Bertha in the office is very friendly and helpful. Cesar has worked on four of my vehicles over the years. His work is superb. He has done multiple exhaust systems for me, his welding is top notch, he's done AC work, suspension work, tires, and more. The customer service is the absolute best I've experienced. Can't recommend Pamona enough.

Ceasar was awesome very helpful knowledgeable and gave me a great price on an exhaust system for my 94 Honda civic. Come check them out they do a little bit of everything.

These dudes over torqued my wheels. Almost 10 studs had to be replaced by a real tire shop. Using a impact gun with no clue what you guys are doin. Typical torque on a small car is around 80ft lbs so why tf was my car set at 140ft lbs. clowns

I would give them a zero if I could. My brake system went completly out and I feathered it to Pomona mufflers so thats as far as I got and had to leave my car.The next day they called with a quote and gave the go ahead.When I went to get my car they added 250.00 more for labor. They claim all quoted prices do not include labor.

Took my Lexus here to get some rear camber kit installed after I lowered the car. Caesar really knows his stuff and his quality of work while offering fair prices is top notch. He even let me watch while he did the work. I ve done plenty of car work as a car guy over the years on my own and I know a great mechanic when I see one. Caesar and Bertha were very friendly and great to talk to and you really get that nice family owned business vibe here. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Support this local friendly family own business and you won t be disappointed.

They did a great job rebuilding my exhaust, new off road tires and a main seal for a very good price! Very happy with their work and very friendly. They know what they are doing. Making them my go to shop for everything I need for my vehicles.

If you want the job done RIGHT, then come see Caesar. He s an honest and knowledgeable guy who takes pride in his work. My custom exhaust came out perfect. Highly recommended.

Went in for what I thought would be a very expensive repair, but Cesar explained to and showed me EXACTLY what I needed. Less than 1 hour later, I was on my way! Great service and a very fair and honest shop. Highly recommend

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Friendly, fast service. Caesar was honest and upfront about cost with no trying to up sell. Great price, great service, great people. And they stand behind their work.

Sure glad I found them somehow by accident in Youngtown. I was one of the first at the new location. I took my (Old faithful) 1998 mazda pickup truck in for new shocks and tires. 5 star treatment with great price and great service, no wonder why they needed a bigger shop. I will go back to them.

I went in to have Cesar modify my exhaust he walked me through the different steps to make it louder and didn t feel pressured but also gave me the best price and is by far the most honest and nicest mechanic I ve ever met would highly recommend.

I liked the service there. The guys were very nice and fixed my muffler instead of just making me buy a new one (like everyone else said to do). I will be back there again when I need for sure!

I do not recommend it !!! I took a van to have the check engine fixed, they charged me $655. I wasted time and the van looked like it did when I took it in... Definitely I don't recommend itThey took 655 dollars from me
