Called today, Nov 1st 2023, and sked if I could bring my vehicle in for an estimate and inspection. I am confident the place that changed our oil damaged the engine somehow, since it no longer runs...asked them to look at the vehicle for me and assess the damage. I was told they "don't do that sort of thing". Pretty disappointed. I'd prefer to have a local business help me out instead of going to Surprise.

Had crazy messages on my Ram 3500 diesel, I reached out to Randy for a fix and speaking with him I was confident he knew what was going on. They changed my oil, fuel filters and diagnosed the messages, Randy could have charged me anything, however he didn t! They found the problem to be a unplugged sensor and didn t charge me a thing to clean it up and plug it back in. I have first hand knowledge that they are an honest place for service and highly recommend them, I know anyone could find the sensor thing and plug it back in and charge me any amount due to my lack of knowledge, but this man did not! Nice folks! Brought our truck in for some AC work and we received a whole new AC system with brand new parts that all have a lifetime warranty on them. It wasn't cheap, but a whole new AC system never is!She's blasting cold now and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. We will be back when we need more work done! Very pleasant experience

They were able to get me in right away to replace head lights, even fixed a parking light I hadn t noticed was out. A lot more affordable than what I was quoted by other places (1/3 of the price!) Friendly and fast service. Was told it would be ready by 3 and got a call minutes before 3 saying it s ready to be picked up. Most places usually take upwards of 30 minutes past their quoted time so I was very impressed. I ll definitely be returning for any future car repair needs!

The beat place!! We're just driving through town and had a piece dragging from under our car. Called and asked if we could have someone check it out. We were told to come on by. As soon as we pulled in someone came out to help us out.The guys there were so friendly and helpful and did a quick check under the car and took care of the issue in 15 minutes.This place is the best so if you need auto care this so the place to go. Thanks so much guys!!

Our car broke down in the desert and was towed to this mechanic. We were in a vulnerable situation with little choice. They fixed our car as quickly as possible and charged us a very fair and reasonable price. Very honest mechanic! I would highly recommend.

This is one of the last auto shops that will fix your vehicle without worry of them over charging you for something that you don't need,they are very honest and I would recommend them to anyone, Randy is awesome!

Randy and his team are friendly and helpful. They are thorough. I never once had to bring a vehicle back for a second run-through on a repair. Helped me get diagnosed quickly and didn't recommend any work. Saw a couple things to keep an eye on and didn't charge for the minor checkup to tell me there was nothing wrong!I will certainly go back!

It's easy to schedule an appointment for your car. They are good at communicating what's going on with your car. Repairs are done in a timely manner and you y trust their work.

Traveling through Wickenburg AZ when we broke down. Had the truck towed to Randy's Automotive where he repaired in a timely manner. Would recommend them if you have any problems.
