Thank you soo much guys! Jarod s team is fantastic and they helped me while I was just passing through Wilcox on a long cross country road trip and needed assistance with two of my tires.They came out and patched one tire and changed the other one and now I m able to continue onto my road trip safely! They even gave me information that helps me take care of my tires better and I ll be able to stay safer on the road!I appreciate all the help and I really recommend them to anyone in the area or even if you re just traveling like me! I was on the final leg of my cross country move with a big box Penske truck. And the keys got locked into the truck while it was running. I was blocking a gas pump too. My friend had USAA and connected us with Jared. Jared came after 15 minutes after we had heard quotes of 45 minutes from other providers. He didn t backdown from the challenge of getting the truck unlocked. Which is hard with the box. He tenaciously and quickly was able to roll the window down and unlock the truck. I m so grateful for Jared and his hard work! Thanks! I highly recommend Jared!

100 percent best shop around! Fixed my 1986 Ford Ambulance with parts even the ford dealership couldn't find. Jarod's team took the time and care to make sure everything was completely done before handing over the keys! This old girl runs great again thanks to Jarod's team! I was driving from L.A to charlotte nc cross country when my truck gave me issues. He answered the phone that night said I need to bring it in the morning because we need the lift I was there when he opened and shortly after diagnosed the issue. Sent someone over an hour away to get the part from the nearest ford dealer and they came back and he fixed it right and quickly and gave me a very fair price. Thank you.

Awesome prompt service!! Traveling through from Midwest to Yuma and had a tire losing air on the 5th wheel. Parked at local KOA Campground and the next morning someone loaned us a compressor to air it up and we went to Jarod's. He promptly and efficiently fixed our problem. And for $30. He rocks!

It's not cheap getting your car pulled out of a ditch when you're an hour and a half outside of town but they were substantially cheaper than the 2 quotes I received from other tow companies. They explained their rates to me before coming out, which the other companies didn't do and saved me over $200. Thank you for being honest and not ripping off someone in a bad situation.

Absolutely amazing service! I experienced my first blow out while traveling to Tuscon and was left quite shaken up and very much so stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. Jarod and his crew were so friendly and helpful and responded super quickly. They were great at communicating with me from start to finish and it really helped calm my nerves. My driver took our disabled van in and Jarod gave me a deal with discounts to change an alternator, and when I said I'm paying with a credit card over the phone Jarod said he had to call me back after checking with some kind of detective relative. He did not call me back that day, the next morning my driver told me he finished the car, I called to make the payment, he said "no Zelle no deal", added the discounted $ and $50 on top as tax. I didn't even try to reason with this guy, he had my van, and it seemed the divine power himself couldn't talk any sense into him. Beware of his "deals" and "discounts", things change promptly after he is done with your car. If you have any other choice, avoid this guy.

Great guys. My alternator went out on me while i was on the road to Texas Jared towed me to his shop and had running that day. I've been stopping by ever since for all my car work. Two guys came out to San Simon and carefully loaded up my truck, took it 95 mi to Tucson for repairs, and were very polite and helpful. I wish all tow services were like this. Thank you, guys !

Truck developed a nasty misfire while towing our camper across AZ. I limped over to the shop. Jarod took me right in and worked until 930pm to get us back on the road for my wife to be home in time for ship out to basic training. He found a pinched wire in my fuel injector harness that another shop had messed up during a previous repair. Absolute life saver and a cool guy at that. Thanks a bunch my friend, you're a good man.

The service was very quick and friendly. We were just there for new tire so we didn't have to finish our road trip on the spare, and he had us out of there in like 15 minutes. Good price for it too. I would absolutely recommend Jarod's Auto.

Broke down about 7 miles outside of Wilcox. They had me towed out in a timely manner. He also spent the time to look at fixing my truck and was also straight up with me if he could fix it or not. He could not due the rarity of my truck 3.0 diesel but gave me other places he trusted to see if they could do it. Due to the smallness of the area I couldn t find anyone to work on it. Had the truck shipped back to my mechanic and he worked with the shipping company to work out pickup. If you need a tow and near Wilcox AZ. Call Jarod roadside assistance. Just don t get mad at him because you are traveling at 3 am in the morning without a spare and get a flat tire because he didn t happen to answer.

Called to have my tire replaced at loves parking,he told me I'll be there in 30. About 49 minutes later I called again and he tells me that I'm not at loves, because he has his people working there and they couldn't find me. After I explained what truck I was on he cussed me out, told me I was wasting his time and hung up on me. I went right next door to loves had my tire replaced right away no waiting professional nice people.

Jarods has saved me twice now. The first time was when trying to move from Phoenix using my horse trailer and my brakes went out. I was on a time crunch and they took my truck in and worked all night so I could have it in the morning. Second time the pulley bearing went out and snapped the pulley..it was sitting on top of my engine! They again took the truck in and it was fixed same day! Very polite and professional! Only thing I would say shocked me was the flat repair fee. I ve never seen one over $25 so the $45 charge was a bit of a surprise. I will continue to use them though as I am very happy with the quality of work and the professional conduct of their team.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Brakes

Great experience. After discovering we had a rad hose leak on our Dodge Diesel truck Jarrod was quick to get us in on a Saturday morning as we were travelling through Willcox. Jarod is amazing, fast, affordable and kind. Our rental car broke down in a neighboring town and he drove to us immediately and replaced our tire roadside and sent us on our way. Excellent customer service. Fast and courteous. Jarod was a real life saver when we had a blowout in 100 degree temperatures. Fixed a flat, put another tire on the blowout rim in record time.

After my insurance made false claims for over an hour and a half of extending service search due to the late hour of request and not being able to find a service provider , I took it upon myself to google for a roadside company to help my husband and kids with a flat tire there in Wilcox. I called Jarod s and spoke to James who answered promptly and was 15 minutes down the road! James went and helped my family get back on the road safely at such a late hour without any hesitation. Service charge was totally reasonable as well for being so late and the location. Will be saving contact in case ever needed when passing through again!Service: Tire change

Was in town for the Wings Over Willcox crane festival so stopped by to get a slow leak in my tire repaired. I'd been putting it off for weeks so really needed to just get it fixed. The folks at Jarod's Auto were great! They did it right away and it only cost $35. They were very friendly and I recommend them

Was traveling from one state to another when my vehicle overheated. After calling around to no avail, we found Jarods Auto and explained my situation and was very friendly. When seeing the issue he called about 10 different places trying to find my part and have it replaced. They are honest and straight forward with a great personality (Jarod and AJ). Before letting us leave they made sure there were no issues and was operating smoothly. The price was very reasonable and would highly recommend and visit again.

Excellent service. They are so ready to help you out all the way. Our truck broke on our way to California, luckily we ended up on this town where Jarod's Auto and Tire LLC is located. They sent towing to us immediately, worked on our truck and got it ready to go. The owner took the time to explain in detail and provided detailed invoice charges. Honesty and Excellent service is what this business is all about. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you Jarod and staff.

Highly recommend Jarod. You can tell he's a hard worker. He came and was able to fix our car so we can continue on our road trip. So thankful for guys like Jarod!
