I cannot stress enough how much of a nightmare my experience at Wickenburg Automotive Repair was. Took my car in for a repair, and not only did they fail to fix the original issue, they somehow managed to completely ruin my engine! The negligence and incompetence displayed by the staff here are beyond comprehension. And to make matters worse, when I attempted to discuss the situation with them, I was met with nothing but disrespect and hostility. The customer service is atrocious, with one staff member even resorting to racist language. This establishment clearly has no regard for their customers or their vehicles. Stay far away unless you want your car destroyed and your patience tested to the limit. Absolutely disgraceful.

You will not be disappointed with Wickenburg Automotive Repair. Excellent customer service and professional mechanics with integrity mean your car repairs will be affordably priced and done right! Unfortunately, as I was traveling home on Hwy 93 around 33 miles north of Wickenburg, my 2000 Rav4 overheated. It was late and the shop had already closed but I was able to get roadside assistance to tow it to the shop. I filled out my information on the envelope, which was considerately provided and dropped my key inside before sealing it and inserting it into the secured slot. Tony was able to diagnose my issue, source the necessary parts needed to repair my car and give me an estimate that was well within my budget and extremely reasonable and when I picked up my car, this estimate was exactly what I paid. If you're looking for no nonsense professional repairs at reasonable prices then this is the shop to call. I also appreciate the fact that they did not add on any surprise extra charges or suggest any additional repair work. Even though the shop was extremely busy, Tony took the time to answer all of my questions and explained exactly what needed to be repaired and exactly what he repaired. It is so refreshing to know there are still a few good mechanics out there who have integrity and choose to be honest. I will be handing out their cards to my family and friends just in case they happen to break down out Wickenburg way...Thank you all for such a pleasant experience!

I found this place through Google reviews. My father just recently passed away and he had an older truck that I inherited. I'm from Georgia so I was reluctant to drive it back without having a professional check it out. Tony went out of his way to go through it and make sure it was road worthy for the trip. He completely checked it out and told me the the issues that needed immediate attention and things that will need addressing at a later date. He finished all work in the timeline as stated. When he called me to tell me it was ready I was at a local hotel, I told him I'll be there as soon as I call a cab. With out hesitation he offered to pick me up. It was such a great pleasure to deal with someone that still has integrity and customer service still at heart. I highly recommend Tony for all your automotive mechanical needs. He wont disappoint.

Drove from Surprise,Az to Wickenburg ,Az for a golf outing.My 2006 Chrysler 300 began to overheat and stall upon arrival.I knew no one in Wickenburg to find a repair shop.Looked on line and found Wickenburg auto repair which had many great reviews.Tony at this shop was able to get my car towed within a short time.Thats the good news.Bad news was the overheated motor was ruined.Tony said he could remove and install an engine that matched mine.I agreed and Tony and his crew did the work at a fair price.Picked up the car after a few days and everything seems to work fine.Its nice to know that if you have car trouble in an area unfamiliar there are people like Tony,honest ,who get you back on the road.

Amazing shop, amazing service, and amazing people! We came in for an emergency wheel repair. We broke two studs on our wheel on the way out of town back to Lake Havasu City. All the lug nuts were gone, too. Tony, the owner, put everything else aside to help us. He had to order the parts twice because the 1st set of lug nuts that arrived did not have the lug nut key with it. We thought we were going to have to spend another night in Wickenburg, but he got us back on the road, and we made it home the same day. We tried to give him a tip, which he refused. We felt he definitely deserved it, so we donated it to Tony's FOREPAUGH ANIMAL SANCTUARY. A loving place for kitties to live happy and healthy. This is a great place to bring your car for repairs, or you can just stop by and donate a few dollars to help the kitties. Thank you, Tony, and your amazing crew! We don't know we would have done without your help!

The whole staff is amazing I was driving up to bullhead city for work and car over heated passing through . The whole staff got everything taken care of in less than 24 hours. If I could rate them higher I would. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs automotive repair or maintainable 10 out of 10 best shop I've ever dealt with and phenomenal prices.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Tony always does a great job with my car. I have used him for over 5 years! He gets the job done fast and has very reasonable prices! He even gives you a ride home if you need it! He's the best!

Amazing folks. Courteous, friendly and - super attentive! We had the old smoke from under the hood situation just outside of town. Pulled in just as they were closing. They had the faulty water pump diagnosed and a replacement ordered within minutes! We were up and going - back on our road trip in no time. Can t recommend them enough.

Tony got my vehicle in as scheduled. He did the required maintenance at a VERY fair price, and kindly estimated future vehicle needs. Office staff courteous and knowledgeable. Highly reccommend if you need repairs or diagnostics in Wickenburg. A++++++. Good, honest, hard-working people.My super old Jeep is running so much better!

This was recommended by a friend. We had problems with our Jeep we couldn't figure out, so needed to take it in Tony found problem. It did take a few days to get part since it is an older jeep. Great service, very friendly and very reasonable rate. Very happy with their work.

Its is the only shop i trust my cars to be fixed at. He has not only fixed other shops mistakes but done great work to all 4 of my cars at a very reasonable price. Positive attitudes and very smart. Love this place .

I had a check engine light on in my older GM car. Tony diagnosed and repaired it correctly and for a VERY fair price. I've been taking my cars here for years and have always been happy with the repair. I did have a part go bad and they replaced the part at no charge. They are trustworthy and honest guys, you won't find a better price either

With excellent reliable quality service waiting lines developed. Expect all three. It is a two mechanic businous with no receptionist or secretary.Your communication is going to be with Tony or Allen, period. Most times they are working when you call and they call you back hours or days later depending on if you are requesting an update or scheduling. They shop prices for thier customers.If you have the ability to be polite and patient, they might be right for you. If you want it NOW, best go somewhere else.Being a two man shop seems to work for them.It would be in my own best interest to give them a low or no rating, (to keep you out of the line of customers). I cannot do that any more than they seem able to raise thier prices, or expand.If you do choose thier shop, please treat them with patience and kindness.
