The car wash machine ripped the right rear fender loose on my Jeep Wrangler. I wasted over a week waiting for an appointment, and then more than an hour sitting at Jones while they "fixed" it. Only to find later it was just as loose and broken as when I brought it in. The good news is I was directed to their real body repairman (NOT at the dealership, but 5 stars to him), who truly DID fix it. Wish I'd known about him in the beginning. He knows his stuff, had the clips to replace the broken ones, and had me on the road in less than an hour. A learning experience.

We were advised of the actual cause of a fire in the engine compartment, and the problem was fixed within a few days. Our trip which had been interrupted, was able to be resumed a day earlier than what was projected. Fuel mileage, which had been dropping prior to the event, was back up to what we expected it to be while towing. 17 MPG!I never thought a warped/cracked Exhaust Manifold would cause the sorts of problems that this did. And a leaking seal from the Rocker Arm Box. Which had only been installed a few months prior.Thank you Jones Ford/Chrysler for helping us to resume our travels!

Jones Service has repeatedly placed my wife and kids in an unsafe vehicle. They overlooked a cracked and bent frame on 2022 ram 2500 diesel. I literally had to put it on a rack to show them the bent and cracked frame. Their techs and service department are subpar and I wouldn t recommend anyone rely on them for anything other than sales. Dan the sales manager is the type of guy who runs out of gas on the way to work, think about that .. service needs restructured. Here s photos of the cracked crossmembers on my ram(btw they recommended an allignment) .

We are always greeted and treated like welcomed guests. The work we need is done professionally and with an explanation of what has been done. The waiting area is clean with coffee, water, and snacks available. We have in the past recommended Jones to our friends and will continue to do so.

The customer service is Awsome. My battery was dieing while i was traveling. West to East They were the first stop and only stop apparently because I was taken care of .. First minute, my stress was gone ,I went to go eat and by the time I got back from a meal and smoke ,they were done ... Thank you So much for the Great experience under the circumstances... Fair prices also ..

Recently, I had rear air suspension system installed on my Tundra here . Zerick was very helpful, professional and attentive throughout the whole process. He was eager to answer all my questions and made me feel confident that the techs were experienced in the work they were going to do.I am extremely happy with the work performed and feel that I was given a fair deal. The techs even went the extra step to install a quick and easy fill system to my truck which was not in the original kit. My truck was also returned to me clean inside with no evidence of it being worked on for the day (this is important to me).I am a seasonal resident here for the summer and will be trusting Jones for all my vehicle needs in the future when I come back to the area.Thank you for the 5 star service and experience! I was driving through Wickenburg when my trucks started making a horrible sound. Fortunately I was right across the street. Went over to service and they were extremely friendly, courteous and help. Got my truck in, diagnosed, fixed and out to me in less than two hours. I was informed of the work being completed along the way. I was thankful they took such good care of me. Best customer service I have had in quite some time.

Came in for a computer update. No update available, no charge. Very honest. I did look at a couple ram 3500 but as a disabled veteran the price tag is too high. I'll keep my 08 ram 3500 working. But very nice Rams on the lot. Thanks Jones Ford Dodge Ram

I had an emergency with my trucks transfer case while I was driving twelve hours home. The service department went out of their way to fit me in, so I could get back on the road with my horse trailer and get home. They provided excellent customer service. I wish I d discovered Jones Dealership years ago. It would have saved me time and frustration with other dealerships I had when shopping in the PHX area. I bought a car from them in 2022 and hands down they were the best. From no-pressure sales to the needed services -all have been above and beyond in tending to the details. I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. We took our 2021 Ram truck in after a recharged dead battery resulted in multiple system errors. The service department resolved the problems quickly and performed a couple of upgrades. Our radiator needed replaced, +++. Zerek was wonderful in getting an estimate and schedule for our repair as well as a rental car for 1 day, since we were traveling and had family commitments 2 hours away. Can't thank you all enough. Brought in my Ram for erratic shifting, Zerick the service manager kept in contact with me and sent me updates regularly, there was difficulty recreating the symptom but they thoroughly checked, tested and drove the truck. After reflashing the TCU I received my truck a day earlier than expected with no further issues. As an added bonus they cleaned my evaporator no charge to me, helping the AC blow much better. Always smooth business dealing with their service center, would definitely recommend.Service: Transmission

4 new tires on Ram 1500 and an oil service. 22" Pirelli Scorpions are fantastic, best highway truck tire I've had, and the balancing is done correctly this time first time. The appointment was made in one call for oil service and tire rotation. Service guy called me to let me know tires needed replacing and waste of time to rotate them. I went back to dealer and he insistently tried to convince me to get tires for off road even after I told him we did not go off road and I wanted the quietest smoothest highway tire. He said these off road tread tires will be just as smooth and no road noise. Eventually I asked to talk to the service manager Brian and he agreed, get the Pirellis and Brian said he would order them and have them next day. And they did and installed them promptly even though the tire delivery was late at 2 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.Overall great friendly prompt caring service! I will continue to use and recommend Jones Ford/Ram in Wickenburg.Services: Tires, Oil change
