I ALWAYS read reviews before I choose a Company to do business with. Admittedly I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews on Sun City Total Car Care. Wally is great , Wally s honest , Wally s reasonable were repeated on so many reviews. Seriously, could Wally really be that Great? YES, Wally is that Great and so is Karen and the mechanics! I have already referred them to a friend and will continue to do so. Don t hesitate to leave your vehicle at Wally s it will be in good hands! Wally is finally the Mr Good wrench that you ve been looking for. Had a fat list of things to fix on my truck and everything turned out to be very reasonably charged if not no charge at all. Him and his MECHANICS not just technicians, like most dealerships, can do all the work your vehicle needs at a reasonable price, and if he can t, then he recommends you to one of his trusted close friends to do the work. I WILL ALWAYS GO TO WALLY. He has NEVER steered me wrong! Still can t believe all this work under $2000! Usually I can t leave a dealership without paying $2000+! Thanks again to Wally and his team!

You know what's refreshing? Getting really good customer service.Do you know what's even more refreshing than that? Getting phenomenal customer service and feeling valued as a customer. That's pretty unheard of these days. So, first time meeting Wally was such a pleasure. I'm sold, I finally have a go to experienced and honest mechanic in Arizona. Been looking for someone of this caliber since I moved here 10 years ago.Thanks Wally! So glad I took my neighbor up on his recommendation.

Best bang for your buck. Wally is very honest & will never take advantage of anyone's lack of knowledge when it comes to their vehicle. In other words, you will never get screwed over here. Very trust worthy organization

No need to go to any other shop especially if your local and in the area. I have brought my truck to this shop multiple times and every time I leave happy with the quality of work they perform. Wally is a very honest and trustworthy won t be taking my truck or any other vehicle elsewhere other than this shop thanks again for everything and getting my truck running great again!!!

I could not give a higher recommendation to this shop. I came in after my car died on Grand on my way to work. I was oblivious to the fact that I was perilously low on oil. The gentleman that runs the shop had me on my way back to work in fifteen minutes and didn't even charge me. I am earnestly quite touched. It's pretty rare today to meet people who do things like that. Thank you to the awesome people at Wally's! I think I found my shop.

Simple, honest, down to earth. Tells you what you need, and what you don't need. Wally's is a name that gets handed down from one customer to the next, alongside that list we keep close, of people and businesses that are trustworthy and good. People we call neighbors.

I stopped by (because I live so close) to making an appointment to get my brakes done and just speaking to Wally I decided THIS GUY IS AMAZING!!!......he's just got a way about him that you know he's honest you just know it... We only spoke for a couple of minutes but I just thought "I got a good feeling from him he has a lot of integrity"I could tell and I see on here that he has answered every single review!!! I've never seen that before most people just answer the really bad ones or they're really good ones but they're few and far between he is answered every single one on here!!...I'm a good judge of character and trust me I know that I will get good service today but I will update my review then..AFTER MY BRAKES ARE REPAIRED....UPDATE...Brakes are all done and working great and as far as the price goes Wally... it was double what I thought it would be!!!... but honestly it was my own stupidity I drove on the brakes knowing that they were metal to metal for a little bit too long...longer than I should so it was my fault what happened. I'm happy ... The price was reasonable for what had to be done and by the way Bailey says ....thank you for thinking he's cool everybody thinks Bailey's cool he's a celebrity... (In his own mind... Lol)

I went to this business a couple weeks back and gotten my AC fixed and the part that I needed (a certain hose) was not manufactured anymore so they sent it to be fixed but it was only out for a day. It had still been blowing hot air when I had left so I called them back and they were totally respectful and Devin the repair man fit me in within an hour to come take it back in. It turned out the AC needed another part but they didn't charge me a single cent! These guys are awesome and do a great job! Not to mention when I was sitting in the lobby waiting on that part, alot of the customers that came in were long time customers and the interaction between the staff and the customers were so personable it was cool to see. I have nothing except great things to say about them. I will absolutely be going to them again in the future!Service: A/C installation & repair

Just go here. I wasn t able to get what I needed done. However, the classic cars that i see there plus the fact the Devyn called me back same day. To advise me of that and refer to someone who can help. Says air about them. I will definitely come here on any other needs. I feel that you ll get an honest estimate at this place.

Wally is absolutely the best. My brother in law comes here and said this place was great and they don't cheat you on repairs. I brought my vehicle over here and they found the issues that needed to be repaired and did an amazing job. The price was right and customer service was on point. I will not be using another garage for any of my vehicles from now on. Wally and his crew sure won me over. Thanks guys! I will be back!

Wally and his team are very experienced and get the repairs done professionally and in a timely manner at a fair price. I've used Wally several times and I can say he is the most honest, ethical, and reasonable mechanic I've ever had! Anyone can write a review, and you don't know me, but all you have to do is go to his shop and ask anyone in the waiting room what they think of Wally and his business. They'll overwhelm you with positive compliments because they're all repeat customers. He does great work, backs it up, and won't charge you an arm and a leg. Wally's the best!

Brought in my '89 Jeep after failed emissions and some other issues. Other mechanics wouldn't touch it. This was definitely the best experience I've had with an auto mechanic in the valley (lived here 18 years). Excellent communication. Very honest and helpful. Not to mention reasonable prices. Wally, the receptionist, Mrs. Willard, and the entire team at Sun City Total Care are wonderful! They are all very friendly and professional. I visited this place for an oil change as a referral from Easy Street Auto Sales. I was not disappointed.The team discovered a few issues with the car that I wasn't aware of. Wally not only dumbed it down for me, but he took me to the car and showed me the concerns. One issue was my front passenger rim. I bent it. Wally gave me a few contacts to inquire about a replacementAn oil change for the Smartcar was definitely less then what I would have paid at the dealership or anywhere else for that matter. Too, Sun City Total Care respected my time. I was in and out in less then an hour! I will be a returning customer!

I always go to Wally s! I don t go anywhere else. Great costumer service! Prices are high, but worth paying because I TRUST Wally and his team. Karen is also a superstar at her job as well and I enjoy talking to her while my car is in the shop! (: Go to Wally s for your auto repair needs!

I like it they are very nice people and very helpful. I just saw your response Mr Wally. Our names are Kristopher & Sara Simons. First we were recommended by our church (Shepard Of The Desert) The first time we were there was for an oil change for a tan toyota and the last time was last week I believe, was for a air tire check for a dark blue Nissan. And the receptionist and the mechanics were so friendly and funny and very good at what they do. We will be coming back.. NOT too soon I hope... Lol

This shop has earned my business a few times over. Not only do their prices tend to beat other shops, but their service is unbeatable. I have brought vehicles in for issues other shops/dealerships have quoted me $1,000's for, only to find their were no issues to begin with (belts, brakes, etc.)! They are fair on their labor and will continue searching for the issue if your car keeps having trouble and will not do the work and charge a huge bill later. They keep you updated and will not do anything without your consent. Jacob is a wonderful and diligent mechanic. He is honest about when to do the work and when to wait, as well as when to go aftermarket or dealer part. Wally is an amazing owner and provides AMAZING customer service. He will keep you laughing, while providing you the same honesty his mechanics offer. Karen runs the front office and does a FANTASTIC job. She'll talk to you if that's what you want, or leave you be if you need that. She'll give you a ride to just about anywhere and always offers a kind face to look at.

Been going to Wally's since 2009 when I moved here. When you find a great mechanic you go back. Several of my friends now go.Honest reliable and cost effective.
