Well to make a long story short I was headed over to Louisiana for a long lost relatives funeral and thought everything was fine and dandy until my AC Compressor froze up and i was literally stranded until my good friend Nick Flores drove all the way out here early in the morning to help me. (Now that s a real friend )now check this out, the only place for miles around that had an idler pulley (replaces the AC compressor pulley to hold the serpentine belt in place) was at Auto Zone in Wilcox Az !! lolWell I never made it to Louisiana but then after that problem was solved I made it about 20 miles from Wilcox and my water pump started squealing and leaking and i thought to myself not again sigh So I limped into Wilcox and found the same Auto Zone store that had the LAST Idler pulley in 3 states !!!How amazing is that ???Anyway they were closed because it was 3am so I took a nap in their parking lot and when I woke up there was an Auto Zone employee asking if I was ok , I smiled and came to life and simply asked if they had a water pump to fit my car and believe it or not they had one left in stock !!! Am I lucky or what lolGreat news right? Well 2 days later I was still there struggling to put in the new pump and didn t have the proper tools to finish the job.I should mention that day the manager i met was being visited by regional and district managers and oooo to see those 3 upper level managers standing around my engine looking intently trying to figure it out .That made me feel good to have 3 company big dogs there at that moment helping me !!!They suggested I lift the engine to allow the water pump to be raised up past the motor Mount studs which I didn t have ughWell that night when I was really bummed out and definitely didn t want to call on Nick again a huge truck pulled up and a man hopped out and asked if I was okay, I replied my water pump won t fit on despite the store personnel telling me it was the right part smh So a few other cars pulled in and helped me, little did I know the man who helped me was a friend of the store manager and in under an hour flat he had it installed and i was like how much do I owe you and he said not a dime and told me he loved helping people broke down to drive safe back to Sierra Vista . . .What an experience that was but my point is Auto Zone is an awesome store chain with awesome knowledgeable people and ina nut shell this is proof that no matter which Auto Zone you find yourself at . . .they care about their customers :-)PS be safe on the open road

Y'all better watch out there is a homewrecker that works here named Shelby Davis and she likes to add married guys on snapchat and use they excuse that she adds everyone to make sure she can get a hold of them when clearly she already has a whole as group chat with everyones numbers but wants to blow up there social media like no tf

Wesley, who works at the Willcox store, was so very helpful. He installed an alternator in my truck and got me back on the road to the Phoenix area, when I was in a real jam. Thank you very much for all you did for me Wesley!! You Rock!

During my back trip to California on 12/29/2023, I went to the Chiricahua National Monument. After many miles of torturing unpaved dirt road, my engine light came out. I gave up my trip and backed to a wifi coverage highway 10. Luckily I found the nearest AutoZone in the Wilcox Arizona. The lady helped me to found the engine code P0685 with ECM/PCM issue.To order that part, we have to wait for a day and canceled my hotel reservations. The AutoZone young gentleman explained the P0685 issue and offered checking my car.He was able to find the ECM/PCM location of my Honda Odyssey and found one of the connectors was loose. After tightening up, he asked me to start the engine. The car was totally dead. He checked the battery and found that positive connection was too loose. He tightened up for us. The car started right up without any warning lights. I was so thankful over his going extra miles services.I highly recommend Wilcox AutoZone, if you encounter any car s problem.

Had my van die in the parking lot during a rain storm when I pulled over to purchase wiper blades. The manager Desiree and Glen were so helpful not only with getting new blades on my van but also with testing and replacing my battery. She was so sweet to offer to come out and swap the battery for me. Super helpful staff in this store.

I have been in 3 times since I moved here to town. Mike has been super pleasant each and every time. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are truly taken care of. Thank you Mike for helping with my car battery too. Mike deserves recognition for his hard work.

I needed to borrow a tool to fix a phone mount inside my car. The friendly manager Michael A helped me with a smile. I was on my way quickly and was smiling myself after his help. I would recommend this place to anyone. Get into the Zone !!

They have these great oil change with filters specials, but you can't really get them.Only if you have the order delivered, which takes 6 days. All the items i needed were in stock in the Willcox store, but if you order it for pick up in store, you can not apply your earned rewards towards the order.They rather deliver it for free from some far away place.And dont call the store for help! The one that picked up didnt know anythink, but had me listen to his conversation with the Supervisor, no help there. Then they put you on hold until you give up.Just go to Walmart, pay 4 bucks more and avoid this place. You just end up frustrated.i wanted the deal with 5 Quarts of full synthetic oil, an oilfilter and the air filter. With my 5 dolar store credit i could have gotten all of it for 37.99 $ which would be a good deal. And i would have picked it up in the store. Only Problem, you can't get it.Told my many friends, we don't go there anymore! SAD

9/30/22: Thank you Kevin for helping my mother in law get her car battery taken care. For getting her the best deal to match what she had and being super cool with charging the dead battery while we left to do other errands. Your customer service definitely exceeds other Auto Zone locations that I use in Tucson, AZ. Thank you for all your hard work!

My check engine light just came on so stopped to see if they would check it for me. When I went in there was only one other customer looking around so I stood up front by the registers. I heard people talking in back and others moving stuff in back away well but no one came out. I started saying Hello? Hello? Can someone help me? No response. Stood there for 4 or 5 FULL minutes and a woman appeared. Before I could speak she said We'll be with you in a minute and she started counting money from a register drawer. So I waited. Another customer came in, she called out a name and a man appeared and quickly started helping the man who just came in! I looked at her. She looked at me and said nothing. So I said to her AS I LEFT Thanks for the great service. I really appreciate it! Never going there again. Lazy and rude.

We came in to buy some oil during our cross-country road trip after our light came on. I checked the dipstick and had a pretty good idea of what the problem was but the manager was happy to give me a second opinion and help me pick out the right oil. Shoutout to that guy, I wish I had gotten his name so I could put it in the review but he's the one that just moved from Cali and he's dope.

AutoZone is great and always helpful! The customer service is great and very knowledgeable. Parker, Glenn, and Taylor have always helped me and time I came in needing a part or even looking for quotes. They re knowledgeable about their products and they re very helpful with finding deals. Because of them, I have an autozone rewards account!

AutoZone saves the day on my house leak after hardware stores were closed on Sunday evening. They sold me hose clips and gave me a small piece of hose to fix my water line leak. Would of had to leave the water supply turned off otherwise. Our location is Always courteous and friendly service & in every other state that I have lived in. You guys Are The Best. Thank you!!!!

Nice staff but he seemed a little lost or unknowledgeable. Paced back and forth for ten minutes looking for part couldn't locate it needed help, and needed our help on computer. But still very friendly maybe he was new.

I was on a 1,300 mile long road trip across the southwest when I got a check engine light. I got amazing service at this AutoZone. Anthony helped me with everything I needed to replace and install an O2 sensor on my 2001 Chevy Malibu. He helped me every step of the way from diagnosing the error code, to recommending equipment, to giving me advice on how to replace it in the parking lot. I never would have been able to do it without his help, and I would come here again if I needed any help with my car. Thank you, Anthony! Someone give this man a raise!

So called Napa first to find a part for my truck. I'll sum it up quickly. She was RUDE and LAZY. I thought I'd try Autozone, but typically they don't have as many parts as Napa. The associate was helpful and diligent. Unfortunately they didn't have the part. Customer service makes all the difference in the world. I'll call Auto Zone first next time.
