So my car was dying in a very enclosed area that would be hard for a tow truck to reach. I was given a referral from my auto shop for a tow company called Koppy's towing.On a Friday morning I called to see if it could be picked up. The guy on the phone was very nice, very professional we talked about the car, the pick up and that I needed to go to work by a specific time and he disclosed to me that he would be busy until past that time so we marked in for Saturday pick up instead. We also discussed on how because of the area it would be best if we could see about pushing the car into a better position or we could work that out when he arrived later. (I had some friends show up so we pushed it into a better position for the truck to get into and out with low problems - the positioning was still too snug but the tow driver managed to get the car without too much problems).I was a few minutes behind trying to get what I needed when he showed up but he thankfully waited for me and started hooking up the car. After it was on the truck bed we talked about how I left the sunroof open to air out the car but I forgot to close it prior to it being hooked up.I'm thankful that the driver gave me information on how that people could get through my sunroof to steal my car if that was left unlocked. So he closed it after getting it to the auto shop for me and had sent me a picture to verify that it reached its destination and that the sun roof was closed.I had taken pictures of my car Before & After the towing and I couldn't see any damage or scuff marks or anything to say that the tow was not careful or negligent with my vehicle. I'm really appreciative of that.I want to say thank you very much to Koppy's towing for the help! I really liked my experience. I definitely will be using you guys in the future, and I've let my family know of your services as well.

Lara and Koppy s Body Shop are amazing. We just left our truck for body work. Unfortunately for us this is the 4th time using Koppy s. They have never come in over estimate and do an amazing job! They make it as easy as possible and work around our schedule. Great people great work!

I went to this place open-minded about the reviews about the bad attitude, bad customer service. The low stars were correct. The front desk lady is soo rude and unprofessional, and snippy responses. She kept says bye, bye, byeee. I know not to go to this place again. The blond lady was nice, but oh man the front lady needs to be retrained. I agree why the reviews are bad

This place works miracles! They made my car look perfect after hitting a tree. Fair and honest work, and the people that work there are amazing!

This was the worst place I've ever been to In My Life they have my car for 3 weeks they painted my front bumper the paint has peeled completely off this is very sad I guess if if I was white maybe I would have been treated better I don't understand however they pain in my front bumper it was awful the paint's peeling are called numerous times to see if they can paint it for free fixed the issue they told me no I don't know why my insurance company still paid them but they cannot finish the work correctly it's pretty sad still waiting for them to fix it ask for another body shop that I went to it's called Fix-It Auto in Sun City they fixed my back bumper looks beautiful beautiful to this day they just did the work about a month ago the car looks like new if you look up Fix It Auto and Sun City you will see pictures of my back bumper only been going on three months now the rack the back bumper is still clean beautiful professionally done they handle all their customers no matter what race they are with care go to Sun City Fix It Auto they're the best and they stand behind their work

My vehicle was towed to this company for being in an unsafe spot on the freeway with a flat tire. I went to get a new tire and came back and the truck was gone I called dps they gave me the contact info for koppys auto body at that time was very appreciative towards dps for being quick and helpful. I called koppys and the lady at the desk confirmed my vehicle was there dps stated I could pick it up but the lady said otherwise said I half to wait tell the morning keep in mind this is a half hour befor they closed I said to the lady I need my vehicle to get home and back to work since it s my only vehicle and that I had a new tire and she stated she didn t care it was her problem and proceeded to hang up on me I called back and no awnser I didn t care about paying that s no problems I just was hopeful it would have been a respectful helpful company to help me during hours. I belief on them not letting me pickup my vehicle is that they are trying to charge me more to make more money off me and that s not right considering that I haven t seen the vehicle and don t know of any damage from dragging it onto the tow truck. This place is sketchy seems like chop shop the way the treat there customers I hope that people read this and save them selves from being bent over. I wish the best for there customers and hope that they open there eyes before it s to late.

After getting several estimates around Surprise I went to Koppy s Auto Body. After getting the estimate they were able to start repairs much sooner. Their years of service convinced me. Lady at the front office was very rude and short with me basically told me to go to Maaco for what I needed, so I took my business elsewhere! They can apparently fix cars, but not there attitude!

This is the worst tow company ever! My truck broke down off the highway and they towed it to their lot and when I arrived my truck window was broken and all my tools, ladder and everything was gone out of the truck. Do not trust these people and stay far away from this business. And all the company says is they have no idea how it happened, some of the items were family heirlooms. They will get theirs eventually!

