Bought a couple things using Napa Online. Dale was prompt to call and let me know when my items would be in. Next morning I went in they had my stuff ready, I paid, and was out the door in less than 3 minutes. Great service. Good parts!

Best employees. Everyone was very helpful without making me feel stupid. Let us open the package to make sure it was what we actually needed. I am fully impressed with there staff.

The new owner has made a big improvement in the store's inventory and increased all product lines.For best customer service, ask for"Grandpa", no kidding. I've spent $1,000s ofwith them ( fleet repair) and Gramps is the best they have.

Today I went to NAPA in Wickenburg Az. and had tried the other automotive stores in town and walked away disappointed and got a surprise by finding what I was looking for because NAPA is a much smaller auto supply store, there are two other parts stores in Wickenburg it definitely helps to shop around, if you don't succeed keep trying!

I ordered 2 dial thermometers from this store, call in and talked to a counter man on July the 31. The thermometers were on sale, did not have them in stock, he said that he would order them to be shipped to the store from Phoenix, I told him I would pick them up on Sat. the 3th of Aug. I ask him if I would get the sale price and he said yes. I stopped in on Sat, the man I talked to was not there, They could not find the thermometers, there was no record/or paper work that they could find, tried calling the man I talked to, he didn't answer his phone. They looked around the store and found 1 thermometer in the back room, but would not honor the July sale price, said that the price had been changed in the computer and there was no way to over ride it. Did not seem to care that their people messed up. So I left.

Need to find parts.go there.knowledge beyond compair.they knew what I needed.snd new part number which out looking.ordered and got parts.first time.

When passing through Wickenburg and needed parts for a project on our motorhome, we got fantastic service from these guys. Highly recommend.

They have those hard to find parts or can get them in short time. Great dor people with vintage carbureted trucks and cars. Some of these young kids that work in the newer places never even seen a carburetor on a car.

I don't need an auto parts store very awful but when I do and I see a Napa I know they got what I want 95% of the time they're probably have what you need to going in and try them

Always helpful. Friendly. Older building and set up, so not a huge front end of products. Definitely a place I check for what I need.

This place closes early and only have the basic parts you may need. But you cannot count on them being open when their web-site says they are.
