'll just buy from RockAuto if I don't need the part immediately.

Still can't figure why they have 7-10 people on shift but only 3 counters open and 1 cashier. The store is well stocked, the employees are helpful, although a little condescending at times, but most are knowledgeable. They are a little cheaper than the competition.

Auto Zone on 4th Avenue was great, the young lady that helped us was swift and informative. And, since their store didn't have the part in stock she called around for us and found it at another location.

I will never go to this location again, I have a fuel pump that need replacement I look online and this was the only Autozone that had the pump. I call and asked them to hold the pump the manager said he would got there 30 minutes later they rang me up well guess what I noticed when I got home the part number was off they basically sold me the wrong part. So I called them they told me that come back down I told them I drove 5o miles round trip the guy told me that it was not his problem. I basically took it back to the Autozone in the Foothills. Very poor customer service will never go back to this location., very rude...

these idiots couldn't find the toilet paper in the back bathroom, i hate idiots there not even that intelligent more stupid then anything ells,.. Autozone in northern California have more common sense, then these fools there not even worth a star

Called ahead to make a big order. They were able to get everything from the El Centro hub to here by 10am the next day! (We called after 3pm). Staff will do everything in their power to "make it happen." I left with the wrong torque wrench but something was bound to happen with such a large order, I'm glad that was the only hiccup and it was on me! I'll be back tomorrow! Haha

I feel they are very rude bordering on downright mean. I asked them questions and they made me feel like I was a idiot for even asking..I left the message above a year ago and I'm pleased to say that they are much more attentive and helpful than a year ago. And I really to think I will continue to do business with them. They are at least trying which gets my five stars. Good on ya.

I've always gone to the 4th Ave location but this was a hurried choice to stop in. The item I needed were not in the aisle designated by the signs but found behind the opposite aisle? I find my item, go to pay. No customer service skills by the cashier, no "did you find everything needed," no "thank you," no "have a nice day," no bag. He just put the receipt on the counter, heads in the opposite direction and continues with the guys in their conversations. So if you know what you need, know what you want, they've got fast, efficient service. Just try not to interrupt a good storytime between the guys.

Friendly and helpful employees. My go-to place for my auto repairs.i recommend signing up for the rewards program they have there. It's free and with 5 purchases of 10+ dollars, you get $20 store credit. Preferably frequent buyers, the points do expire.

These guys help me out so much from plugging into my PCU to identifying a certain part. They are skilled and knowledgeable tech associates who are quick and accurate. Also are very patient when my time is taking a bit. Always liked Autozone, prices are competitive and comparable to O'Riellys and Napa, which I find Autozone to be just a bit cheaper anywhere from 50 cents to dollars saved from going elsewhere. Thank you Autozone.

Just terrible customer service overall. This location is always understaffed to the point where the customer who is ready to pay is ignored. There are two lines, one for customers seeking parts or exchanges and another line for the regular customers that already have their items. But of course, there are no signs or markers advising you of this process until you waste your time standing in the parts line and figure it out or someone in line advises you. They have no one attending to the paying customers until one of the assistants can break free from the parts line. Screw that, If they don't want my money, I'm walking out and that is exactly what I did. I left about $40.00 worth of merchandise on the counter and left. I was foolish enough to believe that the other two times this happened to me was an anomaly but it is obvious that this is standard procedure. What an inefficient and poorly thought out process and it is inexcusable that the paying customers are not attended to quickly and have to wait to pay. Will not make that mistake again as I will never be patronizing this store.

We were denied help checking our tire pressure very rudely by the parts manager. As we were walking to our car the assistant parts manager came out to help a couple who hadn t walked in but 30 sec. prior. Not two min. later the manager of parts came out to greet a women with a warm greeting and a hand shake.The difference between the way those people were treated and my experience? ..............

Had to replace my steering pump on my Honda... came in the store at 8:50... waited in line or 5 minutes. Once they got to me I asked if I could rent the part I needed to fix it... the manager who is a larger Hispanic male said no because they close in 5 minutes... I asked please because I really needed to fix car and he said no we close in 3 minutes no sorry. I am very upset and will never be coming back. 0 customer service, I am very disappointed. Used to be a regular but now I will be going to orielly.

When asked for help to check the fuse for my headlights they said no they can't and instead tried to see me the most expensive replacement bulbs they had which were $60 each which I couldn't get because not enough $ come to find out they had one for only 10$. And it was night, so had to go find one somewhere else with no head lights driving. Would not recommend

I live in the neighborhood where this location is at and it tends to be quite busy most of the time it's right near the corner of the intersection of Magnolia and 8th Street. I don't know how their HR department handles the busier times. In regards to employees that are available to help customers but almost every time that I've gone they only had one or two guys most times only one person working the computers to help you with parts and then I'll see three or four other workers either doing something else that I would say is not important when you have a line of paying customers waiting to get parts. That is the most annoying thing about going to AutoZone I've never had an experience like that with their biggest competitor all O'Reilly's. The price is very at both AutoZone and their competitors but if I have to pay a little bit more somewhere else to get better customer service I will.
