I just have to say they have redeemed themselves from my first visit. My second and third visits have been five star, no problems. We took care of every item found I found on my truck. They were fast, and efficient. No hassles at all. I live in Prescott, and choose to have Jones Ford service my Explorer and Jeep. The level of dedication this dealership expresses to me and my vehicles is why I drive 1.5 hrs for their service and not my local dealers. They will bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met. I came for an oil change & brake inspection. Service was quick and tech found a leak around oil pan (to be repaired later). Chris was my contact and was very helpful and concerned about getting me down the road swiftly. Some of these five star reviews have to be paid for. This place is a joke. Service advisors don't know anything. They make fun of electric vehicles yet they don't know how an I.C.E. works in the first place. And people mentioning how well the "team" is. I didn't notice a team. Just people sharing a space that must have obviously lied on the resume.

I give it only 4 stars because I believe they're communication could be a little bit better as to the process of what's going on if you have a lot of work to be done and it seems to be harder than it needs to get ahold of someone when you need to If you have time constraints. I will admit I was a bit of an A hole because of my situation and Ford corporate takes most of the blame for the miscommunication.The mechanical work that I had done was extensive and quite difficult that said my vehicle runs perfectly, Kudos to the mechanics who were charged with the task they did a outstanding job!! I am hard to please and I am very satisfied so I would definitely recommend Jones Ford. Very good crew, very good people.

Service technician very friendly and service was completed very quickly even though I told him I was not waiting. He called to tell me it was ready in just over an hour. I could have waited.My only issue is that when I picked up the truck it had, and still had, a very strong odor of diesel inside. Very disappointing since it still smelled like new.Service: Oil change

I would have given a 5 Star review but the first service person contact when I dropped my vehicle off was not at all welcoming, friendly or particularly helpful. The actual service manager was exactly the opposite and the service manager was also very friendly when I just happened to see him to pick up my vehicle. Friendly and helpful service is what I have received from everyone I ve come into contact with during previous visits. I did mention the bad attitude to the service manager of the person I initially dealt with.

I've been happy using Jones Ford Wickenburg ever since I Bought my 1st vehicle from them 2 years ago. We just bought our 2nd vehicle from them a couple of months back. It is good to find a family owned business where you are not just a customer number , but part of there family . I was met on the service drive and welcomed . My advisors Zeric and Preston were very friendly and helpful . Having an older truck parts are getting harder to find , but they successively got me back on the road in a very reasonable time !!!
