The office manager/owner was one of the most rude people that I have ever Met I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. It wasn t about you being uninterested in my credit card processing company, I deal with a lot of businesses daily. I wasn t sure who she was through my card away right in front of me. I asked her to return it to me and she was just extremely rude with the way she spoke to me. There s a way to talk to people and that s just not the way to do so, she could ve just said no thank you That would have been fine by me. But the rudeness of her was unappreciated and unacceptable. I own five vehicles myself, and I m always looking for good auto mechanics and I live locally so The fact that she talk to me such rudeness was very offensive. I could care less if I sold you or not, I have sent multiple customers to my auto mechanics account It s about common courtesy, and human dignity.

This is the best car service I have ever experienced.After taking my car to a few of the big name maintenance locations and even a Honda dealership, they all told me my car needed 10k in repairs but offered no real advice on what was needed and what could wait.At Robert's Car Care they really take care of you. Robert looked over my car and told me exactly what needed to be done soon and what could wait. Their prices were affordable and they really go out of their way to make you feel informed.If you need your car serviced, BRING IT HERE and you'll never want to take it anywhere else after.

I took my 2005 Ford Thunderbird Anniversary Edition in to fix my clunky ride; it sounded like I had a bucket of bolts in the trunk. Robert replaced the front and rear struts, control arms, and did an alignment and now my baby rides like a NEW car! I'm so happy that I took my car here and was given excellent service. I would highly recommend Robert's Car Care for any repairs and maintenance; they offer wonderful customer service too.Service: Steering & suspension repair

When I moved to the Valley, I knew finding a good car guy was as difficult and important as finding a good MD. I had one guy I trusted in Seattle where I came from; he took care of all my cars for 43 years. I needed another like him in Phoenix; i found him. Robert and family are excellent in service, honest in dealings and downright good people. I drive now from Scottsdale whenever I need service; they are worth my time and waiting to get stuff done right and honestly. I can't recommend them heartily enough. That's how I found them; the guy who took me back and forth from the airport recommended Robert's, and he put a zillion miles on his car monthly. My wife and I have been trusting the services and repairs of our vehicles to Robert's and his wife Gweneth's, Car Care since about 2005. This has included my custom 1959 Chevy, 1/2 ton pickup. Robert has always been professional, fair in pricing, and trustworthy. He is a master mechanic and has been training his son, Dylan, in the family business. I value their friendship very much. I love this place, honest and very fair price for quality work. I have all 4 of my vehicles serviced and repaired here. I only refer people to this shop. Pray I can find the same trust, quality, price and workmanship when I move back to Florida. Walked in to ask some questions about pricing and immediately was treated rudely. No greeting no questions were asked to me. Just $135 an hour and I will answer your questions type of deal. Not a way to get my business.

Finding a puddle of antifreeze under the front of my Flex on Saturday my mind told me water pump. Robert's Car Care got the call Monday morning and the Flex was towed over. Diagnosis confirmed and ok given, they took care of my vehicle like it was their own. If I could give 10 stars I would. If your in need of services for your car or truck give them a try. Went to Robert's car Care considering they were close by and offered the snap financing program for me. And without knowing what I was getting into they did an amazing job taking care of me and my car. They were able to take care of my 20-year-old Chevy S10 pickup and show me the parts that were messed up and what they did to my vehicle I was able to drive my car that same week on a 4-Hour trip to Vegas and back with no lights turning on and my car drove the whole way like a champ. I have been going here for years and will continue to go. They have always treated my car and myself as a customer with care and respect. Robert believes in doing the job right. A great local company that knows what they are doing when it comes to caring for your car and treating you like a customer instead of a nameless dollar sign like those big franchise companies. I love also the fact that I am investing in a local small business as well. I recommend this place whole heartedly. Thank you for taking care of my car!

Every time I ve taken my cars to Robert s Car Care they worked like a professional winning pit crew team, fixing my issues quickly and painlessly. It s always a pleasure stopping by there- whether it s a simple oil change or major crisis. They keep me happy. They re the reason I have a couple of hundred thousand miles on my cars and drive them with 100% confidence.

We keep our vehicles for a long time and Robert's Car Care has helped us in a big way over the years to be able to do that. Except for when we had a vehicle that was still under factory warranty we have gone to Robert's for nearly all of our repairs and regular maintenance for more than 15 years. They gave me a great price for my whole ac compressor to get done along with clutch that comes with it. I paid 1769 for all of it. Reasonable and affordable and they are a small shop but really friendly!!! Will always come back to them for my car services. I highly recommend this shop!!!

Finally found an honest car repair shop! First time we went there, we had been told by another place that we needed $1800 in repairs. Robert looked at it and told us we didn t need the extensive repair and a only needed a $300 part repair. He could have easily agreed with first estimate and we wouldn t have ever known he was doing unnecessary repairs. Have used him ever since! This place is awesome! They not only diagnosed my cars problem, they fixed it at a very reasonable price but dropped me off at home, then picked me up when my car was done!Great place! Awesome people and service! Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My car's air conditioning was blowing hot air. I had it checked out previously by another shop and was told the freon was good and there was no leaks. Robert ran a complete system check and found out the car virtually had no freon. He refilled and recharged it. My car's air conditioning is blowing cold air and running great. Next time I need car work I will check this shop out first.Service: Air conditioning

I'm picky about where I take my car because like the rest of us, I've been jerked around! These guys are amazing. The lady (who I found to be the owners wife) took time to quote me on some tires. Then when I came in the owner was there and he greeted us warmly right away, he's a really nice guy. I talked to the office guy for a little while too. They were quick and efficient and called us when our van was ready. I will definitely be back, thanks guys!

Used Robert s for several repairs the last few years. My a/c died right in the middle of summer, they got me in right away. They had it fixed the same day. And saved us a bundle. Great people and great service. Had my Jeep at another shop for 2 days and couldn't find the problem. Took it to Robert had it diagnosed and fixed within 4 hours!
