I scheduled my oil change appointment today @9am, parked by lube bay, guys just looked out at me, didn't offer any courtesy to see what I needed. Instead they were in their comfort zone and being Monday maybe started off sluggishly. I was 25 minutes early so I left after I commented to them that they could have asked what i needed. I left for Walmart Service Dept right behind their business.

On a road trip from Seattle to Texas, the battery light came on. The guys from Walmart sent me over to Thomas, when i showed up with a battery issue that they couldn t diagnose. The guys at Oxendale figured it out and as we all feared it was the alternator. We had to spend the night in Winslow, but we had a great time downtown and the parts arrived and the car was fixed by 9:30am. The team at Oxendale was fast, honest, hard working and super kind. Couldn t have broken down in a better place.

Thomas helped my daughters when they were travelling from Colorado to Payson. Words are hard express how he went above and beyond he turned a very stressful day into a great day! He is proof that there is great people in this world I highly recommend this place and thank you Thomas from the bottoms of all our hearts

Great service! Our van broke down right near here and they were the first place we tried. They were professional and fixed the car well. The service was very quick and reasonably priced. If we had to break down, glad it was near these guys!

My husband recently traveled from WY to Phoenix, AZ to purchase a vehicle from a dealership. On his way back to WY, by the time he got to Winslow, the check engine light came on and it was not safe to continue driving long distance. After much back and forth with the dealership, it was arranged for them to pay to have it fixed in Winslow. Oxendale was able to order the parts and get it fixed a few days later. Unfortunately, after leaving Winslow, another 200 miles later, the check engine light came back on requiring him to return to Winslow and take it back to Oxendale for an additional part, but the part was special order and not readily available. After already having been in AZ for an extra 4 days, this was very upsetting to hear as he couldn't miss anymore work. The service manager, Thomas M.'s spouse, drove to flagstaff and back that same afternoon to get the part so my husband could get back on the road to WY that evening instead of waiting several days for the part to come in. He had no issues for the trip home. Thomas called my husband the next day to make sure he made it home safely. We can't thank Thomas, his spouse and staff enough for the help they provided, they truly went above and beyond and we are so very grateful. Extra thanks to Thomas for helping deal with the dealership and payment and his kindness, people like that are hard to come by these days.

This place was amazing to us. We blew two tires on the high way and made it to their shop. One employee came out and helped us find the tries we needed at Walmart around the corner then the shop installed the tires for us for less than $50 helping us get back on the road asap. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks to Thomas and his coworker for all the help! We appreciate you.

My van/RV broke down in Winslow. After Dalton Motors jerked me around for a week I had trouble finding anyone who would work on my van. Oxendale came to the rescue. Service was excellent, people were friendly and competent. I can t say enough nice things about them..

Just want to give a huge thanks to all the guys in the service department!Amelio, Thomas and the entire crew went above and beyond for my family and I.As we were driving through their town we suffered a blow out and every store we tried did not have our tire size and told us we would have to wait until Monday, a whole three days away to get them. The crew at Oxendale stepped up and made it their mission to help us, and they found the size we needed.Even though they didn't expect anything in return, they helped some guys from Texas and treated us like family.Thanks guys!PS. They had a lot of nice vehicles on the lot, and all the salesman were attentive, smiling and ready to help us, even though we were just getting our vehicle serviced.I might just give them my business next time I'm in the need of a new car for myself.

Have an older Ford truck that developed a leaky fuel pump. We were lucky to find a replacement at the local NAPA store, and they sent us to the guys at Oxendale Auto Outlet. They were super nice, helpful, and managed to get out truck in, replaced the fuel pump, and got us back on the road.Thanks to them all.

Informed it was my first time visiting for service, and that I also have another vehicle I could bring for servicing also. At drop off on my *scheduled appointment* I also mentioned I was interested in one of their vehicles on the lot, and would like to know an appraisal value on mine, etc...When I went to pick up I was a little surprised at the cost, as an oil change there is apparently the same exact cost as a Dealership in flagstaff. $110 for an oil change only. No tire rotation. I mentioned that Winslow Ford (right next door) offers the same service, with tire rotation, for $65. The guy behind the counter said I must be getting a deal. I told him its actually the price on their service menu on a board behind the counter.He continued the conversation arguing that Winslow ford makes you wait all day. So I then asked him why it does at Oxendale as well? I had an APPOINTMENT at 9am, and did not get a phone call till 1pm. For just an oil change....They also had nothing to say about the vehicle I was interested in.Update: Also immediately after the service, I noticed our vehicles brake light bulb out. I've seen on other reviews they don't check simple things like tire pressures when a vehicle is in for service, and apparently not lights either.

Ameliorate and Thomas the service manager and Aiden were extremely helpful. Was traveling and needed immediate service. They were a pleasure to work with and got me back on the road extremely quick. Nicest guys to work with!!