We had our car taken here after an accident. They had our car for about a month and a half,in that time we were not permitted to get anything from our car the couple times my fianc� stopped by. We had 3 key chains hanging from our rear view mirror on a lanyard. When we got our car back I noticed that they had they had taken the lanyards and our rosary off the rear view mirror,our key chains and rosary that we are not able to replace were gone. The lanyards were still there so someone that works there unclipped the key chains from the lanyard and kept them(as I stated they are not replaceable), they had been clipped to the lanyard for almost a year and never fell off. They were there when the car was towed to their shop. When my fianc� called them about it they told us they would look into it and call us back the next day,a week and a half later my fianc� called again and was told WE LOST THEM,they refused to admit one of their employees stole 4 sentimental items from our car and placed the blame on us. If you take your car here,which I don t recommend I suggest you take anything out that means anything to you. I m honestly heartbroken over losing these items,my fianc� has had the rosary in every single car he s owned,it was even blessed by the church,whoever took it will definitely get the karma they deserve. I hope the employee that stole our items enjoys them. And like I said if you do have to leave your car with them TAKE EVERYTHING THAT YOU CARE ABOUT WITH YOUServices: Painting, Body & Trim

There's many Good things to say about Koppy's Body Shop.Customer service is very knowledgeable and outstanding when explaining how things are done and honest with you if they uncertain about any issues that arise though out process of things. They work as a team being very knowledgeable in in there area of expertise. I personally over the years have had to take a couple cars to have them repaired and not once have I had any problems.So with that I recommend Koppy's Body Shop. They are truly Professionals at what they do...!!Randall.B

Avoid this place if you like your car!! No quality control. Returned my car with dead battery and incomplete charged services. They wasted my time with no apologies and left the car with an interior light on for a long period of time and denied it. They returned the car to me turned it off and walked away. It was dead. It was not an old battery and was working fine when I left the car with them. Not to be trusted.

I am visiting my elderly grandpa here in Sun City. He told me about his experience with the work they did on his car. About 2 months ago, he went to pick up his car after they "completed" a repair. When he got there he checked the work on the drivers door only to find a portion of the work had been repaired. He found a substantial scratch on the lower portion of the door they "fixed". After he pointed out the issue and said he wasn't happy with the work, the man he spoke with told him that the work was done and that he should just get some touch up paint and a brush and fix it himself when he gets home. After spending $2500+ in repairs, there's no excuse for that kind of response to a customer. He's not happy and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I'm a former ASC certified body fender repairman (years ago). I had Koppy's work on my daughter in law's beautiful black Dodge Challenger after collision in the front. They replaced the bumper, grill, lights, fenders and hood. I had them repair the door that was not part of the accident at my cost. Paul rejected parts from the insurance company that were not good enough. He also found an issue with a brake pad that was making noise (he wanted to be sure it wasn't something from the repair). He also discovered a piece of metal in a rear tire that had a slow leak and could have resulted in a blow out in the hot weather. (Thanks Paul I love my Daughter and Grandkids very much) After Paul returned the car I got a chance to inspect the work. Being black I was thinking I could find some small fault. I looked and looked and couldn't find one. The paint was perfect the gaps were perfect the body work was more than perfect.As for the bad reviews I can guess someone came at them with an attitude. They are regular people that are highly skilled at what they do. They don't have to put up with attitudes. If you want someone to make you feel warm and fuzzy there are places for that. If you want quality work at a fair price (fair for you fair for them) come to this shop. Paul and his family are friendly and honest. Try and be the same way towards them.

Great and Amazing customer service. I must say a very well owned shop. Paul you are amazing and great at what you do. The communication alone on my first day walking in made me want to go back in time and start everything from scratch with you instead of going to Goodwrench where I got the run around on some BS from Zac. Anyway I will recommend you to everyone I know that needs work done!! Thanks again!!

The lady at the front desk seems to always make you feel like you're bothering her and isn't friendly and one of the technicians wasnt the nicest but I'm glad I had to go to another shop as they went above and beyond for me and were super friendly will be going back there from now on thanks Koppy's!

$40 later and I'm on the road again. I am left wondering why the first tow truck driver couldn't boost the vehicle.The Story: I ended up stranded at a Basha's in Surprise. I thought that the battery must have been dead as the car sits unused, quite a bit. I called roadside assistance for a boost.The roadside assistance arrived and much to my disappointment the car would not start with a jump. So, I was at the will of the driver and had the car towed to the house. I was left thinking that there must be an issue with the electrical system.The next day, I made an appointment with the shop, and they coordinated Koppy's to pick up the car. The driver arrived as scheduled and asked me, "what's going on with it [the car]?" I filled him in. He pulls a power battery out and says, "let's give it another go." He then proceeds to jump start the car.I have no reservation rating Koppy's Towing 5 stars. Thank you for being honest and serving me with integrity.

I fully trust this body shop , yes I will return as if need Future body work,please do not use their wrecker service ,you will wait all through the day and then night also

Just watched one of the tow drivers on Grand Avenue heading eastbound drift in and out of his Lane, stopped 30-plus feedback from the light for no real reason, and then watched him cut off a semi truck right before I turned to get onto the 101 South. I would not trust the driver who drives like that.

Koppys was a lifesaver for me. Months back a small bear and it roughed up my mercury le sable pretty bad. Paul took care of all the insurance for me and fixed up the damage to make my car look almost new. Im afraid without his help my car would have been a complete loss.
