Great experience getting our windshields replaced for our school transport vans. Quick, easy and on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for windshield replacement. If they do not have it in stock they can order it and work around your schedule to replace at your business or home.

This is the second time I have used this company to replace my windshields and honestly I can t say enough good things about Patrick. As busy as he is, he always made sure to answer any messages or questions I had for him. He has always done an exceptional job on my cars and trucks and in the HIGHLY unlikely chance that something is wrong, he won t stop working on it until the job is completed to your satisfaction. Not to mention he is a hard worker and seems like an honest, down to earth guy. If he wasn t busy doing my windshields, I feel like I could have talked to him like we were old friends. While traveling from out of town to the Grand Canyon, I managed to catch a rock on my windshield in the last hour of my journey (on 64 headed to the south rim). Being from a place where we don't experience many flying rocks, I was bummed to say the least!I spent that night scouring the internet and remembered seeing a sign for "O'Brien Auto Glass" on 66 heading into Williams for dinner, so I decided to look up the company (and in turn Patrick).I called Patrick at 8:10 AM the next morning and described my dilemma -- I caught a rock chip the night before and wanted to see if he would be able to repair it before the next leg of my journey (southern Utah). He looked at his schedule and told me his availability, and we scheduled a time to meet up! He told me a place off of 64 to meet him, and when we rolled up he was already there waiting. The repair took half an hour or so, and we had a great conversation the entire time!I cannot express how much I appreciate Patrick for fitting me into his busy schedule, and for helping me eliminate my worry about my windshield on the rest of my trip! Provided I don't destroy my windshield further, I'm looking forward to having this repair keep my windshield usable for as long as possible!Thank you Patrick! Great service! While traveling back to Oklahoma we acquired two chips in our windshield. Called O'Brien Auto Glass, what a great man. He looked at our windshield and immediately went to work to repair the damage. Conversation flowed easily with Patrick. Did I mention he was nice? After we were there for 15 minutes his wife brought my husband and I something cold to drink. Nice people may God bless them. He completed the job and you can barely see the damage. After seeing his completed work we now know that our hometown windshield repair guy doesn't even come close to Patricks' work. Also it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It cost us more to fill our car. Above and beyond! The quality of the service, overall professionalism, and care for clients is top-notch. The last guys who replaced my windshield did a terrible (and unsafe) job. O'Brien took the time to work with my insurance agency to correct the previous mistakes and safely replace my windshield. I truly appreciate it and I highly recommend!

We came in town after hours of driving and after getting hit by 3 rocks directly to the windshield. We found O Brien Auto Glass early the next morning and called. Patrick answered on the first ring, took down our info, and handled our windshield replacement ALL WHILE WE VISITED THE GRAND CANYON! With on quick call, O Brien Auto Glass took care of us like we were related! When we returned, the car was perfect and ready to go. I was on a trip through northern Arizona and happened to catch a stone on the windshield. We were staying the night in Williams so I put in a call to O'Brien early Saturday morning; not even sure if he was open or not. He answered the phone and was able to repair the "star" on the windshield so that it would not crack any further.One of the nicest gentleman you will meet; and did a fine job with the repair!Thank you!
