Mike and his team deliver great customer service! Very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt service. As a fleet manager, it has been difficult at times to get shops in Wickenburg to accommodate our needs. Never the case with Pioneer.

Had a tire issue and went to Pioneer. With long-time Wickenburg roots, their crew was friendly, did what they said they'd do earlier than expected, exceeding my expectations. It's an old-school shop that does a lot, but, again, it's an old-school shop so there's not a lot of pomp.

The Owner of this shop helped us out big time with an impromptu tire repair that may have stranded us overnight. He took time out of his busy schedule to help us on the spot. He was very kind and quick. Thank you so much!

Driving through Wickenburg AZ, we had a little car trouble and stopped in for some help. Mike was super helpful and profesional. He had some spare parts laying around and fixed us right up in less than 30 minutes and we were on our way. Mike's hospitality and professional expertise was a blessing and also helped prevent future costly maintenance.

I was towed here by Acme Towing. Larry was the driver. Very low on cash as I had a blow out 25 miles south of Wickenburg, AZ. Mike searched close to 15 minutes for the correct sized used tire as i was low on funds. Changed my tire free of charge because of my circumstances. Before he changed the tire we were chatting and I mentioned I'm a veteran. He asked you're a veteran and thanked me for my service. What was wonderful is Mikel didn't charge for the tire change. God Bless him and his son. Also his dog who attacks tires when he hears the tire machine. To funny!!! Wickenburg, AZ has some great people.

Pioneer towing was filled with friendly people, and were more than willing to help me get my car wherever I needed! Very quick to respond as well! They've even helped me when I locked my keys in my car, Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Pioneer Towing was fast and friendly! They were super helpful and understanding and were willing to take my vehicle wherever I needed. Thank goodness for Pioneer Towing, I would use them again any day!

Pioneer Towing is THE BEST! Mike was able to help us out of an impossible situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Pioneer Towing for any and all of your vehicle problems. He does lockouts, fuel, jumps, tires.....even has slightly used tires for sale. Check them out!!

Mike was terrific and quickly responded to our call for a pull out of the wet quicksand Hassayampa River. The Jeep was so stuck, the pull lifted the front wheels of the tow truck off the ground! Glad Pioneer was there to answer our call!

Had a great time playing with the dogs while they worked on my truck! So thankful, and I even have a new wheel for spare and an extra tire to make into a tire swing!
