Amazing customer service from Jennifer, she is incredibly helpful and is seriously one of the most patient people ever. I happened to walk in while she was dealing with a difficult customer who was being incredibly rude over their own incompetence but she remained calm, cool and collected, was super nice and did everything she could to help them, they still treated her poorly, she did not deserve that. She moved onto me after and was very sweet, helpful and professional in spite of being treated poorly by a customer for absolutely no reason.

My husband and I needed to remove the wheel bearing on the rear tire. Every employee was nice and really tried helping. The first day we had no luck in removing the bearing. The next day Devon spent his off day assisting my husband until the job was done. I don't know what we would have done without his help. It is heart warming to know that there are still people with good hearts who are willing to help in a time of need. Thanks Devon!!!

The manager here was amazing. We actually needed a taillight for an RV any app and I have one in stock but we had to remove the whole old one drill holes etc. to put on the new one and he did most of the work seen that my husband is handicap I can t thank them enough

These guys saved us a day while traveling cross country. We called 15 minutes prior to closing with 20 minutes to get there and they offered to stay open for us. They had what we needed in stock and we changed the alternator and battery in the parking lot after closing with Forest helping us out. Truly a class act and greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not sure about store policies, but I was just looking for help replacing my wipers, that I bought elsewhere and was having a hard time putting them on myself. So I asked inside if someone could help, or just show me how it's done. He told me NO, didn't buy them here, I'm not going to help you. Made me feel unwelcomed, So I went to O'Reilly and they helped me no questions asked. Sorry I didn't buy them from you AutoZone and sorry for asking for help.

As I was entering the store I saw an employee carry out a car battery to an elderly customers trunk for them. When I was walking to the checkout area I saw an employee ask how he could help the next customer. She told him my car is not running normally. He told her let's test a few things and proceed to take some in store equipment to run diagnostics on her vehicle for free. Then it was my turn I told the employee what parts I needed and he showed me all my options and prices when we finished our conversation he printed all the information for me so I can make the choice for what was best for me and not push the highest price parts like most auto shops do. I appreciate this location.

My truck was overheating while coast to coast traveling. Dessere and Rob at the Winslow AZ. location were a blessing. A listed radiator for my truck was not available in town, but a couple calls later they were able to cross one that would fit with a small modification. They were very accomodating and supportive along the repair, making sure I had all I needed and providing all the tools required for the job. A radiator, water pump, serpentine belt, fan clutch, and five hours later, I was again on the road and made it home safely. Thank you guys!

We went in because our car battery was having issues. HUGE shout out to Rob for being extremely helpful and efficient. He tested our current battery and replaced it for us on the spot. It was such a relief to have it completed so quickly. Rob is very knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend this location for your auto parts needs.

What an incredible person Darcee is. I was changing my front brake pads in the parking lot and she noticed that my scissor jack was about to fail. She asked me to step away from my car as she ran in to get a floor jack and two jack stands. She helped me secure my car and my safety. My jack was twisted I believe she saved me from great injury.Thank you again Darcee.JP

The best Autozone I've had to go to. Broke down outside town, had my truck towed here. The part I needed was in stock, every single employee was extremely helpful and caring. 10/10 recommended Winslow Autozone

We traveled 1100 miles and my truck threw a code, the problem was carbon build up on my throttle body, I just needed to clean it. Went inside bought some TB cleaner and asked if I could clean it out in their parking lot, lady said no problem. Super nice lady and autozone saved me again! Thanks Autozone.

I was having an extremely bad day and very angry. Autozone in Winslow AZ stopped there to get help on my truck issues. A lady manager offered assistance I declined not knowing if she could REALLY help. While I was looking in tools I listened to her help other customers she blew me away with the knowledge she had!! Me still angry placed the tools down to purchase. Long story short Darcee helped with great information solving my problem and had me smiling in a great mood with the personality of an Angel Darcee even helped me put wiper blades on in the pouring rain!

I'm traveling alone with 2 little kids and my truck gave me a check coolant warning. I went to this location and the guy who helped me knew exactly what I needed. He took the time to fill me up and even made sure I was good to go before he sent me on my way. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

The manager of this autozone was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Him and his crew helped me with putting in my new bulbs. They were all sweet and helpful. Good place to visit.

