Amazing staff that genuinely cares about their customers and customers vehicles. Awesome parts department! Debbie, Mario, and Tyler are super kind and helpful.I was jerked around by every giant corporate dodge dealership in all of Phoenix. Both my car and my peace of mind were broken, that is until I met Tina In Service, and she continues to go above and beyond for me when no one else would.I gladly drive an hour from Phoenix to Wickenburg because I don't trust my car with anyone else!As a whole, Jones Ford Wickenburg has been an amazing dealership with amazing employees. 10/10 would recommend!They have very intelligent techs, Matt Stokes, Billy, and Alex. I would consider them mechanics and not just techs that are working on your car. They are genuinely happy to help you!

I did have a great buying experience with Jones Ford of Wickenburg.No pushy tactics at all. Our salesman Tim #2 and Finance person Tim #1 should teach mandatory college courses other dealerships around town. Highly recommended, great experience..Thank you.. We just bought our new car today at Jones in Wickenburg. We worked closely with Rick Van Jager and Matt Dohlin. Both of these men really worked their hardest to get us the best deal and best price. They made the transaction seamless and had our best interest at heart. They answered any and all questions we had, and made us feel so comfortable with our purchase! Finding out, you have to buy a car quickly can be so stressful. From the moment I contacted the dealership I was immediately put it ease. From Matt to Brian and Chris I can t say enough good things. The car I was looking for was available. I set up a time to come test drive it and they worked within my financial parameters to make the process smooth and stress-free! We now have a beautiful Ford Mach X! I am beyond happy and super grateful for the guys up at Jones Ford !

This is the best dealership hands down. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and have referred many to them and they always provide amazing service make every process simple and easy. I live in Queen Creek and its worth the time to drive to Wickenburg to work with them. Brian has an amazing staff. I have been buying cars from Jones Ford Wickenburg for over 7 years. Their entire staff has always been fantastic. If you want an easy no pressure car buying experience Sean Lowery is the guy to call. Everyone of my friends that I have referred to them always call me after and say they will never buy a new car anywhere else because of how great that were treated. If your looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealer I would highly recommend them!

I have tried all means of communicating to the service dept about their error(s) before posting this review. First started off as an incorrect alignment....must have had to pay extra for the steering wheel to be straight and for it to not pull anymore. No alignment print out as the printer is broke...how about the technician notes from the readings..nope, none of those either. In the beginning, I was told by the service advisor that everything looked great in the front end and recommended an alignment. After the fact , he now recommends that there must be something wrong even after his technician said "all good". I've tried to work with the service advisor who then sent me to the service manager who has received my messages but has now avoided any sort of return call to me in the last two days. Did I mention the $1000 rear brake job they highly recommended? That's funny, the pads are less than 7000 miles old and to actually inspect those calipers the wheels have to be removed, which they were not. I hope that folks will use this to understand what they might encounter should you decide to have service performed at this facility.

I ordered a new F250 from Jones ford, the truck came in quick and is awesome! Sean helped me pick options that fit my needs. Carlos gave me a an awesome walk around of the truck, he also set up the ford my pass app so I can start the truck from my phone! Mark helped me with financing and it was easy and straightforward. Brian the owner kept me updated throughout the trucks build time. My wife and I are thrilled! Thanks Jones ford, I can t wait to drive this one!

We broke down this morning in Wickenburg on the way to Phoenix for our daughter's appointment. The belts snapped and we lost power steering in the middle of a roundabout. It was our luck to pull over right across from Jones Ford Wickenburg!! They had the parts shipped within 20 minutes from the warehouse and had the car finished within an hour. Their customer service and mechanical aptitude are unmatched as they replaced the belts on a Subaru WRX STI at a Ford dealership. Thank you from our family!

The employees are patient with your needs/wants and will bend over backwards to make sure you get exactly what you want. I highly recommend sales associate Carlos. He's Not the average pushy salesman. He's very open and patient, explaining everything in detail. You won't leave the dealership disappointed, confused, or lost.

Sean is an absolute rockstar!! I was interested in an EV, but wasn't sure which one woudl be best for me, so I went in asking about both because they have some crazy rebates right now. He took the time to learn about what I'm using the vehicle for and he found the right one for me.The whole staff was amazing to work with and I was able to get the whole deal done in a timely manner!Go see Sean and the team here at Jones Ford Wickenburg!! We were traveling through Wickenburg on a Sunday. Our truck began throwing warnings on our panel. We turned around and headed back to Wickenburg. My husband called Jones Ford number knowing they were closed on Sundays. Preston took the call and forwarded our message to Alex so he was aware of our situation. We took our truck in Monday morning. Being a small dealership, the service department was busy of course. They couldn't come up with a diagnosis at first. After talking to the Ford Engineers they determined we needed our Rack and Pinion replaced. We were given a loaner car which was much appreciated. Alex said the part was ordered on Wednesday and would be here the following morning. We had our vehicle back on Thursday late afternoon. I waited to write this review to be sure our truck would get us to our destination and was completely fixed as safety is always a concern for us when traveling. We are only half way there, but we have to say we are so happy and appreciative of everyone at Jones Ford Wickenburg. Thanks so much for taking care of us in such a timely matter. From the gentleman who took our call to the gal in the rental department and everyone THANK YOU! If you are going to have issues Wickenburg is a great place to have them. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating.

