Hi guys this is Jared's Auto it's been almost a year and Jeff borrowed the rail for one of the flatbed tow trucks that he lost and you told him he needed a replace well he's never brought it back to Jared's Auto so in good faith I can't stand to give you any more than one star. Most people in life call that stealing being a thief can you think of any other

Not happy at all!!! I paid $191� to have the towing company transport my car literally a few blocks away to a local storage company. After dropping my car off the driver handed my car keys to a random person that did not work for the storage facility after asking the person he handed my car keys to if he wanted a car! If it wasn't for the the honesty of the young man, and the professionalism of the storage company storing my car I would of lost my car!!! I don't recommend using this company unless you want to lose your vehicle!!!Service: Car towing

We had to wait quite awhile for service as there was an accident that A-1 was called to, which takes priority but, we were in a van and had plenty of drinks and snacks...when the driver did arrive, he was GREAT! VERY professional, taking pictures and making sure our vehicle was ok but that we were safe too. He had to take usabout 110 miles into Tuscon and was friendly and helpful with information about hotels and car rentals. We were very pleased with our experience and want to thank him for such great service!! He was a lifesaver on a bad day!! I would highly recommend A-1 and would give more stars if I could!!Service: Car towing

The towe truck Driver Fred was amazing. Kinda hearted and cared about me and my family. Fred called to check on us while we waited for him and also took us to our hotel. Thank you Fred for being a nice guy and helping our family out.

My husband and I were about 100 miles from our destination (Tucson), pulling out 5th wheel from St. Louis. We stopped to get fuel in at the Texaco station just off of I-40 in Willcox. We didn't realize how low the fuel was, and coasted in on fumes. We were about a yard away from the pump when the engine died. My husband tried unsuccessfully to start the truck. A young man named Danny, an employee of A-1 Towing, happened to be there and saw our dilemma and walked over to be sure that we had a gas container in which to pump a couple of gallons of fuel to be able to move the truck.We filled the truck, and tried to start it to move on down the interstate. It wouldn't turn over. Danny was still there; he said that the engine most likely wouldn't turn over because air had gotten in the line when we were out of fuel. He opened the hood, did what he thought was necessary, instructed my husband when to try to turn it over, etc. It still wouldn't, so he then said that he thought it probably needed a fuel additive (which, fortunately, we had). He applied that, again instructed my husband to try to try to start it, and the engine roared to life.It was a very simple problem, but without the right person (Danny) being there, offering to help without even being asked to, and knowing exactly what to do, it could easily have turned into a longer ordeal for us. We tried to give him a cold beer from our RV and/or buy him lunch at the nearby Burger King, but he very politely declined. I told him that we were just so grateful, and his response was, "I just believe in passing it forward."We truly believe that he was an angel sent from God at the very moment we needed him. In our opinion, this company is extremely fortunate to have such an unassuming, kind, generous person working for them.

My cluch went out and this is the towing company my insurance called even though they were 50 miles out where I live in a neighboring town. I have a 2006 Honda Civic SI coupe which sits low on the front end. They damaged my front bumper, tearing off several bolts. My bumper was barely hanging on. I had to put it back together with the traps. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

Man all I have to say is that KIT was. A life saver words cannot explain mine and my friends gratuity towards him and the company we had been stranded for hours and he really did such an amazing deed. I will be in debt forever towards him.

Very fast service the driver was a little rude but there dispatch was excellent and service was great. Driver needs an attitude adjustment
