I drove many places and did much research on trucks prior to my purchase. I was disillusioned with the prospect of working with a car dealer. I spoke to a friend who assured me Jones in Wickenburg was not like the big city car dealers I had previously visited. We drove up to see Chuck and we talked about trucks. He told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. It happened exactly as he said it would. No pressure, no stress I kept waiting for something to go wrong and it never did. If you expect integrity when you buy your next car or truck, you will find it at Jones in Wickenburg.

I cant begin to tell you have amazing this experience was. Brian and Sean helped me order my 2022 F-350 and walked me through everything. I received constant updates and the communication was exceptional. I even received my truck before my other friends that ordered theirs a month before I did. Also, Tim was outstanding with the financing. Truly what an experience should be and I will only use them going forward. Highly Recommended!!

We found a truck online at a great price. It was after hours so I sent a message for someone to call us and they did first thing the next morning. They answered all our questions and Carlos was able to take care of everything over the phone. They even delivered our truck to us as we were having a hard time finding a time my husband and I could come pick it up. They had all the papers ready to go when the truck was delivered so the entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. They also filled the tank up with gas!! When I told them I was having trouble finding an interest rate below 8% (our last vehicle we bought two years ago was 2.97% so I was in disbelief) their finance guy found us a bank to finance for 1.25% less than the lowest I could find!! This is the second vehicle we have purchased over the internet with Jones and both times we have found them to be the lowest priced with the most accommodating employees. We will definitely purchase from them in the future!

I had a unique and surprisingly enjoyable car buying experience here. I live in Las Vegas and was traveling through Wickenburg when my car broke down. Carlos (sales) came and picked me up and found me my perfect car, and helped me through the buying process. Also Matt (sales manager) worked with my unique situation to make sure we were treated like family. Thanks to the whole team at Jones Ford (Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep) in Wickenburg for making a tough situation easy to deal with. I highly recommend them for all of your car/truck needs and will definitely buy from there again!

Brought my 2018 Dodge ram 3500 in for repairs it sat in their shop for 8 days so I finally drove back and asked about my truck again in person .. you can call all you want but they don't answer the phone in service department long story short nothing has been done to my truck so I took it elsewhere

Our salesman Carlos was fantastic, the financial advisor Tim had a professional yet very friendly way about him, and we also met the owner, Matt talked with us like we were old friends, if you want a vehicle I highly recommend visiting Jones Chrysler and Ford.

Performed airbag replacement exactly as planned. Had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Waiting area is nice and clean with complementary wifi, coffee, and popcorn. Clean customer restrooms as well. The service adviser I worked with, Nick, was very pleasant and helpful.

After trying to get assistance in Surprise, I found Tina and the whole bunch very welcoming and helpful. We are part-timers here and I feel like I was treated like a home-towner.

Hit a deer early in the morning just outside Wickenburg. Car was a mess. A wonderful DPS officer assisted us and had a great tow truck driver get us back into town. We asked to be dropped off at the Jones dealership based on previously great service from another Jones dealer. April got us into a rental so fast and back on the road to Vegas. Customer service is still a thing!!

Ronda and I were met by Carlos when we arrived on Monday. He was very personable and well dressed with a passion for his job. He went over our wants that I had submitted online and showed us 3 vehicles that met our needs.At no time did we feel like we were being pressured to make a purchase. Easy , quick deal. No pressure. No silly add ons like nitrogen in tires.Only issue was batteries needed to be replaced due to length of time sitting on lot. They are doing at their expense, no problem there. Main battery not available for 4 days. Cmon, I can go to Autozone and back and have new battery in 30 minutes. Now I have to drive 45 miles to get the replacement.

Our experience was excellent, the salesman was great. He took my list of requirements for a vehicle & said no problem. The one vehicle he brought to us was everything we wanted. They gave me a really good price for my trade in. Over all a very pleasant afternoon shopping.

Although it took several months to get my ordered Jeep it was not the fault of Jones Jeep. Apparently, Jeep has issues with getting the vehicles to the dealerships. Matt and Janelle kept me posted as best they could. When my Jeep finally came in Matt had the dealer prep completed within 3 hours. When we got there we were warmly greeted by Matt and Janelle. We went through the paperwork process, which was a breeze.If you are looking for a good down home vehicle buying experience this is the real deal. We will definitely go back to Jones for our next vehicle.

Excellent service by knowledge staff. You can tell many of them have been there for years and are like a family. Best experience I ve had at a dealership. Chris Yates was EXCELLENT to work with. Mark in finance was great too.

