I can t say enough about the service and hospitality we received at Outlaws. We went in for a fan clutch issue on our diesel pusher which was fixed in one day. A radiator problem was discovered during the service and they did everything they could to get it repaired. Parts across the country are hard to come by these days but they were able to send it to a rebuild shop to be repaired. We had to stay in Williams for a week but Outlaws allowed us to plug our RV up to power and provided water for our tank. We stayed comfortably until the radiator came back. When it arrived they worked in the rain and late to get us back on the road. A week in Williams Arizona wasn t on the agenda but the owners and staff at Outlaws made it enjoyable. If you are in the area and need service, you won t be disappointed! Support small, local business with hard working Americans! Thank you Outlaws!!!! MD here we come

Todd, Shantay and Preston have been amazing taking care of our vehicles' needs. They run a tight ship; even their two dogs (i forgot their names) play key roles, one as an ambassador, the other as guardian. They'll let you know which one is which.Very technically skilled, friendly, communicative, great customer experience.Keep up the good work

I needed help for squealing belt. I tried every mechanic in Williams and Outlaws was the only shop that was willing to just look at it, and let me know if they felt it was safe to proceed. Thanks

We were *so* lucky that our RV breakdown was near Williams, NV! From the first minute of my phone call, we were taken care of. They not only immediately identified the mechanical problem and got to work finding the rare, needed part they got us set up for our overnight stay, made sure we had dinner, everything. When the part was shipping in from the East Coast in a few days (totally legit), Shantay drove us to Flagstaff to pick up the rental car so our vacation could continue.I have traveled around the world, and these are some of the finest people I ve ever met. Oh, and Todd is a top-notch mechanic, too.

We had a wheel bearing go out on our trailer as we were traveling through Arizona. This family-owned business took care of us in a timely manner with short notice. They got us back on the road the same day. Thank you so much.

It would have been nice to have someone to help us. Two days in a row we went to this business looking for help with our RV. Both times the open signs were on. However, nobody came up to the desk to help us. A dog did jump on us making a mess... but no staff. Not great business practices.We were there at 4:45 PM On Monday, March 18th... that is when we were only greeted by dogs. Thought it was strange but then came back in today (Match 19th). Again, the open sign was on but the front door was locked. Drove around to the back and still no luck. You'd think if the open sign is on, the doors would be open and the place would be staffed. Guess that's not how they operate.Had to drive to Flagstaff to get out RV repaired.

We were driving down the 40 in the middle of nowhere at 75 when a very loud thudding started pounding our roof over and over again. We searched for the nearest RV repair shop and left a message with Outlaws saying we hoped they could help and that we would be rolling in close to 5. They called back! A VERY reassuring voice on the other end said to drive as slow as we needed to to be safe and they would be there when we got there. Sure enough, we rolled in 15 minutes before 5 and were greeted with all the help we needed in a relaxed and friendly manner. The solar panel was about 75% unglued (from the desert sun) and had been flopping around the roof. They solved it quickly and sent us on our way safe and sound. Thank you!

We came in for a break check and found out that our rv bearings were shot before it became a really big problem. These folks are extremely knowledgeable and got the job done in just a few hours. This is the kindest shop on route 66. My truck made it here after some exhaust issues on the highway, and these guys took it in when everyone else in town was booked. They diagnosed for a traveler rate and helped me order parts to their desk for no extra charge. These guys are actually just friendly small town people who want to see travelers thrive on the road. Even the food truck guy helped me figure out my issue!! Seriously real folks with good hearts . Blessings to Shantay and Todd and everyone else here.

We were so thankful for the expertise of the young mechanic who was able to identify the source on our RV trailer brakes and fix the problem within just a few minutes. Todd and Chauntay were both so helpful on the phone, and squeezed us in right before closing time. We had already spent a lot of time switching out fuses, testing wiring, etc, and their mechanic was able to fix it in no time, by checking an issue we hadn't (and likely wouldn't have) ever thought of. We were back on the road and on our way home (from an otherwise great camping trip) in no time! Well worth the money.

Went there because nobody wanted to take care of our old Mitsubishi that was a total mess. They kindly accepted to take care of the car. It did not take them long to find out what was the problem. They went above and beyond to find a part that was extremely hard to find and did an amazing job. They were very kind and we will be forever grateful for what they did for us. If you need to repair your car, you need them!

We had a headlight out and called around to multiple locations but all of them couldn't fit us in because they were so busy. Outlaws was busy as well but made time for us when we were in a jam, hardworking and talented we appreciate all they did and would definitely recommend them in the future! Do yourself a favor & drive to Flagstaff for service. We spent an entire day of our family vacation & $1350 to not have our vehicle fixed. Afterwards we ran I to a local that told us there's a reason he only works on tourists vehicles "highway robbery".

