I have nothing but good things to say about Luigi's Automotive. They really took care of me and my SUV. I got my transmission rebuilt and I have to say I was worried I'd be without my SUV for a long time but they had my SUV running smooth in 4 days. I would recommend and have recommend them to family and close friends. Maria and her husband are awesome. A rare find these days.

My battery died unexpectedly. They were able to help me with very little notice. Very friendly and professional and considerate. They were able to take care of everything very quickly. Highly recommend.

The team at Luigi s is GREAT! We have taken my daughters car there 3 times the first was for overheating issues. The second time was for the wheel bearings that they informed us about on the first visit and while the wheel bearings were getting done he called us and said there was a safety issue with the axle! He said he wouldn t want his daughter driving a car like that. In short the threads on the axle were cut so the wrong part would fit however this wore done the threads to unsafe levels and was not even secure, (by the way he saved the part to show me exactly how bad it was) Third time was to do the front breaks! There was even a noise coming from the power steering pump and he did a full flush on it and didn t charge her! They gave her a quote on the struts and said that she could save money and get it done when it was financially good for her! Maria is awesome and keeps us up dated on the progress of the repair! This shop does great work and I highly recommend them.

The team at Luigi's were very quick and professional. I had to replace my car's AC and not only was the price fare but it was done same day. What really amazed me, while I was waiting for my car I ended up in the ER and ended up there for 2 days. They were very understanding and kept my car at the shop without charging me storage fees (unlike big named automotive shops). Of course I came in with my medical badge on to show that I wasn't trying to pull anything funny but they were more worried about me than anything else. Not only am I okay but, my car's AC is doing great. Would recommend.

We had a problem with our alternator and they fixed it in no time. The owners made us feel at home. They were genuinely nice and were very nice to talk to. Good people. Good aura. Very highly recommended !!.The couple who own the shop were very friendly, made you feel at home and fixed the problem with a smile!! 5 stars for them. Nice people. Great little family owned auto mechanic's shop with awesome staff, reasonable prices, and fast and reliable service! A little hard to find (it's tucked away behind the Quality Inn), but worth dealing with Grand Avenue if you're out on the Northwest side. The office/waiting room is clean And Cool! Especially when it's 110+ outside. And the staff... incredibly warm, friendly family who treats everyone like they're part of the family!

Thank you for really fixing my van and doing excellent work. You have a really great family, absolutely incredible. I am thankful to have a mechanic who I can really trust. Wish every place does quality work, but most places do not. Was great to get to know you personally as well. Hope to build a great lifetime friendship with your family. New location, same great customer service. We are now up to 5 vehicles being taken care of at Luigi's. Vehicles ranging from 1996 to 2015. Surprisingly, very few mechanics now, know how to really work on older vehicles since there is no OBDII sensor technology telling them what to do. There is a lot to be said for good old fashion trouble shooting capabilities and Luis' master mechanic experience has yet to let our family down nor do I suspect he will. Youngtown, AZ picked up a great honest mechanic. It is a family own business that provides that small town customer service that's is lacking with franchise auto shops. They are very attentive to our needs! God bless you and your family Luis!

I've had 3 different vehicles worked on by this shop and it has been refreshing to find honest mechanics who could easily take advantage of people. We took my son's truck to have the A/C worked on. Christian Brothers had told us the evaporative cooler needed to be replaced. We did not do it because it was too costly at the time. This was almost a year ago. I was referred to this shop by a family friend so we set up an appointment and we went. The shop called after running compression test and could not determine that the evaporative cooler was not working. They did find a leak from the shrader valve on the high side was leaking and a hose that was leaking too. All in all the total went from $1,100 estimate for the evaporative cooler to less than $200! I went there about 3-4 months ago for some brake work and was impressed with the job done. Friendly and willing to talk to you about what they all found and so forth.

I always go to them there amazing. Luigi himself has always went above and beyond he has great customer service and my car problems have always been fixed. Highly recommend to anyone. Very satisfied customer!!
