Isaac was very helpful. He change the battery on my jeep which was under the front passenger seat with no complains.His attitude was great, very positive employee and awesome customer service. I have shopped at this Autozone for many years and have been helped by most of all the employees at this Autozone and Issac is one of the employees that really stood out above the rest...GREAT JOB ISAAC.

Don't bother trying to get parts as a "walk in", management here doesn't understand how to do inventory, so even basic universal parts won't be in stocks and you can be certain that if the app says they have it "in stock", they won't. Have faced this issue for years now from this location. You're better off hitting Blythe or Pheonix.

Thank you Dan for installing my rear blinker light! I tried to tip him, but policy rules no tips he says! I even tried to still give him a tip, but he kindly no tips allowed! WOW! What service! First class service! Thank Yoh!

They are not great at researching parts... spend 20 mins in line waiting for help. Then another 20 to get told they can't locate this part at all. Went to o Riley and spent 5 mins in line young skinny kid found the part in less then a min. And was ordered. Kid looked up the same numbers shown on the part that I showed auto zone and found it.....

Cassandra is the most unprofessional employee ever. FIRE HER! FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF! I was the only customer in line and NO one would help me. Five employees walking around as I stood there. One of the employees behind the counter took a phone call as I stood there, then looked right at me. Like we don't want your business! They do not want your business. They do not deserve your $ STOP! DO NOT GO HERE!This AutoZone is the worst business I have ever walked into! The entire staff should be fired! DO NOT GO HERE!STOP! DO NOT GO HERE!STOP! DO NOT GO HERE!

I was having starting issues with my pickup. took my truck in to test battery and dummy me shut off the truck... Got it jumped, they tested the battery, bought a new one staff pulled out my battery and put in the new one and also ran test on alternator to make sure it wasn't more than just the battery ..

The customer service in this Autozone is the best! Ricardo (Manager) and Jose Luis (Manager) go above and beyond to make your shopping experience one of a kind. Very knowledgeable in any automotive aspect. I highly recommend it!

Store is a joke. Every time I go here the guys are busy talking amongst themselves about last nights chismes. Do a mobile order and then get a call that one of the items that I ordered is not available and needs to be ordered even though It clearly stated in the app/website that it was in stock and available. Then I get calls that the part is on order and will be in store by COB next day and will get a call when it arrives.End of COB next day and no call, text or emails to confirm part is there or not. I even went in earlier and bought a different part that I needed that showed available online. The STORE manager took the part number I gave him and came back and said he didn t have exact match but had something that would work. Sold it to me. AND THEN checked to make sure it fit my vehicle.Poorly run. There s one or two guys there who are ok but this place needs an overhaul. Mark your fricking stock correctly. If it s in store, mark it. If it s not, mark it correctly. And find some sort of management who knows what they are doing and some self respect. I will shop at o reillys down the street as usual even at higher prices based on the incompetence of this shop. Autozone is a trusted brand name and you all embarrass it.I wish I could give a zero or a negative fkn star.

My local AutoZone has a new guy, that was extremely unkind, which was rare for Me, but it highly upset Me. I was so grateful to walk into this AutoZone and the Gentleman that helped Me was awesome. I joked to him, he looked like he should work at GQ not AutoZone... Super nice guy, helpful, friendly and made Me feel extremely Welcome. It's harder then it seems as a Female that knows where the gas goes and not much else... The AutoZone Family as a whole has taught Me how to check My oil, check coolant. Put on wiper blades... Thank You GQ guy for calming My Anxiety until I get that alternator replaced. You went above and beyond, appreciate you Sir.

This store always has fantastic customer service. I would love to thank the morning to afternoon staff today; they were helpful with a serpentine belt and the tensioner. Their attitude displayed an eagerness to assist whatever my problem was. You can tell they like cars and seem to work well together despite another customer in front of me giving them a hard time. Very knowledgeable about different methods of helping customers resolve their car troubles and not simply disregarding the customer if it does not meet the store's stocks. Thank you very much for loaning us tools one at a time when we were attempting every scenario. The staff went out of their way to print a diagram of the correct alignment for my vehicle. A great store will always be shopping at AutoZone for all my car needs. This review is overdue since they quickly and warmly replaced my battery for me and knew more about my account history than I do. Whenever I need something changed within the warranty, the item is returned swiftly, and the transaction is transparent for accountability. Keep up the excellent work, gentlemen. I'm sure I'll see you soon.

