** Accurate Automotive Attention was awesome to work with and I highly recommend using them! **My family and I were driving from California back home to Texas when our vehicle broke down outside of Yuma, Arizona. Accurate Automotive was recommended to us so we had our vehicle towed there. They were closed on the day we had the issue (New Year's Weekend) but after talking to someone from their towing service, I filled out an envelope (they provide at the entrance), placed the key in the envelope, and dropped the envelope in their drop box. We left the vehicle there and made alternate plans to get home.I spoke to Gene first thing on Tuesday morning (after New Year's Day) and he let me know they had moved my vehicle into a secure area over the weekend, which I greatly appreciated. I let Gene know what happened to our vehicle and he and the team took it from there. During the time they had our vehicle, I got frequent updates from Gene and Joe, including full explanations of what they were seeing and recommending. Once our vehicle was repaired, I made arrangements for the vehicle to be transported from Yuma, Arizona to my hometown and Joe was very helpful through the process of getting the arrangements made and letting me know when the vehicle had been picked up. When I received my vehicle in Texas, the truck driver told me the guys at Accurate Automotive were great and very helpful. He also mentioned that when he picks up from most automotive repair shops the experience is typically very different and most places aren't helpful at all.Finally, after getting our vehicle back, Joe followed-up with me to ensure all was well with our vehicle. I let him know it was running great and I appreciated all they did.Leaving my vehicle in another state with people I didn't know could have turned into a major pain, but Gene and Joe were awesome to work with and made this inconvenient situation as good as it could be. If I lived in Yuma, I'd be using these guys for all of my automotive service needs.

Thank you to this place that not only took our car in after a bout of watered down gas, but got working on it the next day. They were able to get it running again and we were able to pick it up the same week it happened. Very friendly mechanics who also checked in on how the car was doing afterward.

This place gives amazing customer service! Joe is friendly and Russell runs a great business. We sometimes tend to forget about supporting our Yuma small businesses. We have a Mercedes Benz and Accurate Automotive always does a great job with it. They save us from having to take the car to Phoenix for routine services. They save us tons of money compared to the dealership. So happy they re in our town!

Great experience! Joe explained what to expect and gave an estimate on costs.The repairs were made and I have a problem for which I was referred elsewhere.The final bill was within the given estimate.It was a fair price. Explanations were clear. I have been here before and highly recommend Accurate Automotive to others

Customer service is excellent. Joe listened to what I thought was my problem. It turned out that I was wrong but he diagnosed it correctly. Service was prompt and cost exactly what they estimated even though they did a bit of extra work. My car is 24 years old and I plan to turn its care over to Accurate Automotive.

This place is fenomenal , Joe really took care of me , my Jeep was about to do a long trip and I wasn't confident about it, also in a tie time line. Had to be towed due to ignition issue. Part is not supplied by dealer anymore but mechanic was able to find a salvage Part to fix the problem. Great tow service and repair.

Recently the alternator on my vehicle went out midway thru a road trip outside of Yuma. Ruben-towing-did a great job taking my vehicle to the shop for next day assessment. Gene et al performed diagnostics first thing the next morning and reached out with an explanation of the problem. Although my issue required dealer repair, I highly recommend Accurate Automotive and would not hesitate to contact them in the future.

Very good at responding to my text through YELP and returning my call. Very good at working with me as I was traveling through Yuma headed home to Tucson when rear wheelbearing went out. DISAPPOINTED with their Labor Charge of $139 per hour plus an $80 diagnostic fee I was told would not be applied to work completed. Sooo, what do you do when you get call back with both wheelbearing should be replaced at $995 I SAID WOW, I guess I have no choice, right? By the way, called Nissan dealer after the fact and was quoted $835. Now that was a SURPRISE Trying to count my blessings but OUCH!!

I was suggested your business by their tow truck driver. I was going to take the vehicle to a dealer. I chose to take it to Accurate. I am very glad I did. this review is from 15 years ago (I did not know anyhing about leaving reviews on Google or anything or anywhere else back then) & the reason I m leaving a review now is because I was going through my things and found my old receipt and I thought, I m going to leave them a review, finally when they got done fixing my car, I saw them cleaning under the hood with water and I don t remember exactly how the conversation went, but they did not seem to care, (water and electricity don t mix and it don t belong inside the engine, either) well anyway, the very next day, the engine went out, i m guessing some water got in somewhere and ruined everything I had no problems with the car before that, except for the reason of me bringing it in for not starting

Took a newly purchased vehicle in for suspension inspection.....listed at least 12 issues to an estimate of 4800+. I then had to other repair shops inspect the vehicle. Both said I'd be fine on my trip. Broke down late night at Sam s club. Had to leave it over night. Was basically not intending to stay in Yuma and was worried that my plans would need to change assuming I wouldn t get it fixed in a day.They were able to tow it and get my fuel pump done within about 3 hours. So, was a set back but not a show stopper and was able to stick to our travel plans. Fuel pumps on Ram trucks are not super easy. So, was happy to see it was a breeze for them!

They refused to work on my 1978 Corvette. Seems they don't like old corvettes and carberated engines. I gave them 3 stars because they were willing to tow my car to another repair shop, and the tow truck driver was a very nice and helpful person.