My wife and I have purchased over 30 new vehicles and this purchase at Jones Ford Wickenburg was the best new car buying experience that we have ever had. I had requested info online of a specific Ford Ranger that they showed as available on their website. The GM and sales rep both responded within 5 minutes. I had several other questions for the sales rep and all were answered very quickly including a question about modifications to the vehicle that he would need input from the service dept before he could give me an answer. We completed the online trade in valuation and it gave us an acceptable value that would need to be verified by the dealer when we brought the car in. We set up an appointment for the next morning to test drive the new vehicle and get confirmation on the trade value. Trade value was confirmed and they gave us a discount on the new vehicle. The entire process including finance only took about 1.5 hours. Rick Van Hazel was our sales rep and he was outstanding. We liked working with the finance guy also. We loved our experience at Jones Ford Wickenburg.

I am so dissatisfied by the service of this dealership. I found the features I wanted in a Ram truck and sent them a spec sheet from the build your Ram website. They offer our company a huge discount for purchasing their fleet through them.First thing I found was that they set up a purchase contract with out the promised discount. When I pointed out that they had prepared me a quote with the company discount a shout down the hall of "how much is the discount for (my employer)" received a reply of $1800. I'm glad we live in an age where our email is readily available on our cell phones cause the final cost when I produced the quote to them from what they tried to charge me was a difference of $8000.The truck was only at the dealership for about 6 hours and they took the liberty of registering them selves as the owner of a truck I ordered on line with the RAM and Uconnect apps and they only facilitated the sale.As an added note they also charged $350 for etching that no one can find, $199 for tape on the door edges ( I suspect it came that way from the factory) and $149 for wheel locks that cost about $20 dollars at the part store down the street. None of which was offered or requested.

Our purchase of a new vehicle was pleasant and handled with safety in mind. The necessary documents were explained and the salesman, Chris, made sure we understood the purchase agreement. Jones Ford treated us as valued customers with the sales manager discussing our needs with us as well. Tim in finance was polite and explained in detail the contract. We could not wish for a better experience. This is why we are return customers to Jones Ford in Wickenburg, Arizona.

The service was horrible this time, which it has never been in the past. It makes me sad, how we were treated, and I feel bad even writing this review.Our appointment was made 2 weeks in advance, (they were very busy, and that was fine) and since we live over an hour away, I asked if a loaner or rental car could be reserved. I was assured it would be taken care of. The day before the appointment I called to check, and was told there would be no car available. When I asked why I wasn't called, as it is a long walk home, I was told they are busy and it is not their problem to call - that is why I should check. I had to find someone to follow me over, to drop the truck off.Preston, the service rep was rude, there was zero communication (no calls to let us know what was found aside from the regular service, no call to tell us when the truck would be done) and he was belligerent when we asked for details of the work done, at pickup. There was a computer upgrade done and when I asked about it, he said, "why would I tell you? I didn't charge for it - it was under warranty". The day I was supposed to pick the truck up, I called and then texted to ensure it was ready. The text I got back was, " I am having the mechanic take it home one more time, it is not fixed and I cannot release it to you like this". This was after he had the mechanic take it home and told me there was nothing wrong - it was shifting very smoothly. When I asked for details, he said he would let me know. Late the next day, a text - "truck is ready" was all I got. When we got there, I asked about an issue we raised with the windshield wiper fluid, as we had not been told anything more. He said he would let us know when the part got there, as his parts people were on the East Coast and he had to call. He then said, "Well, do you want me to still call on that pump or not?". My husband said yes, but we have not received any contact,even yet, weeks later.Unfortunately, they have lost our business, both in service and in purchasing. We will not be going back to Jones Ford in Wickenburg and I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Wonderful experience. No hassle car purchase (we walked into the shop with prearranged pricing by a third party). I found both sales and financing personnel friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in providing superior service to me as a person. I did not feel like the were doing it to meet some corporate customer service goals. I appreciate the difference. I recommend Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

I was over 1500 miles from home when a check engine light came on in my 2019 RAM 2500 diesel pickup. I pulled into the dealership and the service advisor, Alex Laredo, immediately connected a diagnostic computer and determined that I needed a part that was very difficult to obtain due to supply chain issues. Alex and the service/parts manager guided me through the process of connecting with RAM care. I returned home by plane and Alex kept me informed of the situation in Wickenburg. He demonstrated that he really cared about my predicament and he did everything within his power to assist me.
