Chip and everyone at 3 C's are top notch professionals. This shop is ran with integrity and they do quality repairs. If you need any collision repairs, mechanical repairs, tires, glass or exhaust in Winslow Arizona, this is the place to go! Tell Chipper I said "get to work!" when you go see them!

Very disappointed in how they handling everything. Very unprofessional I will never go there again. They couldn't order some parts for some reason that should have given me the reason not to go there I learned from this experience. Make sure they walk around the vehicle with you and explain everything to you and make sure you explain everything to them or they're not going to pay attention. I'm very disappointed I never put stuff like like this on any one. I really hope they can learn from this experience.

Came in for a quote to get a side mirror fixed. I was greeted by Samantha who was friendly and told me the glass would be $50 and the total after labor would be $80. I was told it would be there the following Monday. I called a week later and they said they could fix it Thursday. I arrive and the actual guy who was going to fix it angrily tells me it will probably just fall out after a while because some clips are broken. It takes them 15 minutes and then i go to pay and the other woman tells me its $180. I tell her I was quoted differently, $100 less, and she snaps at me and says "well it actually cost $140 plus labor so your total is $180" in the most rude tone. I wasnt notified of the dramatic price increase until it was done.

These people are great friend broke down in jeep bringing it back from California for me. They got him fixed and back on the road thx from Dave's mobile mechanic Knoxville Tennessee! Great folks to deal with a number one. Dont hesitate to go have your vehicle fixed at this great facility!

These guys Rock!!!We had car trouble out on the freeway, I called ahead about 15 minutes and they got us in and out and back on our way in 38 minutes, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Great people, great business!

Really professional and kind. Came in for an alignment and they dropped off and picked me and the family up from Wal-Mart when done. When they accidentally overcharged me, they cut me a check then and there. They're the ones who caught the overcharge too! Really over the top service!

Professional and honest. I was thinking, being Winslow is a small town, they would over charge. Prices are very reasonable and the work I had was quality. It seems they really know their stuff.

Awesome place incredibly helpful I was traveling across country and had an alternator belt go down traveling with recovering cancer patient and four animals they were so understanding compassionate and got me in and out quick I really appreciated it and I highly recommend them to everyoneService: BatteryService: Battery

Horrible customer service! First they ordered wrong parts for vehicle and when they were informed that because of their mistake that an extension would be needed on the rental car that was provided. Their response was "NO" wasnt their problem! They made the mistake and now have to wait who knows how long for repairs to be completed and have to find other ways to get around till they fix their mistakes!! Shame on you guys and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague!!
