Solid travel center not much to stay. I guess there could be more seating and shaded spots to park seeing as it's an actual travel center. Otherwise they got lots of food options. Clean bathrooms. I'd anything the food spots are a little bit expensive.

Chelsea took care of us, got our truck back on the road at a reasonable price, just by describing the problem she identified it before the mechanic did, excellent shop come by if you need your truck fixed, They took care of me and I will be back.

Went into shop on 3/14/24 to have tire patched. The technician never mentioned that the patch would fail less than 74 miles down the road. He never recommended that I should get a new tire. I pulled into port of entry and was instantly placed out of service because the tire was almost off the rim. Call to speak with the manager and he basically told me that the repair was made and it was good when I left. He said that he couldn t help me because I could have ran over something or that there might have been more holes in the tire. I watched his technician spray down the tire prior to repair and he only circled one hole. 6 years of driving and I have never been placed out of service. Now my clean driving record is no more. Had his technician recommend a tire replacement, I would have purchased a brand new tire. Lesson learnt and I will never make this same costly mistake again. Total out of pocket expense, $2,000. This includes TA cost, out of service roadside call out costs, and having to purchase a brand new tire. This doesn t include the cost of violation or the blemish to my driving record.

Always have those items you need in a road trip. Bathrooms are always clean and staff is friendly. Easy to pull in if towing a camper/RV for gas or to dump. Though we have for gas I can't tell you if there is a fee for dump.

Kudos to whoever is cleaning the bathrooms in the a.m. Cleanest facilities I've seen in ages. A little healthy competition is good for business.

We just wanted to give you very high praise for your employee Oscar. We needed our spare put on because one of our tires (purchased two hours earlier) had a blowout. Oscar was a great listener, helped us find the problem (it was on an interior RV tire), and took the time to help us switch it out. Oscar, you saved our night, which had already been really hard. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

This place is one of the filthiest truck stops I ve ever been to. Not to mention the restaurant was not good. Keep rolling past this one, if you re looking for a good meal. Eat in your truck

I m not sure what I was most excited about, the convenience of the traffic light placement, ease of maneuvering in the parking lot, the multiple choices of places to eat or the prices! It s right by a KOA so lots of RVer conveniences.

This is one of those truck stop that has everyrhing in one put together. A big variety of products for every day use, the must haves in car use to the day to day needs, most is the essentials. The cool thing about this place is that you can find a Subway and a Popeyes also. At the same time as a restaurant with table service there is a food stand you can find fruits clothes and even stuff for your dog huge variety and drinks and even audible books for her everyday traveling overall this is a super mega plus place to stop sling and even take a nice hot bath. With a big parking nice and comfortable I strongly recommend this place.

Staff incredibly friendly! One stop and you have a lot of options for food, goods and services. Conveniently located right off the I-10, and easy off, easy on to the freeway. A lot of fuel pumps, with plenty of room, even if you are towing a trailer.

I wouldn't recommend this place yeah they have food but the restrooms and the parking lot for the semi trucks are a mess I mean I would think that TA makes a lot of money but I guess not because the there is a lot of pot holes and the restrooms seem like they are not checked on because there was a huge toilet paper mess they should check on the restrooms. I also saw that there is a lot of trash and it's so filled up that it's on the floor.

This parking lot, if u call it that, is an absolute disaster. U call urself an establishment?? It is unfathomable that nothing is done to even make an attempt to pave this lot. Parking lot has very little lightning. Very dangerous at night not only driving through a crater lot, but while walking, tripping over not level ground. Ridiculous!!

Older TA, Popeyes, and subway for fast food and country pride for restaurant. Plenty of truck parking though the parking lot has some craters in it. Shower is an okay size, bigger than i was expecting for the age of the truck stop

The people are friendly and I have been coming here for 5 years. Be careful because the parking lot is nothing but giant potholes. That s why it s easy to find parking here. Some are at least 6 inches deep and 3 to 4 feet wide. It can do some serious damage to your equipment if your speeding and not paying attention. 99 percent of TA and Petro need a serious upgrade.

It was an ok place to stop needed some cleaning up inside and outside and the Truck parking lot has lots of potholesThe place was very busy all day but the Country Pride restaurant was very clean and good food and very nice people

Parking lot horrible hit and miss with the staff wether they are friendly or not, usually clean women's restroom and store,Popeyes decent and subway hit and miss with there bread

Thank you for the Drivers Appreciation lunch. Both the Hamburger and hot dogs were greatThe Xtra condiments and deserts are touch above.Thanks again. The girls doing the grilling and serving always had a smile on their face.

The RV Lanes are nice, especially for those of us that know how great She ll Nitro is for the engine cleaning and extra power.But after you fill up, you are directed to RV parking that doesn t exist.The cashiers said they combined Semi-Truck parking and RV parking. Unless you are Bus or Super C, the semi parking lot is a nightmare no go. The potholes alone are enough to make your heart rate triple.(Photo) This is what is in place where the RV parking sign points to. (Google photo) this is what that area used to be. Apparently the truckers kept pulling into RV spots.

I really enjoy stopping here during road trips. It's big enough to walk around and stretch your legs. Lots of pumps and the lot is big to drive around and not feel packed.

Idiots are just sitting at diesel pumps getting food etc while parking lot is almost empty, not even fueling, staff not enforcing them to move. Meantime half the pumps are out of order.No managers on duty

I called TA service at Wilcox for replacing my Nox sensor and they said they don t have Nox sensor neither they have any professional to fix it so they give Mike s number at Tucson truck repair and service. That guy robbed me for replacing Nox sensor and charged me $1700 So if this TA service recommend you to go to other mechanic for truck service don t go and if This TA service can t give repair service they should shut down truck repair snd service.

Very long wait for shower said 1 min wait but that's a lie don't stop at Willcox TA if you have a busy schedule service cleaning is great

Stopped in after 9pm on a Saturday to get a Popeyes chicken sandwich. Most of the restaurants in wilcox close by this time so options are limited. We stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes before the employees that were socializing in the back acknowledged us. Another 5-10 minutes went by before an employee came to take our order. When we finally got to order, we were told they were out of sandwiches.The McDonald's up the road provided great service and fast.

I want to give a shout out to Oscar for responding to a call and getting one of the airbags to my trailer replaced. Oscar managed to complete his work under 30 minutes. He was kind, understanding and just helpful. TA, I was really impressed with the service Oscar provided. Please recognize him. Thank you Oscar, and God bless you.
