We are Canadians visiting for 2 months and could quickly book for an oil change at a reasonable price. They found out that the rear brakes were very worn and were able to get them done the same day. All staff was great. Robert was friendly and helpful. The videos he sent of the underside of the SUV was helpful. We appreciated the shuttle service and complementary car wash. Would definitely recommend going there.

Robert was great with customer service and keeping me informed about the process of my vehicle. Also, I was very impressed, he asked if I would like a complimentary wash after they finish servicing my car!That was/is greatly appreciated! It's my first time here to do maintenance for my car and I feel very good. The second time left me feeling a bit puzzled. I had an appointment at 9:00 and arrived there early. A staff member told me that I needed to wait. I agree. Later, he asked me if I wanted to wash the car, and I agreed. About half an hour later, the staff asked me to go to the bar to sign, and I followed suit. Then I drove away. Later, I came across a message that the Toyota dealership had asked me to make an appointment for 4:00. I never knew there was such an appointment, and by the time I saw it, it was almost 5 o'clock. I received another message to cancel the appointment. I'm not sure if my car has been serviced yet. 4: What's going on with the appointment for 00? It's strange

I ve been to Toyota service centers in several different states and by far this is the best one I ve been to. Hector was very helpful with getting the services I needed for my Tacoma. The staff is very attentive and thorough and takes their time to do things right, highly recommended this location.

I was there for a tire repair. It took 2 hours. I thought that was unreasonable for the service. I did enjoy the car wash and the repair was complete.

Great service. If the service asks for a car wash, avoid it, and it is not worth damaging your paint. The top of my roof was left with scratches.

I took my Camry for the 10k service, Andres was very respectful and knowledgeable. He was keeping me up to date with the whole process, when multipoint inspection was completed and when the oil change was done. They even washed the car for free. I have owned multiple brand new cars and i have been in many car dealerships. Alexander Toyota is by far one of the best ones. Thank you guys!

I recently took my vehicle in for its 25,000 mile service. Mike Estrada was my advisor. Upon returning home from the dealership, I noticed that my tool bag with 20 wrenches was missing from my vehicle. I have yet to locate my tool bag. Either the mechanics or the car washing employees opened the rear door of my vehicle and stole my tool bag. Of course, I do not have evidence to prove my claim, however, I am being totally honest about this incident. The approximate value was $150. I would never lie about this serious incident. I need to talk to either Rick Moody or the GM to discuss this situation. This incident will also be reported to Toyota corporate offices as well. I need to have a conversation with someone soon!Mark Howard is the GM. Rick Moody is the Service Director.LM for Mr. Moody to call me.Still waiting to speak to someone at dealership.S/W Mr. Moody. However, there is nothing to resolve since this is a grey area. No evidence...Case closed.

Just had my car maintenance today and was accommodated by Robert from services department. He s the best. He is super friendly and approachable. Explains very well on the condition of your unit, what needs replacement and all. Giving a 10/10 for Robert. To be honest everyone in the establishment are accommodating and friendly. I love the waiting area and their coffee too.

Was driving from Tucson to California. Outside Yuma check engine light came on. Stopped at Alexander Toyota to see if they could help me. They were happy to take my car and checked it out. They checked it out, found no problem and reset the light. Was happy they let us wait in their very comfortable waiting area with our dog. We were on our way in a couple of hours. The service writer was rude and condescending, but did apologize when I confronted him face to face, so that s cool. The service manager handled my complaint and fixed my issue pretty quickly. I ended up replacing my own belt for $70 in parts and 10 minutes of my time instead of the $250 parts and labor they quoted me because my extended warranty didn t cover the squeaking that has been repaired at this facility twice before I did it myself for the third time in 80,000 miles (but it s just a serviceable belt issue and not the pulley that s already been replaced in the first 17,00 miles). While it was in they did do a recall that I was told they wouldn t because of my snugtop being in the way. Wasn t in the way after my complaint to the manager though. Overall my multiple experiences with service department isn t good until after I complain, but I have no issues with the parts department.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was hearing tapping noise from my engine and wanted to have it checked out since I do alot of Hwy driving. I talked to Sayvien Mcrae and he was very understanding and listened to the sound from my engine and explained what it could be and he would have it checked out. I had to leave truck over night but he had driver take me home. Then he called me this morning and said nothing to worry about it is good to go. Everything checked out as good.He also had driver come pick me up and take me back to dealer to get my truck. I had to sign receipt to pick it up but no money due free service check which I was very Happy about too. Great job I really do appreciate all of the help you Assisted me with. Service great until I asked cashier why they did not take off the $5 for a return oil change. She said I had to let them know when I brought my car in. I said no, the service advisor or the technician should have caught it as they put on a new sticker with the same offer. A manager gave me $5 out of his pocket. Not right, but not my fault. This time I had great service. On my last visit I was dissatisfied because the technician did not perform the usual 20 point checklist. They did not even checked the tire pressure on the tires!!!This time Ryan did an excellent job. He kept me appraised of what needed to be changed/fixed on my vehicle. They're always friendly and welcoming. They actually have fair prices considering that they are a car dealership. For my oil change that actually the cheapest in town! It's comforting that they do an overall vehicle inspection as well as topping off and checking your fluids while getting an oil change. They also let you know what else needs to replace without pressure in you and still doing anything right now. They have quite a few nice and comfortable waiting areas as well as TVs charging outlets and coffee! They can even provide you a ride if you have to go somewhere and just drop off your car!
