yesterday my boyfriend & brother in law went to buddyz to put my new tires on, & the old guy told them no he couldn t do it to come back in tomorrow at 1pm & he could put them on for them. & as they were leaving one of the other coworkers asked him what they wanted & he told them how we just wanted the tires & he was willing to put them on but the old guy was just like no i already told them to come back tomorrow. so today when they went to put the tires on, the old guy tells them oh i can t put them on for you cuz his staff wasn t there that s why i told you to come at 2pm & told them that they d have to wait two more hours. this isn t the first time that that old guy has refused us service, but it sure is the last! so my boyfriend & brother in law just ended up going to a different tire shop, & it was just one guy who changed the tires in a shorter time period, he didn t need no ones help. i think the old guy was just lazy to do them.

My husband and I are traveling in an rv and our tires looked very worn. Came here and were in and out quickly. Very nice and they were the higher quality tires, which we were happy about. Great place.

The old guy didn t want to service us. He seemed extremely lazy. He told us it was going to be a $100/hr to inspect the car. I had already gotten the diagnostic done and he told us that wasn t the issue. He just didn t want to do it out of laziness.

We were on a long road trip and had a flat on our trailer, couldn't get the tire off to put on spare. After trying for an hour to seperate the wheel from the hub, we took it to Buddyz and the guys there had it off in 10 minutes!! Very much appreciate them helping us on a moments notice. Definitely recommend these guys they were amazing Thank You

We needed help with our truck, and he was too lazy to do the job. He said he would do it for $100 an hour. He was also smoking a cigarette in our face. If you need an auto repair shop, go somewhere else. If I could give him a zero, I would.

On a (March 2023) NY to California trip, we got flat on our travel trailer. This place was the only place within 2 hours of hunting for tire and rim to replace a blown out trailer tire. They were professional and completely helpful in getting us back on the road. We spent two hours trying to find a place that had correctvtire and rim....it took them less than 30 minutes to get us done. Highly recommend and appreciate this garage and if ever stuck out that way again....I hope it's near them.

I had a wheel bearing go out in my old hot rod truck in the middle of a trip to a car show in Silver City. These guys took me in right away and fixed it right the first time...then didn't gouge a traveler!!! I didn't tell them I owned an auto repair shop until they were all done...thanks for being professional and keeping up our image as an industry.

Me and my Fianc� were on the freeway and our tire blew out. Buddyz was the closest tire shop. When we arrived my Fianc� asked the man if he had a tire that would fit our car and the first thing he said was " It's going to be a while" he took one look at the car and said we don't have 19's and nobody in town is going to have them rudely. His customer service was Horrible thank god Jarrod's saved us and they were polite.

They were our lifesavers! We were on a cross country road trip (west coast to east coast) with three little kids and our car broke down. We barely made it to their repair shop and they were able to help us right away. They had the part we needed and got us back on the road in no time. Very friendly, very fair priced. Thank you!

They were the only guys in town with my tire size. They got me into the shop in a hurry and were done very quickly. They even rotated two of my other tires for free. That being said they were a bit pricey on the tires but again, they were the only ones with that size and they threw in two rotations. Thanks guys.

Lost our dashboard and radio while driving across Arizona. Pulled into the first place we could find which was this place. They took a look, asked some questions and diagnosed the problem. I messaged a friend who s a mechanic and sent him some pictures and he agreed, so I know they didn t try fixing what was not broken.In fact they tried a cheaper repair first. Really appreciate the attempt and the quality work they did. We were about to head back out on the road when something else went wrong and they again, did their best. They didn t have the parts but they got us patched up enough to get to Tucson for no extra cost.I highly recommend these guys, really did their best to be quick and as low cost as they could.Service: Engine repair

Friendly, an fast service. Found out their prices are higher than I pay at home. Same service, same type of business. Paid almost half as much more an that was without a air filter. If they can get it more power to them. Did a alright job, but won't go back.

Was led to believe they would replace the wheel seal today. Had explained I had an appointment in another town 50 miles away. Cody said call after lunch as he wasn't sure exactly the time. He was just keeping me on the hook so if things went well he would have an extra job. Things didn't go well. After lunch said couldn't do it. Nice guy. Lost a whole day and still had to travel to another town next day.

We had tire trouble while traveling, they answered the phone at 4:50pm and waited for us. They were able to order a new tire by am and replaced the bad one. All of the guys were friendly, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this business.Service: TiresService: Tires

Passing through town and had Trailer Tire problems. Called these guys they had the right tires. They got me right in. In and out of the shop in less than an hour with four new tires. Price was very fair. Definitely recommend them.

The water pump on our Dodge Ram went out! Fortunately we were were at RV park close to the garage. Tobey & Cody, father & son team got right on the whilerepairs... loaning us a vehicle e the truck was being repaired

I recommend Buuddyz as I've used their services on many occasions. They came and towed me once when I was in a rather desperate situation and I was extremely grateful for their quick same day service. Usually they've just helped me with many a flat tire repair, but the price of $7 is excellent and far superior to Stronghold Auto's $20 charge. I do recommend for sure!

I can not say enough good things to describe these people!!!! Super Super blessed!!! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thorough! I thought I needed two tires repaired. One was fine and the other was punctured. Got me right in and out quickly. Very very reasonable in price! Go here and nowhere else!!!

They have always treated me fair here and always have done great work with my vehicles. The prices are always very fair, they have a reasonable price for labor per hour. I had just recently taken my car in to put 4 brand new tires in and the mechanic "Allen" heard 2 of my belts that needed to be tighten. Next thing i know my car is being lifted up and he spends some time tightening up my belts. New tires and no squeal for my car now :) One of the few best mechanics in Willcox!!!

I broke down on the highway in the middle of nowhere. I contacted Buddy'z in Willcox and they were extremely helpful. They offered to stay late to wait for the tow truck. It wasn't needed, but mush appreciated as the truck was loaded.It took a couple of days to get the parts and make the repairs - faster than I expected. I had lost a seal and a rear wheel bearing. The work was great and the price was fair. The entire experience was a positive one. I would definitively use them again.

Buddy'z deserves many thanks for saving our Christmas plans with family. A short Christmas Story... We were headed to Tucson, driving the last stretch after 1,800 cross country miles when my truck blew a front wheel bearing, at night, on 23rd Dec. A 30+ mile tow landed us in Willcox. The next day, Christmas Eve morning, I called a local shop (not Buddy'z) to see what chance I had of getting parts & repair; they confirmed the closest part was in Tucson; if I could get the part they would put it in; I confirmed we could get the part as a family member saved the day by driving the part out to us; but when the part arrived an hour later the guys at the shop had locked up, left and couldn't be reached. It was then afternoon on Christmas Eve and my chance for getting a repair looked slim... That's when I googled auto repair and called Buddy'z; they we're getting ready to close for the holiday, but the mechanic stopped what he was doing, came and towed my car from the other shop, installed the new hub bearing and sent us on our way... all for a very reasonable price. That kind of customer service, just plain human kindness and fairness speaks for itself... I'm considering driving the 90 miles from Tucson to Buddy'z whenever I need auto service! Merry Christmas!

Last year Joe's in Willcox couldn't fix my car, this year I took it to Buddyz and they had it fixed right and fast. These guys are topnotch at repairs Knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to Buddy'z for assisting us with a flat tire after hours. They were extremely accommodating in waiting for us well after regular shop hours on 3/24/2014. The rate was very fair for 2 out of towners, that were at the mercy of a poor circumstance. Thank you very much for the excellent service. I would highly recommend patronizing this shop.