We are full time and broke down. Called Outlaw Diesel. They promised us for two days they were on the road getting our parts for us. Then the asked us for the part numbers. This put us two days behind on sourcing the parts needed and we had to rearrange our reservations all down the road. Horrible experience.

The team at Outlaw was great. My battery died while at the park just across the street. The guys took time out oftheir busy schedule, came and checked the battery and once we were certain it was the battery set me up with a new one at a great price and did the install. Highly recommend!

Pulled into Williams and discovered a knocking sound on our 43ft diesel pusher. Outlaws Diesel was able to diagnose it the same day and get parts ordered. They replaced our exhaust manifold on our 400 Cummins just a day later and got us back on the road! Thanks again to Outlaw Diesel for saving our vacation!

If I could give more than five stars I would. They did an amazing job with my car, with extremely fast service. The staff are the sweetest people, and very personable. These are hands down the nicest people! After identifying the problem with my car in 1 second and later seeing that my tow truck is just not coming, they came with a new battery and installed it so I could drive to their garage even after the shop was already closed. The next day, the alternator was replaced as well and I could drive back to Los Angeles. They helped me so much, I'm so thankful for that. If you have a problem with your car, go here!

I can t thank Shante and Todd enough!!! I have an RV rental company in Southern California. My clients were on the road and had a serious issue that came up.Shante and Todd stayed late to make sure the tow truck brought the rig in safe and to assure my clients they would do everything possible to help them get back on the road.They helped coordinate a rental car so my clients could take a day trip to Grand Canyon the next day and took them to get a bite to eat.As promised, Todd was on the case first thing next morning. He was able to diagnose and replace a cracked radiator cap.My clients were back up on the road in less than 24 hrs in no small part thanks to Outlaw Diesel RV Repair!Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Outlaw's Diesel RV Equipment Repair IS AWESOME!!! The Owners went above and beyond to help our family (a 14 year old, 3 year old, and a 1 year old) when we came back from the train ride and found that our roof was leaking inside our travel trailer onto the bed and everything. They were able to get us into their shop, tell us what was wrong, what we needed to do with our insurance, and re-sealed the roof in order to get us home (Louisiana). We still had 4 days left of our trip and having them reseal the roof took a HUGE relief off my shoulders. I missed the owners names (husband and wife) but they are great and super friendly. I noticed my ball mount on my trailer hitch was loose the morning we were supposed to leave Williams and Outlaw took care of me right away while a couple of other shops in the area didn't have the time or didn't have the right socket. Would highly recommend!

While on vacation in Williams AZ, our breaks on our RV were bad. We called Outlaw Diesel, Todd and crew were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They showed us what the problems were. When my Ram diesel showed electronic throttle service on the dash and wouldn t start Todd was able to diagnose the problem as faulty batteries. Repaired and on the road again in 24 hours. Thanks Outlaws.

F-350 towing 38ft 5th-wheel broke down well north of Flagstaff. Todd and Talani stayed open after hours for us to get towed here. No one else would look at the truck for 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend Outlaws Diesel RV for RV/diesel service. I trust and appreciate them. We called earlier today about a problem our truck was having. We were told to bring it in when we could. We brought it in at 130ish, Todd said he would get to it ASAP, most likely the next day . Welp, at 4pm (same day) we got a call to pick up the truck, all fixed. We will continue to use this shop for any repair needs. They were fast and professional. Started using Outlaws a couple of years ago. I am never quick to write a review until I've used a product or service multiple times with the same result.Todd, Shantay and crew have ALWAYS done the best possible work on my vehicle which is neither an RV, diesel or semi with better than overpriced dealers and always at a reasonable price.They NEVER UPSELL and only do the work I requested, though they will point out anything they see to me.Speaking of pointing things out, Todd, his senior mechanic Kalani are both Army and USAF military diesel, aircraft and gas vehicle trained mechanics. Dylan one of their top flight certified mechanics is also a race truck driver and let's just say, might know a thing or two about performance.... LOL... Which might be an understatement.Besides the strong Patriotic and military support ambiance Outlaws RV & Diesel have that Williams AZ and the State of Arizona have in their DNA, Outlaws took away certain skills only top military mechanics have, a checklist to make sure all bases are covered.Nothing worse than a dealer or mechanic having several parts leftover they shouldn't.This attention to detail, Outlaw's honesty (I know! Usually a contradiction in terms), their empiric knowledge and reasonable pricing will win your loyalty, as they have done mine.I was once told by a very wise mentor..."In life, if you have a great accountant, attorney, doctor and mechanic, life will serve you well."Never truer words spoken!Outlaws, the most honest mechanics in Williams AZ... maybe AZ!