After someone ran a light on Sept 11, 2023 my 20+year old F350 was done. So the search began. One of the first F350 Crew Cab long bed 4x4's I came across was at Jones Ford in Wickenburg. I saved it but continued my search for more options. I found a couple of others but I kept coming back to the truck at Jones. I went to my bank, secured a loan, and drove to Wickenburg. When I arrived I was greeted by Tim Kinzer. We had spoken once and exchanged several emails. The truck was in great shape, higher miles for the year, but met my needs. I took it for a drive and was very interested. Tim wasn't able to negotiate much on the price but got me within $500 of where I wanted to be.NOW IT GOES SIDEWAYS!I go to finance and the Finance guy is obviously flustered because I secured my own financing, tries to get me to take a loan through one of their banks at .5% higher. I didn't fall for it. I finish signing the paperwork and we're on our way. I leave for a week long anniversary trip 3 days later, when I arrive back at my new truck it won't start. I get a jump and the next day I call Jones and talk to Tim. He informed me that Jones had failed to payoff the truck so they had not received the title yet so my bank couldn't fund my loan. Then I'm informed that the payoff was sent but it was a few dollars short so the title wasn't released, so I can't finish the paperwork at my bank. Additionally, I asked if they could help me with a new battery (it takes two, one was bad), the drivers side power mirror motor (it won't move downward), and about the windshield repair that was negotiated as part of the purchase. Tim asked his sales manager and he told Tim he would sell me a battery and the motor at cost, and the windshield repair guy that Jones uses doesn't get to the valley (Phoenix) much, so when I pick up my parts we can coordinate the windshield repair. While I'm under the hood of my new truck putting the batteries from my old truck in it, I figured I'd check the air filter since I was there replacing batteries. It turned out it was completely full of seeds and bugs, it hadn't even been check before trying to resale the truck.I completely understand that I purchased a used truck as is, but it should at least start and the safety equipment should be functional. I'm disappointed in the after sale customer service from Jones Ford Wickenburg, but I'd buy another vehicle from Tim Kinzer if he was at another dealership.

Aaron Wayas the sales manager at Jones Ford is amazing. This is the 3rd time I have bought a truck from him and wouldn't buy anywhere else. I live 700 miles away in Utah and pass dozens of dealers to buy here. A couple phone calls and the deal was done. Appreciate the straight forward attitude and great value I received.

This review is specifically for the car rental department. Was involved in an accident in Wickenburg early this week. Called Jones Ford to see about getting a rental car for 2 days. Talked with Maricia and she came to my location, picked me up and drove me to the dealership. Got me a wonderful brand new Dodge Hornet SUV for a very good price. She was so kind and concerned about me that I just had to give her a hug. What a wonder business.

Had a company Jeep lifted and new rims and tires put on, as well as some routine maintenance done at Jones Ford. They did an amazing job! It's been a few months and no issues at all, Jeep looks and preforms amazing. Chuck was very personable and always keep me informed during the whole time the Jeep was being lifted. Would definitely recommend Jones Ford to anyone looking to have some work done on their Jeep or any vehicle.

Jones Ford in Wickenburg provides excellent service in their car rental department. Ms. M is professional, efficient and friendly! She does her best to make your rental experience the best! Forget the big city hassle of renting a car and go to Jones Ford for a stress free trip.

BIG THANKS to ZAREK, BRENDAN and CHUCK D!The service team at Jones Ford really care about people. I was driving from Phoenix to Wickenburg when I had tire trouble. I pulled into town at 4:45pm on a Friday in my "not a Ford". It was practically thier weekend, but they stayed after 5:00 to help get my weird looking spare tire on and inflated, so I could safely return home. I would have been stuck without you guys!

