We have come here for 13 years, in every visit, people are just beautiful. The showers it's a young lady who had one arm cleaning the shower best I had ever experienced. I appreciate tricky work parking is lovely. They don t mess with you if you have to park somewhere you re not supposed to. We can t wait to get back to this one.

I had purchased some truck tires from the TA is September of last year. When you google there tire warranty it says one year. Well I have my records and was told they only warranty the tires for 7 days and I need to go to the manufacturer. The loves warranties every tire (recaps even) until they are warn out. I got about 20k miles on the tire as I took from October to January then 3 weeks in February and March.Just lost all of my truck tire business for my three trucks.Jerry

First time I have ate in a T/A restaurant in a long time, the service and food was good at this location so I give it a four, did not use any other services.

Ppl there were Friendly, and everyone was busy doing what they had to do. Very pleased. Parking area is huge and well marked.

Parking lot has like 1 feet holes all over . Your truck or trailer can get stuck.

I went to the one in Dallas, TX. I believe it was on Bonnie view Rd.The TA itself totally sucked. Especially when they make drivers pay 30 bucks to park there!However..i was there for services on my trailer. The young gentleman that did the work was gracious and professional. He took his time and did the job right. I have no complaints. Also, since I had significant work done...I got to stay overnight for free. They only get four stars because of the young sir that did the work.

They should take the $22 that they chrge for a simple breakfast wth coffee and buy a couple bags of sack crete to fill the crater holes in prking lot.

This is for their service department. Employees at front desk were really nice, they treated us with respect. What really made me to spend time and write this review is that the their service technician went above and beyond. The truck had some battery connectivity issues, technician was able to diagnose and fix it quickly. He even called back and told me all the recall problem that were missed on the truck. On top of that he printed that list and gave it to my driver to ensure we are aware of all the recalls and keep up the maintenance. He really does care about safety of all drivers out there. He is serving the community right!!!5 stars!!!!!

Dirtiest station I've been to in a while. Overflowing trash cans at pumps. Bathrooms needed cleaning.

Their kiosk was down, I showed the clerk my Silver platinum One LOYALTY card and she's like okay, whatever Dude. Had to walk back and forth to truck for $ and charged me full price of $1.84 just for a small 20 ounce refill. Proved to me that a computer can show more care and love than flesh and blood in today's ages. Next functioning kiosk I run into, will receive a big giant hug. Computer love baby. But despite of all that, their facility is really clean and with our favorite, POPEYES chicken. Or KITCHEN, whichever sounds better for you I don't know.

Nice place to stay. Clean bathrooms, clean showers, don't have to pay to park. It also has Popeye's & Subway. And a beautiful mountain sunrise.

We been ordering food from Country Pride at TA almost all around the country..but in this location they have a good spaghetti meatballs and tasty chicken noodle soup

I had a tire or an airbag replaced here a while back, and was happy with the second. They did fine. However, their parking lot is beyond junk. Last night i pulled in for a break. It has been snowing off and on, so a major hole in the pavement was filled with water. The area has no light, so in the dark i couldn't see the hole at all. I drive my truck right into it, catching my Herd bar on the lip of the hole. It bent my bar and the bracket that holds it onto my truck. That's going to cost me over $1000 because i needed a place to park. Thanks, jerks.

The food is great, when it is great. It is very inconsistent! The waitresses are very good. The wait time for food is longer than average.

Popeye's is the only reason this place doesn't get a 1 star. The truck parking lot is AWFUL. I will not gas up there EVER AGAIN as long as that parking lot looks that way. Felt like I was driving on the surface of the MOON. NAH REAL TALK!!!! Got about 30 craters u can fit a Porsche inside of.

The guys in the shop took really good care of my trailer needs. I was impressed with the cost of the tires they sold me and the technician who if I remember right, his name was Matt really looked at things that I didn't even notice. Much thanks to all of them.

It's alright place to go the staff is very welcoming aslong as your just as nice. Though showers kind of lacked a very little bit. The hand towels and mints are almost always gone but other than that it a alright place to stop and rest/eat whatever.

Restrooms had no toilet paper, no soap and I think they where closing I thawt a T/A was 24hr I guess not this 1oh and they haven't been cleaned in a while

Would not eat there ever again. Also Would never get fuel or truck and trailer repaired.All that do is lie and call their customers lies. Couple good shops and a few good people at those shops. Not enough good people working there to make me want to go back.

Stopped to charge an electric car. The restrooms were clean.
