During our journey from Phoenix to Las Vegas, our car s alternator failed, leaving us stranded. Thankfully, we found this family-owned car service, which turned out to be our saving grace. Not only were they the only ones in the area who immediately accepted to help us, but they also went above and beyond to ensure our situation was resolved on the same day, which was crucial for our business trip to Las Vegas.Their hospitality was remarkable. They allowed us to relax in their spacious backyard, where we enjoyed the company of their friendly dogs and cats they have about 20 cats, several dogs, and even some fish tanks. Our kids were delighted to play with a remote-controlled jeep they provided, which made the wait pleasant and stress-free.Despite not having the necessary part in stock, one of their dedicated team members made the extra effort to travel to a larger city to retrieve it, ensuring our car was fixed promptly. This level of commitment and understanding of our urgent need was truly heartwarming.Finding such helpful and kind-hearted people in the middle of the desert was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They didn t just repair our car; they saved our family business trip. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, efficiency, and exceptional service.

Was traveling from Wyoming to Tucson az. my service light came on in the middle of nowhere Az "Wittmann Az"! there was only a gas station and dollar store. the cashier hooked me up with S&S performance. The guy come and guided me to his shop that minutes away. The fother and son teem made me feel safe and in good hands. I'm from small town and this is how we take care of each other. they fix my problem in that same day. and I assure you I was totally undercharged. but he stuck with his original quote. I feel so blessed and wish they were closer to where I live. They are very skilled, kind, thoughtful, accommodating, and just down and out really good people. I feel very blessed. Thank you guys!

S & S Performance Father and Son, Steve and Michael have done amazing quality work on my Impala. They are fair and honest on thier prices and communicate extremely well. Anyone living in the West Valley and need work done on thier vehicle give them a call.

Michael is probably the most honest mechanic I have dealt with in my 35 plus years of owning a car. I wish I didn't have to leave AZ because he would definitely be the only mechanic I'd trust.Thanks for your honesty and professionalism

This place holds true to their work they really know what to do and how to do it when it comes to working on your vehicle. I can t tell you how much they make it feel as if you have a true professional in the business who actually isn t here to charge you a lot. They work with anything in any situation whatever you got in your pocket and need done and even if you need your own parts put on they will do so with that and give you their honest feedback. This is the best place to get your car worked on. I have a 2018 Chevy Tahoe and I needed a new battery. I bought one at an auto supply store but they would not mount it because they said it was too complicated. So ai called S&S and they got me right in. They replaced the battery and it took them about 25 mins. I asked what I owed them and they told me nothing. I couldnt believe it. They are the best!

These guys are my new mechanics. I ve taken my car to multiple shops and heard a whole lot of nonsense. This shop is straight to the point and fair. Michael was highly knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what he s doing/talking about. Unfortunately my car has some wicked electrical issues but they helped my brother and did solid work. They definitely helped with diagnosing my car the best they could given the circumstances, when seeing some vacuum leaks they put on clamps without even charging me. Definitely will only trust these guys to work on any vehicle I ever own.Service: General repairs & maintenance

DONT trust your dealership, TRUST THESE GUYS. I took my car to my car dealership needing engine repair and they told me that I was going to have to replace the whole thing costing thousands. Fortunately, I went to get a second opinion from S&S Performance and instantly they earned a loyal customer. They fixed my engine and it runs like new, definitely returning for more car solutions.Service: Engine repair

Best service garage in the Valley!Was able to self diagnose my suspension needing ball joints and bushings and brought my '98 Tacoma to Mike at S&S Performance and he was able to have my truck repaired in no time. Mike DID NOT try to sell me any unnecessary service that I did not need like many other shops will do. Met his father and had a nice chat about this-n-that. The service garage has a lot of cool projects that they are working on from high performance engine swaps to rock crawling jeeps. These folks really do make you feel like family and will treat you right.It's so refreshing to finally find a good reliable mechanic that won't try and screw you over. They fixed my rear main seal leak, and were very inviting and professional. They did a great job, it felt like I was going to a family member to fix my car. They were very responsible with the price !! Went for just an inspection but was glad due to great customer service and knowledge. Came back later for a new radio install and steps added to new truck. These guys do great work! Very knowledgeable and communicative. I called because my car started running really bad. Michael said come right over, within a couple of hours he called and had it fixed. Very reasonable, only charged me the diagnostic price. Will definitely be calling him again!! Very impressed!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

The techies here helped me for years, and often rescued me and regularly serviced 2 of my vehicles. Good prices and great work. They know what to do from very old classics to modern vehicles. I would recommend their services.

This business goes above and beyond what you would expect from a car mechanic shop. They promptly inspected my vehicle, assessed the issue and repaired my car. They even delivered my car to me when it was completed. In addition , they spotted a potential problem,power washed the engine and asked me to bring iback in a week to check it. They exceeded my expectations and I would not only use this garage again but reccomend them to others. Thank you S & S Performance!

There's a lot of "Old School" wisdom and knowledge in the place, cool to see it being passed down to the next generation. You want things done the right way when it comes to your vehicle then this is the place to have the work done.
