If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The owner of this establishment is very unprofessional. I called Mike to come and pick up a vehicle. I was reassured he would be arriving soon. Well that was 8 hours ago and he never came. I called several times left a voicemail and then he eventually cut his phone off. A female called me approximately an hour and a half ago and stated Mike was on his way. Nope never came. If you need a car removed this place is definitely not the place to go. I highly suggest you go elsewhere because you will be disappointed.

Great Place These people have every thing. Good prices! Mike went out of his way to get me the right part. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I needed a tire for a trailer and Mike got it for me and put it on a rim... This was after hours and he didn't charge extra and was a very nice guy to work with... I would recommend his business to anyone... Those that have given bad reviews aren't telling the whole story, they're just telling their side and not giving all the details of the whole picture...

Mike is an awesome dude he works with you and tries to find the parts you need if not you can call and find it from some of the other yards he has would do business with this gentleman any day

These guys were a lifesaver! Hit a pot hole fron hell and completely bent the rim of my rear tire. This happened in a very small town east of Gallup NM. We called every dealer, car/tire shop and junkyard in Northern NM. Not a single person had the rim in stock and the lead time was 3 to 5 business days. Now this was Monday and we needed to be in California by Tuesday morning. So calling everywhere along our route we finally contact Mike at JRS kachina told him what we needed and instantly he said yeah hes got one. We get there and they pull a rim up to dry fit. And of course wouldn't you know it, we have 1 year newer than what he had so the lugnut pattern is off just enough to screw everything up. Now let me tell you something, Mike had his entire home/shop torched so he no longer has electronic records of whats on hand. But this didnt stop him. He scoured the yard, checking rim after rim until finally he found a match. This guy is one to go to. He is very kind and extremely helpful and won't stop until you have what you need.

I MUST BE HONEST AND GIVE THIS BUSINESS A VERY BAD REVIEW BECAUSE MIKE DOES NOT KEEP HIS SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. HOW DOES HE STAY IN BUSINESS?? POOR MANAGEMENT !!

He sales and swaps titles. Drags people along. Charges different than quoted. Illegal activities. In violation of ordinance codes. Fighting in front of customers. Steals stuff customers cars

Guy will do anything he can to screw you over. Was trading him for parts and he sold it from underneath me. He is threatening when you start to get demanding wanting to collect your parts. Save yourself some time and energy and never do business here.

Idk what happened to Mike he used to be great but now he's hardly open I been there twice in 3 weeks and waited hours and no show. Very unreliable.

Spend 250 dollars on a transmission that I had never received. Mike made promises and grantees that the transmission is there and ready for pick up, but it was all lies.

the folks at Kachina Jr's were very helpful when my Jeep broke down in Winslow. Let me look around for parts, dig through their bolt bins, and install my parts out in front of their yard. 10 bucks for a coil got me back on the road.

This is the second time I have been here and they say they have what i need. Was here for 2 hours the 1st time and the second gates were open and they would not come out if the motor home