The guys at Oxendale went above and beyond to help us! We were on a long road trip across the country and experienced a flat tire. When we pulled up to their shop, everyone was so eager and willing to help us out. They worked quick and efficiently to get us back on the road. We can t thank them enough for their positivity and turning our exhausting day around. We would recommend their business and are so appreciative for their help!

We just left this place because our Silverado showed "Engine Idle Over heating" as we were heading back from our vacation from California. Thomas and the Guys were so quick to help and check our Engine. Right away they knew what to do. They jumped on it. Although simple because it was a cap that wasn't replaced on the Antifreeze which caused the liquids to lower itself to nothing. Luckily there was an Oreilys across the street the guys sent us too. Bought a cap and the awesomest thing the guys did was fill up our vehicle with antifreeze no charge to get us back home safely! The best customer Service ever!!

Horrible place to purchase a vehicle from, finance people are horrible, very, disrespectful to Elderly people my grandmother purchased a vehicle that she was forced into. She s been having problems with the vehicle since day of purchase and the dealership and service department told her she has to pay a deductible when clearly the vehicle is still under warranty. Told them I ll be file a complaint with OIG detectives conduct investigations. Lucky I recorded his bad behavior.

Pushy sales person put me in a car I did not want and said I will get a car of my choosing after one year. Year later they didn't return my call same day. Months go by and I got a rushed reply and I don't feel comfortable dealing with Oxendale. I will not be stuck with a car I don't want, I'll look elsewhere.

These guys know their stuff, did a tricky tire patch and balanced the tire right after they locked up since we would have been stuck and facing a tow to flagstaff and an unplanned overnight stay. They got us sorted out quickly. Will come back to them if ever in a jam again. Go to these guys first!

Oh, wow, our undercarriage on our Prius also came off while headed to California. Thomas also took care of us! He and another guy removed the undercarriage for free!! They had to take off the front and under both wheel wells. One wheel well was salvageable. They wrapped it 2 white garbage bags for us to take with us and put all our bolts in a little box and sent us on our way. Talk about service!!! Back on the road to Cali in 20 minutes!! Great place!!!

I had an electrical system problem coming into Winslow, AZ. The service manager got me in the next morning and I had prompt attention in getting the problem accurately diagnosed. A remanufactured alternator was ordered and installed and I was back on the road the same day. A professsional and friendly repair team that provided great work at a very reasonable cost. Well done!

Took my Escape in to get detailed. With it being occupied by dogs alot of the time, you can imagine what the carpets and back seats look liked. AND THIS MAN THOMAS MADE MY SUV LOOK ALMOST BRAND SPANKING NEW! Awesome work and affordable

Just pulled off the interstate, with a piece of my cars undercarriage dragging and Making a horrible noise. Tommy took me right in and removed the undercarriage for free!! My wife and 4 dogs didn t even have to get out of the car!! Talk about service!!! Back on the road to Arkansas in 20 minutes!! Great place!!!

These guys have an auto mechanic on staff and are able to do repairs. Robert helped us out big time with a quick fix for a coolant line problem. We were on our way in less than an hour.

They advertise 0 down and 250 a month and that they have lots of options for you. They say your credit is good and they can definitely work with you. Then they give you one option at 1000 down and 545 a month. Don't waste your time. Go to Bradley Chevrolet.

We purchased a vehicle in Arizona and on the drive home ran into car problems in Winslow AZ. Googled the internet for Auto Repair facilitiesin Winslow and was treated horrible by 4 Auto repair shops on the phone.Being an Auto Repair shop myself in Minnesota I contacted OReilly's in Winslow. They refereed me to Oxendale Auto Outlet and told me to talk with Thomas. If you ever need your car repaired go to this facility. They got us in immediately and got us on the road the same day. Thomas was very polite as the other facilities were very rude and unhelpful. Five starsand our hats off to this shop, GREAT work guys. THANK YOU !!!

A lady was able to trade my car in without me being present. The title was signed with my name, but I was not present for this. Someone forged my signature. This transaction was done at this dealership. I had no knowledge of this taking place. I just found out today when I could not find my title and went to the MVD for a new copy. The car is now at this dealership. They have fallen to the lowest standard of fraud to make money and sell cars!! I m reporting my car stolen, for fraud to Office of Inspector General, and I want to see what else I can do to help me in this situation. I m without a car and they sold a car off my car being traded.

The water pump on my 1991 3.3L Dynasty failed on a Sunday. I didn't know where to get it replaced and the very friendly residents of Winslow said that I should take it to Oxendale for a no nonsense repair. The staff got right on it Monday morning and my wife and I were were back on the road in no time. Hats off to the friendly Staff at Oxendale !
