Glen and the team at Stotz Wilcox are first-class! Being new to the tractor owner, Glenn took time to ensure I understood everything and selected the proper machine and attachments for the projects I wanted to do. As a new owner, I called with questions, and the team has been helpful, courteous, and patient with my questions. I can t recommend the Stotz Wilcox, AZ team enough. They sell a quality product and provide fantastic service!

Really nice staff, but poor guys don't have riding tractors in stock to look at since the tractors and mowers are back ordered.

Went in to purchase a small spring for my Stihl chainsaw and was greeted by Glen. Then Tate was real quick to help me with the part. I had spoken to Curtis earlier but he was on a call.I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are GREAT!ThanksSLR

Bought my E170 mower from Glenn at Stotz. Glenn was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He accommodated us when we needed to delay the purchase and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Glenn even delivered it himself out to Bisbee, AZ. He did a full walk through with us and showed us all the important stuff. Glenn gladly answered any questions we had. Honestly, he made my dream come true of owning a John Deere mower. Stotz also has great maintenance options for us. I won t go any place else from now on. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I wish I'd actually purchased my John Deere mower here. I didn't get a better price at the local lumber place and it was shipped to Stotz for assembly. Stotz carrys all my maintenance parts and has the resources to service it if needed. As a top-notch dealer, they deserve my John Deere business.

The parts guys are total jerks. I guess I hurt their sensitive feeling trying to get a part for my lawn tractor. Any how I ordered on the 19 payed next day it didn't receive my part to the 23. Noticed on the invoice it wasn't sent until the 22. I hope you feel big and powerful George Thomas RULING behind your parts counter. Oh I forgot to mention they didn't want to waste theit time with a lawn tractor and kept telling me they were busy and to call back. Never again will I waste my money here! Looks like someone else has complained about customer service too! I wonder if the manager will address the situation. Me I'd fire the arrogant SOB'S

Just face it. Nothing runs like a Deere. Stoltz Equipment - Willcox is the place to go. Bill Ryan is the store manager here. He has a Heritage of farming, ranching and small business. So he has special insight. In to your Tractor, Implement and service needs. He is also a veteran. That experience lends him to command the best from his crew Every time I'm in one of his stores. He and his crew make me feel like family. I will be back. You should go also.

They are a great store for agricultural equipment. Go rent some today, or better yet buy one brand new.

They have a large assortment of Stihl professional chainsaws and brush cutters. I've been using Stihl equipment for 47 years. I recently purchased a Stihl FS 460 for getting rid of small mesquite brush. Mesquite is extremely tough, this brush cutter walks through it like butter. "Scooter" helped me with the selection, he's 100% right on. There are other Stihl dealers closer to my location but Stotz Equipment is my go to for Stihl Equipment.

Tate is a very nice sales specialist. I rate high for that but product availability really stinks due to all this covid stuff