Decided to change the Ford Edge transmission fluid at 60,062 miles. I looked at the owners manual and saw that the transmission oil should be changed every 30,000 miles. Ummm oops? No worries the car felt fine shifting just a little slow getting to the next gear and that's why I decided to change it. So I go to Auto Zone to find the correct Automatic Transmission fluid( ATF) for the Edge. I find the only ATF that states that's it's recommended for transmissions that require Mercon LV fluid was the Valvoline Max life. So I go ahead and drain the transmission fluid which came out dark as heck. I put the Valvoline Max life in and after 600 miles the car transmission would slam to shift every so often and the transmission light icon came on. I then got worried and we made our trip to Phoenix to get the proper ATF at the Ford dealership. The price was even cheaper for the Mercon LV at $5.60 a quart vs Valvoline Max life at $7.30 a quart. I then put the correct ATF in and the car shifted and took off like new. Lesson learned there is no substitute for Mercon LV ATF and Valvoline sucks.

First time visiting this branch. Needed some recommendations for fixing a windshield lining/rust issue. Mr. Kramer was straight to the point and helped me reach a very cost effective solution. Will be visiting again.

I had the worst experience at the Foothills store. I needed a new battery. I'm a senior disabled woman who has always used Autozone. Today they had a young woman install my battery or try to install it. She's a driver for them but they had her install my battery. She fumbled around and broke a connecting wire to start with. It went on and on standing outside in the heat. Finally the manager came over and finished the job. When I told him I was not happy with how it went he told me.."it's a free service!!" There was no apology. So obviously since it's free the customers shouldn't expect good service! My past experience at other Autozone stores has been great and I was treated with respect. I feel this manager doesn't have the people skills or judgement of who is qualified to work on your vehicle.

The AutoZone I visited didn't have my parts but the employee was willing to help me get the parts from other locations. The employee was friendly, helpful and patient with all of my part needs. I was able too have all of the parts delivered to my nearby store in just a few days. I'm grateful for the help with securing all of my parts. If it wasn't for this employee I would have had to drive to another state and several locations to get all my parts and with gas prices being about $5.00 a gallon this totally saved me. What a great way to start the weekend with parts to work on my truck!

If your looking for a good auto parts store in Yuma running on the south side of I8 this is a good place to stop. I was in need of a lamp for my driving light that's built on n the rearview mirror. Asked one of the auto clerks where the bulbs are. He took me over to the section and asked the lamp number. Had the bulb in my hand, he instantly went right to the bulb that I needed. The price was in reason and came in two to a pack. The clerk asked if that all I needed and said yes. He then said I'll ring you up at the front counter. He was very helpful, knowledgeable of the store and was very polite. If you need parts I would recommend this AutoZone if you live on the east side of Yuma. You won't be disappointed.

I want to give a shout out to Jose luis for going way beyond and above with extraordinary customer service. He went after hours and not only help me replace my car battery under warranty but was able to help me change it. He was well after hours and went and help me change my battery out with the store tools, I was so happy with the service provided by autozone I dont think alot of places will go out of their way.

I ordered the replacement glass for my passenger side mirror. I had to wait a week to get it. I took it back because Horne dealership said they would fix the mirror. I couldn't find my receipt so I got a store credit.

Excellent customer service. These guys were so friendly that I would go out of my way to return her for any auto needs. We went across the street to O'Reilly's and got no service at all...shows you the difference an employee's attitude can make.Thanks guys

When they entered the store they were a little busy, 2 employees talking and sitting, but the very friendly cashier helped me find what I was looking for, it s a pity that I couldn t see his name but he does have good customer service