This hurts to post, as I really enjoyed being part of the Wickenburg community for so many years, serviced many vehicles, and have even bought a truck from Jones.I think they still have it on the lot, but I was looking to get into a f150, a 2019 silver STX4x4. Jones was a middle of the pack offer for my truck for trade, along with / compared to valley dealerships. When I showed them hard proof of higher offers from other dealerships, the sales team would research the truck I was looking at from the other dealership, and start pointing out all the flaws of the competitions vehicle, or why that was a bad move on my part .What pissed me off, is when I looked at the Experian report, and the F150 Jones is selling, was involved in a collision, in NE, which caused moderate/severe damage, requiring it to be towed from hitting a pole. This was never mentioned to me until I looked it up myself, and they have the nerve to ask above KBB perfect condition on the truck! They took the time to bash the other dealerships, when they are trying to pedal a crashed truck that somehow avoided a salvage title.Jones Ford is not the family based dealership they used to be, and have been in a steady decline. They will play adds on radio saying save thousands by driving out of town, and that isn't true.After this experience, I wont be back, and I feel greased over. They threw stones at other dealerships trying to get me to do business with them, tried to hold their truck on this high regard, but when the dust settles, its essentially a rebuilt f150 from a collision.If you want to be a corporate dealership like Larry Miller, Ken Garff, or whoever, that is fine, but don t hide behind being a community based dealership when it isn t true.*** Update as of October 2023****Leaving the 1star review, as the owner did reach out. Owner took 0 responsibility, blamed the sales associate, and tried to sell me the same truck .Ended up going with a 2020 Nissan Titan, from Avondale Nissan, title in hand. Talk about great customer service, Avondale Nissan is where it s at. Can t beat their certified pre-owned 7 year /100k bumper to bumper. Avondale Nissan also gave me $3000 above what Jones was giving on my trade.

We traveled from California to Arizona to purchase an F450 truck, they would not negotiate a price, with the high cost of vehicles it would have been nice to feel like you could save a little money by getting a deal. The built in safe in the truck is locked and cannot be opened, we have called 3 times, the dealership contacted previous owner, and with little communication to us we still have a locked safe we can t use. We would appreciate a solution.

My spouse and I were in a horrific accident the destroyed our 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel truck. We are full time RVers who travel the US without a home base and needed a 1 ton truck to pull our 5th wheel home on wheels! We were staying in Wickenburg with friends and needed a replacement vehicle quickly. Chuck our salesman was amazing! No pressure, caring attitude (regarding our accident),knowledgeable-about all products/makes of vehicles on the lot and listens to your needs. The dealership had a large selection of 1 ton vehicles in several makes for us to choose from. We never felt any pressure during the sales process. We come to Wickenburg annually for a few months and most definitely will be back if we ever need to purchase another vehicle!

BEST SERVICE AND TEAM EVER!!!! A+++++++++++Long, but amazing story here!!! Brian Jones and his team are the absolute best! Thank you so much for your kindness, hospitality, and exceptional service that went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!While returning home to Texas from Spring Break on March 18th 2022, our family van was accidentally side swiped by an 18 wheeler in the traffic circle just up the road from the dealership. Police pulled us into the dealership lot to exchange info. (Other driver was great and Police were responsive and polite). Damage to van involved the passenger front door/fender/drive train and I thought we were stuck in AZ for a while What happened next was amazing. It was late on a Friday afternoon, yet the Service Manager pulled our Toyota Van up on the lift to have a look for us. Strut and ball joints were destroyed and it was not drivable. More inspection after tear down would indicate if repair was possible. Doh!!! Immediately their team went to work searching all over AZ for parts to get us back on the road. (More on this later). In the meantime, Brian s sales team started to show us options for a possible replacement vehicle in case our van was essentially totaled . A couple of options may have given us the ability to get back to Texas and get kids back to school and me back to work. At this point it was getting late and we were needing to come back in the morning to figure out what kind of mess we were in. Brian s team gave us a great deal on a rental to get our family of six out to a local hotel. They also recommended a great local restaurant. (Cowboy Cookin is awesome as well.) Brian himself was there before closing and greeted us and visited for a bit. He said we could also check his availability at his Casa Grande location if nothing was available on his lot in Wickenberg. He was very understanding of our situation and just wanted to help get us back home. He s good people.Got a little sleep that night at a hotel nearby and then when back to the dealership first thing in the morning to check out options. Sales team was ready to help out and had prepped a couple of great vehicle options for us to test out. Just about to go for a test drive and then the Service manager comes out and pulls us all into the shop. He explained that they tore things down after we left on Friday and found the frame and major components to be intact. He also had a Tech there whose wife worked at a Toyota dealership in Phoenix. She was able to find the parts we needed to get the van back road worthy, and HE personally went and secured the needed parts for us. THEN he showed up early Saturday morning to start the repair! It was well underway by the time we showed up. Truly a great Blessing!About an hour later they were done and had made the van road worthy. Pulled the damaged fender out for clearance, checked to make sure all was sturdy with drivetrain and suspension and then finished the pit stop. The Brian Jones team saved the day and we were back on the road before noon. Didn t even lose a full day after being run over by a big rig!!! God is Good!Without Brian s help and his team s exceptional service I m guessing we would have been stuck until Monday at least, and then probably would have waited on parts for another day or two. Thank you, Lord for all the Blessings you shared, and THANK YOU BRIAN JONES for building a quality organization with quality people and the utmost of integrity and hospitality! Job well done!

Car buying is always an absolute nightmare, but Rick helped us out so much. We got a great deal on our new Ford Maverick (literally impossible to find in the valley). We did everything over the phone so when we got there it took about 20 minutes. So much nicer than sitting in a normal car dealership for hours and hours and feeling terrible after you walk out. Definitely recommend!
