My girlfriend and I found ourselves stranded with a flat on the trip from Texas to Las Vegas. We stopped at Sandoval's Tire in Williams, AZ to buy a brand new tire. We were charged $125 plus labor for a tire that retails elsewhere for $70-$80. We got an hour down the road to discover that this brand new tire was now flat. We ended up at a Discount Tire where we were informed that the flat was due to a cracked valve stem. The valve stem either was not replaced when Sandoval's changed the tire, or they installed a faulty valve stem. Either way, when I called Sandoval's and spoke to the technician, he refused to listen, insulted me and told me he was hanging up on me. I spoke to the owner the next day, and he refused to accept any responsibility for the cracked valve stem. Not only were their prices outrageous, their customer service was disappointing, to say the least. Lesson learned: drive the extra few miles to Discount Tire next time.

I was on my way to the Grand Canyon and had a flat tire about 30 miles north of Williams, AZ. After changing the flat I drove to Sandoval's. He got me in right away and fixed the nail holes in the tire at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend doing business here. A+ Service

We were visiting the Grand Canyon and had a tire losing air. After back tracking to Williams Arizona, I looked up tire repair businesses and found Sandoval's. Stopped by and told the mechanic, when he jacked up the car he could see a nail. Luckily I got there during a slow spell, and he had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes for a reasonable price.. Even adjusted all of the tire pressures. A+ service in my book!

Fantastic, quick, friendly, efficient service. Really grateful they re open 7 days a week. We needed to replace a flat tire on a Sunday morning and THIS was the place.Epic 20 year old ball of Tire Tags.

I took an old utility trailer that had been siiting for 6 years in the same spot exposed to all the weather. Got there and had 2 tires mounted, bal anced and installed. I was out within 30 minutes of time i first pulled. The folks were very friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will always use Sandovals service and highly recommend everyone else does as well.

Great place! We were looking for an air hose and a gentleman came out to help. After filling our tires indicated they looked pretty old and worn. Gave us a good price and replaced them right then and there and we were back on the road in no time.

Don t stop at this sketch Mobil (next door, same owner). The pump would work with card at the pump so we had to go in to pre pay. We didn t use all that we had prepaid for, and when we went to go back in to get back our change, they had closed up for the day, locked up, lights off. It was only 4pm.

I own a small equipment repair and rental yard across the street and brought some tires in to be replaced for a Uhaul trailer that was returned. Chucky took care of me and was very friendly and efficient. The girls at the register were polite and friendly. This business as far as I m concerned represents mostly what I have experienced in Williams since I have moved here, Awesome, friendly people!!

They accommodated us on an emergency, WITH our 40 ft trailer!Nicest people you could ever meet and only charged a very nominal fee! Highly recommend!

This is for the driver of the tow truck who cut me off today while we were driving on ice, I know that driver saw me, he proceeded to cut me off and cause me to slide out in the ice we were driving on because I had no adequate amount of time to stop. I called Sandovals and spoke with a gal and let her know of the matter this could ve ended so bad and I m glad it didn t.

We had a bad tire and needed one right away. Someone at work recommended Sandoval's and they did not disappoint. Put 4 new tires on for us in less than 30 minutes and charged a fair price. Really nice family as well! We will be back.

Driving cross country (NY->CA) and on my final day of travel, car was extremely wobbly like there was a tire problem. Luckily, these folks were open and took care of my problem right away! Tire was separating and they spotted the problem immediately, replaced my tire, and I was on my way in no time! They were knowledgeable and fast! Highly recommended! (And thanks guys who helped me!! I appreciate you!)

A little old gentle man changed our tires. He did it right off the spot. Great knowledge. 35 years of experience. This is the place to go if you have a flat. He only charged us $25 for the repair. What a wonderful experience!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our little family wound up with a flat tire on the way to Bearizona. Besides the weather going from nicely overcast to crazy rain and hail in a matter of minutes, they took us in and got us back on the road. It was scary for my kids, and they were more than helpful and extremely kind. I appreciate you more than you know. From this mamas heart, thank you. On my way from Grand Canyon to Flagstaff I had a tire completely blow out the sidewall. I rolled into this place on a donut and was back out the door with brand new tires on front in 20 minutes for a fair price. Thanks a million. You guys rock!

They helped me in a jam so I won't bash them the price was a tad ridiculous though 2 basic tires $135 done in 31 mins cost 680$$$

My husband asked them to switch the tires from one truck to another. The tech should have known that the rims were different sizes and he forced it on anyways. Which caused the rim to be against the brake caliper possibly causing damage to the brake system. When we went to leave we paid them 180.00 plus we gave them a 20.00 tip, we assumed the repairs were done with quality but it was far from that. We attempted to leave thinking that we were good to go but our truck would not move an inch. These people forced a rim on our truck that was to small and because the rim was against the brake caliper the truck was not going anywhere, we are hoping that we do not have damage to our brake calipers! This company had the nerve to charge us an additional 150.00 for a problem they caused, even after giving them a 20.00 tip they still ripped us off. Beware of this company in Williams, Arizona, note that this company not only are owners of the Shell station in Williams but they also own the Chevron? And this is how they treat their customers!

The older mechanic is really nice and professional. The younger one . If you are worthy of his time he might help you. His customer service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop. Dealing with his arrogance is not worth the frustration

Was there when I needed a used tire just to get back home. The guy's there are helpful and friendly. And sold me a good used tire and not just a pos. Will be back to get new ones. Thanks guy's.

We had tire problems in the Grand Canyon. Called Sandoval to see if they had tires for our motorhome. I talked to Chuckie, he had the tires we needed. We drove to Williams and they got us right in, and installed the tires. They did not overcharge and were very pleasant and helpful. We arrived at our next destination without delay. Would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Chuckie!!!

Great service! They're really nice, and took care of our tire problems. I would 10/10 recommend if your near the area with a tire problem. First our tire was flat then it needed to be checked but still it's great service!

We got hit with major potholes, just like many before us, so we had to do a quick emergency stop. The mechanic was so friendly and fast with repairing our tires, it s like we ve never lost time. For a touristy area they were very fair with the price.

So amazingly friendly and helpful! We pulled up at 7am on a sunday morning, 25 degrees outside with a low tire. We tried all the air pumps at surrounding gas stations with no luck, we were pointed to this shop and although they weren t even open yet, the man there was so happy to help us and checked all the rest of our tires too. Also gave some great suggestions for sight-seeing in the area. Would give 100 stars if I could

Top notch. We had a tire going flat and we were able to leave it here while we went on the Grand Canyon railway. They were flexible and allowed us to pay for the tire after hours at the attached convenience store, when we got back off the train. It really took the worry and pressure off of us for the rest of the trip. We were truly thankful.
