Having been first in line for now 7 hours waiting and continue to be told I m next in line. There s not a truck in the bays, the hog behind desk claims for the last several hours that her tire guy is on road call. I ve watched the service truck leave, come back with food in hand an hour later. No ones on road call, they have their trucks parked right up front. I don t know why people insist on being liars and ruining this business. I just need two tires but I may limp it to the freeway and call for a road service!

Very unclean restrooms. Not Love's standard by far. If other branches kept this level of clean I wouldn't use the facilities. No excuses by far, as I can see. Slow and plenty of staff walking around.Been hitting Love's all the way from Washington to Texas and back. Worst one by far.

Came in for a forced regen scr error level 1. After 10 hours of running diagnostics they brought it up to level 5. Great job guys, I hope same happens to you when you take your vehicle to the shop. I m not even gonna go into details about the front desk lady .

This loves has gone down hill... Went in to get something to eat , Carl's jr. - the guy at the counter didn't know what he was doing , the cook was on the cell phone not preparing any food .. Subway- the only one making sandwiches was on his break no one doing anything.. and the store hot dogs were old, bread was moldy. Told the manager and his response was with a joke , we charge extra for mold.... Great know not to stop here for food, will be afraid to end up with food poisoning...

We Love Loves but sometimes when pulling in for service your not sure what you are going to get, kind of like a Dennys for an omlette, it depends on management and who the cook is.Loves Williams Arizona staff are rock stars!!!Frank was dialed in when we first arrived in getting our paperwork approved and getting us in line for the shop as was Alex. The certified mechanic, Richard, was awesome! In 62 years I have been to alot of mechanics and he rates right up at the very top!!! Thanks guys for your service, professionalism and knowledge! You are truly the best!

Had to get my shocks replaced the shocks bottom bolts were so corroded they had to be cut off my M18 impact couldn't even get them off. The old dude who replaced them for me did a good job.

I got a flat tire and a reem to replace it, it take them to 12 hours to fix. Very greedy people, trying to create as much problems as they can to make a punny more.

Crazy how the guy who checked me out charged me 2.66 for a cup of ice and while I was in line I paid for a guy to take a shower and he told the guy that truck drivers don't pay for showers anyway they get them for free so I think that I'm through coming to loves

I had an oil change done on my tripac. Took 5 hrs to get a bay, but it's first come, first serve, and they were pretty busy that day. I was satisfied with the work, and it was quick once i got called in.

Great place, great customer service. Curtis was very sweet and helpful when changing our wiper blades, even if it was a quick job, he was able to tell that we has the wrong kind immediately and installed the correct ones. Thanks so much for the quick fix!

To crowd's after 7 p.m. Hard 2 find park'n,...like all truck stops after a certain time of evening. Everyone try'n 2 find a "spot" 2 sleep @ night!! Very common. Only truck stops I don't find a problem with park'n at night are "Petro's", " T/A's".

Frank and Allan were amazing at getting us in and changing out both drive tires after 1 failed in our company truck. They noticed that the other tire retread was showing signs of separation and suggested it be changed out too. Glad we caught them at the right time.Super friendly and accommodating.

7 hours to get a 15 min tire repair.. They LIE !! From the minute you walk in the door..Was told will have you in, In about 2 hours..They have every excuse why it is taking so long, They Call in Technicians that have already worked a full day, So He's disgruntled and Doesn't do the job properly , So needless to say I had to get the repair.. REPAIRED TODAY AGAIN...Don't waste your time or Money here at this Location.. YOU WOULD BE MONEY AHEAD GOING TO A DIFFERENT FACILITY ALL TOGETHER..

Had a blow out got me right in had to replace inside rive tire and mudflap assembly and only took 20mins it actually took longer doing paperwork

This is the worst shop around I have been there two different times and all two times the shop was completely empty but yet they have a five Hours wait. When asked why is there a wait if there s no trucks they side today we have only one mechanic and we received call and when he come back than we will get you in.

Came in for MTP. Took a little longer, Received full DOT. Our Mechanic Mark was Very Thorough & Professional.. Highly Recommended. Thank you LOVES

This is the worst shop around I have been there three different times and all three times the shop bays are completely empty but yet they have a five or 6 Hour wait. When asked why is there a wait if there s no trucks in the shop they always say we are about to pull in a truck these people are lazy they will do anything to keep from working on your truck including run customers off I will not be stopping here ever again I gave you three chances.

Worst service ever, they said it would take 7 hours to Mount a spare. They closed up shop and the customer service line said they re on a road call. That s a lie, I watched the service tech get in his car and leave.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 10 STARS I WOULD, I DO UNDERSTAND ROAD CALLS COME FIRST, BUT, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 10+ HOURS FOR A SIMPLE TIRE REPAIR, THIS IS UNCALLED FOR, TRIED COMPLAINING TO THEIR 800 NUMBER BUT ALL I GOT WERE EXCUSES. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF REPAIR.

It's a terrible place. I went to the counter and waiting for 5 minutes they are just chit-chating amount themselves. Not considering you a human. Management pay attention.

This place has a Carl's restaurant, prices are high and rising, but the Big stink is the hash rounds,much higher than the prices of other Carl's restaurant prices in the surrounding area.There's also the stairs and the Hill you have to climb.

Takes too long to get anything done over the tire Bay not only this place but most of the loves I quit going gave my point card to somebody else not interested in love no more place is really going downhill I wish the CEO could see what he's doing to his company

Busy but nice place to spend the night. Gasoline pump difficult or impossible to maneuver to when flat towing with a large RV.
