Terrible service. They replaced transmission in my truck 8 months ago. It has never been right. Took it back 8 times but finally gave up on them fixing it right. Never return calls, usually don t answer phones. When returned, truck had a broken hood latch, dent in bumper, and broken gear shift but they denied they broken it, and refused to fix or replace anything. Had to pay another mechanic to fix everything.Two weeks ago, the truck was returned as it would not go into any gear. They kept truck over 10 days, refused broken parts, said had to return for warranty, Pablo said would take and send pictures and never did. They retuned truck yesterday, the transmission was still slipping. No answer, left message they needed to fix it right. No response, today my truck is at another transmission shop. Would never use this company again!Service: Transmission

Brought my vehicle here. They were understanding and accommodating but the problem wasn't transmission related. Not charged and I went elsewhere but would return for transmission work, which I did a few weeks later for a transmission flush. One of the top 5 shops in Yuma.

I had recently made a Craig's list purchase and needed to drive it back to CO the next day. My cousin suggested Pablo at America's do a simple job of replacing the transmission pan gasket as it was leaking quite a bit from the original owner over tightening. They said they could squeeze me in and get it done before 5pm. I showed up at 4:30 and it was on the rack getting the last quarts of oil put in. The next morning I drove back to CO and it was perfect. Good service, quality work and flexible timing. Price was really fair too.

On vacation from Ohio 2019 my transfer case failed. 496 chevy with very rare transfer case. Owner was extremely helpful. He ended up having to build a transfer case by getting after market shell and internal components. Im writing this review a year and 15K miles later. Everything operating perfectly and transfer case has no leaks. I contacted a friend that owns a local transmission shop and he stated the price and workmanship both were very goodService: Transmission

I had my transmission rebuilt and there was still something wrong with the truck. Pablo said he would find the problem and make it right. He did that and more. After going thru the transmission again he found nothing wrong. Then he looked at other parts not related to the transmission (ie the engine) and found the problem and replaced the part. Now the truck runs and shifts great. You can count on him to get the job done and working right. I highly recommend America s Transmission. Thanks, Pablo.Service: Transmission

if i could leave zero stars i would!! they had my car for over a year nothing has ever gotten fixed, they kept giving me the run around if would be fixed by next week when i came to check it it the next week it wasn t even moved out of the same spot it was at! they then charged me more than what they said they would and left me without a car for a year.Service: Transmission

By far the worst experience I have ever had with any mechanic shop in my life. They had my truck for over 4 months when they said it would be done in a week. Every time I called they were waiting on parts. Please do not take your vehicle here for any service. Please save yourself the time and trouble and take it elsewhere. Completely dissatisfied and will NEVER return or recommend. Only gave one star because I couldn't give less than that

Took forever to get it fixed said it would be 1600 for a full rebuild and charged us 2100 and now they seem to give us the run around now that the transmission is having problems they told us it wasn t the transmission and we took it to another mechanic who told us it was the transmission and we took it back and they said they would call us when the part comes in and they don t call us backService: Transmission

I have used American Transmission for three years now and they have done an excellent job in each case. I have found them fair priced and skilled at the jobs they have done for me.

A million thanks to Pablo Vargas and the guys down at America's Transmission ! I am always really skeptical when taking my car to a mechanic, but it have to say I had never been met with such great customer and honest service.

Did a great job on my transmission,until it was taking long time to get into second.brought back tried to tell me to drive it that way.laughed,said no "fix it" he had since it was already paid for.Bad customer service.
