They are super friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The young lady at the desk was very helpful and they got the window fixed in no time and back to me the same day. Love love love them.

I dropped a small frame for a glass replacement fairly early on November 10th and was told 3-5 days because it had to be tempered. I paid the bill, I assume they ordered the glass. Fast forward to today, 7 days (5 business days) later. I called at 9.30 this morning and was told the technician was already out on calls and would return in a few hours and the glass was on hand. Apparently they order the glass and then reassemble the frame on-site. I called again some six hours later to check on progress and am now being told it won't be available until "sometime" Monday. I'm assuming that's code for late in the day. I guess if you don't spend thousands of dollars here, you don't rate any kind of quality customer service. Too bad too because this place is really convenient.

So helpful! We had a front window break and we were trying to get it fixed as soon as possible for as little as possible but still looking for quality and this place did it! They were so fast and only were so affordable. We would recommend it to anyone needing this kind of service. Thank you for your great customer service we appreciate your team!

We had a large piece of glass delivered today to cover the top of our dining room table. An estimator came out about a week ago, took measurements, and made recommendations. Today, Curt delivered our glass table top right on schedule. It came out perfectly and looks beautiful. Price was quite reasonable. Curt was extremely meticulous, cleaned the glass surfaces very well, and then mounted the glass with six plastic dots underneath the edges. He REALLY cares about his customers, takes pride in his work, and is a totally personable guy, to say the least. He made lots of recommendations of how to protect and keep the glass looking great. National Glass really does everything glass such as windows and patio doors, but not cars. I really recommend them.

Second time I have used them to mirror my doors. One was a Murphy hidden door and one was a barn door. They come out, measure and then come back to install. Looks great and reasonable!

Great little place for glass projects. I had a glass panel break in an antique cabinet. They were able to do next day service. I've used them a few times and have not been disappointed.

Good people. Listen to what you want, make suggestions and place your order. Replaced a 93x54 bathroom mirror. The installers were great. In and out in no time. Competitive price. Plus they rescreen our sun shades for those of us in the desert.

Tiffany and the others over at national glass are amazing, they were the only people able to help me. She quoted me a great price and when I showed up she gave it to me for $30 cheaper then discussed. Then they took my window in w 45 minutes before closing and stayed an extra 10 minutes just for me. Love this place!!!

It was the day before Christmas I was intent infixing my wife's china cabinet with a new glass that I had been dragging my feet on for 8 year decided to fix it right now before Christmas. Called these people up and a person answered the phone a friendly person said they could do a custom cut for me by Monday. I got a call back within the hour and was able to fix the china cabinet before Christmas. They were fast friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful people who do a wonderful job! I bought a special-sized glass for the top of a new desk a few months ago. When it was delivered, just one man brought it in. The glass was large and thick. But he did it, set it up on my desk, and was super nice! If I have need, I'll be certain to use them again. I highly recommend National Glass & Mirror.

These people are responsive and extremely friendly and courteous. The installation of a new window took only a few minutes. The job was done so professionally. Thank you to the office staff and the installation team. You are ALL fantastic!

Ordered replacement glass and was quoted a fair price in April. Waited about a month, and the technician showed up with a piece of glass with a major defect. National glass was kind and professional when reordering and trying to expedite, but their vendor has been terrible. After the fourth piece of glass delivered, over three months of waiting, and having to rely on duct tape and plastic to secure my window in the meantime, we still don't have a solution. National glass has been trying to help by switching vendors, but no luck. I am on their "last hope" trying to get one piece of glass produced with no defects. Perhaps Sept 8th I will have a new window...Services: Glass installation, Window repair

I called about glass pane for window, just wanted glass. Quoted $60, bought at Ace Hardware for $29.99. Couldn't understand why they were so out of line with price.

It took over a week to get this place to come out and do an estimate. Then over a month for them to order my window. And the day after they were supposed to install my window we had to call them to find that they sent our window back because it had a smudge. And we had to wait another month in the summer with a broken window. And today once again it was supposed to be delivered and I had to call there again to find out apparently I have to wait another week till my family can sleep comfortably, and apparently my wife,father, and I misheard her...not likely. So don't go here unless you can wait 6 months for a window and endure the absolute worst customer service I've ever borne witness.

They had come and replaced our glass shower doors three years ago but used our hardware. We are now having a leaking problem through the hinge and I called to make an appointment to have them come out to see what the solution would be. An appointment was made for the next day but they never showed up. I called a couple hours after the alloted time and was told that because they used our hardware they couldn t come and look at it because it wouldn t have been their fault or responsibility. They said they tried to call in the morning but called an old number on file not the cell number that I provided the day before. I explained that I wasn t holding them accountable for the problem since they didn t install the hinges, I just needed a solution to the leaking issue. They didn t care that if a new door & hinges needed to be installed to fix it, that s what we would have done. Apparently don t need the business. The worst customer care attitude I have ever encountered.

paid 1/2 up front; was told they'd be out 2 weeks; no call; we called made an appt for installers, the did not have right supplies and company blamed supplier; more wait time with no remorse about our schedules; i wanted money back to look for someone else they would not give back money; the receptionist argued her point and would not listen to me, infact she tried playing husband and wife against each other stating she did not tell my husband what she said. The installers stated they were sorry would give a discount . company never honored discount; after complaining via email they said $50 refund and needed my card that was already on file. Use alternate company---there are many others in area. thank you and i hope your experience in remodel is better than ours with this glass company for our newly remodeled bathroom.

Receptionist just couldn't be bothered. Didn't want to help. Even the atmosphere was unfriendly. Yes. I'll never go there again. Ridiculous prices. And then I asked her to cut a section of each side equally. Thought it was $1. After he was done she said $5. I'm like really. She ended up giving it to me. One side was 3/4 off. Ugh. Really. Live and learn.

They customized a shower surround for us that looks great and functions well. We've also had glass shelves installed and window screens installed with which we've been very satisfied.

They cut the mirror and reinstalled into a different frame while we waited. About 10 min per frame. Very well done.

Guys came out and replaced dual pane glass on 2nd floor above slanted roof of residential home. I am pleased with their work.
