Full of lies. Charge over $250 for drive axle seal and it leaked again after few miles. They don t know any work.

We went in Saturday with a Rv MH 1 tire was damaged as they changed it they found the inside tire shredded and flat. Decided to replace back 4 inside tire had a slit already started. I know we bought 4 tires but they were genuinely concerned about our safety. They stayed late . Thank so much.very helpful and friendly.

Bought brand new tire from then drove 300 miles and tire got bubble on it called shop to ask where I can get replacement for because it s under warranty l. They said they don t have warranty on tire. Asked if I can speak with a manger they Hangup on me. Don t buy tires from them they are selling fake tire.

Driving from California to New Mexico over Thanksgiving holiday. Had tread separate from tire on our van and was able to limp into the service center. Had the right tires, replaced all, and got us back on the road. Really reasonable price. Frank and his crew were terrific.

Wouldn t trust doing another pm here. One of my fuel filters was installed properly noticed the issue the next morning. Will send bill for extra service I need to get it fixed will see what happens.

They deserve 0 Star My driver went in for flat trailer tire. They REFUSED to do the tier change because i have my spare tire! they told driver if he buy new tier than they will change it ! my spare tier is in good condition they don't fix flat tier to sale they scrap tiers for more money. Bad Service

BEWARE ... this shop are scammers . we did stop by for flat trailer tire , they did inspected ...yes the tire was damage on side wall . We will need new tire ...and here is the break down , for USE tire 300$ tire only , for NEW trailer tire Firestone @ installation..total coast is 763.39$ . the tire is only 475$ ...so he installation is for 288$ . this is INSAINE ...PLZ tray to avoid them on any coast

I don't know why they are very angry and impatient with customers It may be beneficial to the company's business. If you don't love your job, do another job, don't be bad to your guests, don't love your job talk to your boss They don't understand trucks at all. When your airbag leaking have no air pressure, you can't shift gears at all. The two workers will ask you to move the truck. My English is not good. But it doesn't mean that the IQ is lower than the two of them, rude and respectful! I will never come back!

I went in for a trailer tire valve stem and blow up the trailer tire. Since the valve stem let out all the air and popped the tire off the bead... the tire was still good alot of thread!!! They REFUSED to do the valve stem and air up the tire. So then we went to my spare tire! The same "were not put that on" I'm looking at this guy like "there's no wire showing, it's not bald, nothing wrong with the walls whatsup" just to leave that place i had to get 2 new Cooper tires. A simple valve stem I had to leave with 2 new Cooper tires.

I called to see what it would cost to remove one tire from a truck wheel that s it, the guy says we ll have to see it in person to give a quote. You can tell they are out to price gouge if they can t even give basic rates.

Short staffed, & still got me in and done! Big thanks to this Goodyear location and their staff. Frank, James, & Mike were great to work with. I appreciate u guys going above and beyond for me today. I didn't want to eat more than a day for repairs, & it took well under that. Thanks again.** I do recommend. They did a great job for me.

One guy in the tire side can barely do the job. I had to get the tire out of the trailer belly rack. If you hire on do the job.

Honest guys working here. They could've easily ripped me off but they didn't. I'm new to owning a business and buying my own tires and Frank took the time to explain what tires I should buy to get maximum value for my money. Thanks bro!

Frank at Good Year commercial service ctr. In winslow Az did a great job at finding 3 flat tires instead of 1 low air tire on our class c motor home. Even though they usually don't work on RVs, he got us in and out in a jiffy. Thank you Frank and Good Year for saving the day and for what could have been a disasterous situation! So appreciated!! Shop dosent understand dot laws on which tires can be put on a truck or not. They will try to upsale if you bring in a spare if you refuse they will refuse to do the work you requested including any additional services.

We had a flat tire in a Penske truck. Quint came to help as soon as he could. He got us out of there quickly and was very nice/knowledgable.

Super slow service checked in me at 8 am to fix flat tire it is 8.29 am still keep talking two Machanic to each other and way of talking so rude. Bad service

Stopped for a tire with a gash in it and they fixed three tires with nothing wrong with them after a 2 hour wait, leaving me with a tire that has a gash and waiting for another 3 hours

Really closes at 4 pm . I walked in 30 mins before closing and I was verbally ran out of the building cause they were closing. Unbelievable