I just want to give A HUGE THANK YOU AND APPRECIATION for rob! He was so wonderful and so nice, god bless him, he helped us so much fix something that we couldn t fix, it s a great temporary fix, and will get us to our destination. God bless you Rob. Thank you so much for all your help

My battery died and when I finally got it jumped I rushed to Auto Zone literally 3 minutes before it was going to close. I explained my problem and the associate Dallas offered to check it first, he calmly followed us to my car and asked me to turn it off. I was afraid to but he assured me that if in fact it doesn t restart, he will be able to charge my battery. He quickly found out it my battery was in fact bad and showed us the battery selection. As I was purchasing my battery the other associate Jim offered to swap it out. I am so very grateful for these two men for being so very helpful, professional and patient with me and my children. My car started without a hiccup and I was back home in no time. You guys are AWESOME!!! They deserve a raise or an incentive for going above and beyond for me when I needed help the most.

I came in to have my battery checked since I was having issues with it. Shauna took care of everything, she was terrific and she was very helpful. They found out that it needed to be replaced. She replaced the my battery in under 15 minutes! Amazing service! Highly recommended!

Stopped at this Autozone to buy DEF for our diesel truck. The manager, Rob was very helpful and pleasant. He offered to carry the two boxes of DEF to our truck and assisted in putting the spout into the container. Once the DEF was added, Rob then took the empty box to the trash.Rob recommended a wonderful place for lunch; The Turquoise Room at La Posada Hotel. Excellent choice.Thank you Rob for your excellent customer service. Autozone is lucky to have. Thank you.

While driving through Winslow I was told that my brake light was out. I pulled into Auto Zone for a replacement. A young man named Dallas not only helped me find the correct light but offered to come out and install it for me. What a great employee!

I wish I could give 10 stars for this location. I live in the Phoenix area, and every single time I ve ever been into any auto parts store down there, most of the employees seem annoyed or unwilling to answer my dumb questions. Not these guys at this location! I come up to Winslow for work, and recently I had a battery go bad on a vehicle that I keep up here. The customer service that I received from Shawna, Brandon, and Rob was really something that is hard to come by in today s day and age. These guys and gals, went out of their way to help, held a battery for me for over a week, and really just made me feel like I ve been a customer of theirs for years. I know one thing, from this day forward they have a customer for life!! Appreciate the down to earth, professionalism! All of the other auto parts stores not only in Phoenix, but the state, need to take some pointers from Shawna, Brandon, and Rob. Thanks again for the help guys!

Outstanding service. The took the time and helped me get the right part with the right fit, and even assisted with tool I needed from the "Loan a Tool" program, AND helped with part installation to boot. I doubt a disabled old man like me could have gotten that U-joint changed out alone near as fast or easy as these fine people made it.

Shauna Chavez at this store is an amazing person. I came in with a wheel bearing failed on my trailer and they had all the parts and her husband even came to borrow me a jack and some basic tools. Thank you Shauna you deserve a raise.

Shauna was great help. Checked our truck fault code and even reset it. A wonderful personality. Traveling back to Florida towing a camper will definitely be less stressful now!

As I was driving across the country, my battery light came on. I was about 20 minutes away from Winslow AZ, and I stopped in to get it checked. The store manager, Rob Bretz, came to our aid! Our alternator was dying a slow and terrible death. With Robs help, my son and I were able to purchase a new alternator, install it, get our battery recharged, and get on our way. All the while, he allowed the rest of my children to sit on the floor of his store and play on their tablets for the hour so they wouldn't die from the 100 degree heat.Thank you so much AutoZone and Rob, for everything you did for us!!

Ugh! Winslow Auto Zone is unprofessional!!!Yesterday I ordered 3 parts, the employee that was getting ready to check us out for 2 parts they had in stock , and other one we had to order but paid for all 3. But the employee got frustrated and starting arguing with another employee. Also my sister was there to pick up the other two parts she waited in line listening to them argue and she felt scared so she left. While we waited & heard everything on the other end of the line. Than today we received a call from an employee there saying our part is in. So I had my sister go pick it up & she gets there and they tell her they didn't order it. So end up canceling my order because of the delay & the employee there didn't apologize

I love going to this AutoZone the manager Shauna is always so friendly and helpful. She always greets you with a smile and makes it a point to make you feel welcomed. They are always going out of their way to make sure you get the right parts and try to make sure it's the right thing to fix the problem with your car. I will always go to this AutoZone.

This store SAVED us. Extra huge thanks to Dallas and his team. We were on a road trip in the middle of July when our AC went out. Not only did they help us troubleshoot the issue, Dallas came out to the parking lot and showed us how to do it. Not all heroes wear capes!!! Thank you from the bottom of our sweaty hearts!
