I changed the fuel filter s on my F350 and then I had a fuel low pressure light and couldn t figure out why. I called first thing this morning and Aaron said bring it in. He assigned a tech while I was there and called me later in the day saying they fixed it. Turns out it was a pinched o ring that was causing it to suck air and fixed it. My fault. The cost was hardly nothing and the service was awesome. They will get all my business from now on, very happy customer.

We got an oil change alert in our rental car. The staff was very nice and took care of the car immediately. My dog an I enjoyed the AC while waiting for the car to be ready :)

I work out of town, and the guys helped me out. Great shop, and they do an amazing job. Highly recomend for all of your diesel repairs.

ATTENTION TRUCKERS!!!!If you are in a hurry to get back rolling & on the road, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!They will take their sweet time fixing your rig (to charge you by the hour, which wasn t reasonable).I dropped my semi truck around 9am on a job that supposed to take 2 hours tops at any other truck shop, it took them closed to 5 hours.

Arron and the Staff of Desert Diesel are the best. Broken down and 300 miles from home is no fun. Happily our tow truck driver recommended Desert Diesel to us as one of the best places in AZ for repair work. He wasn t kidding. We were under a time crunch to PU freight in Phoenix and needed our truck back on the road ASAP.Arron was able to adjust their schedule to fit us in and got us up and running in record time. They really went above and beyond all expectations. Highly recommend them for any repairs to your vehicles they are a fair and honest shop that care about their customers.

Great place for diesel repairs. Great customer service and turn around. We take our work trucks here and down time is lost money. These guys get us in and out in a timely manner and the problem is already fixed right the 1st time. No turning around and coming back.

This place is awesome. I took my '03 Duramax in to replace the fuel injectors and while replacing them, they found a coolant leak which they also repaired while they had it. My truck is running like Brand New! Thank You!!!

On a somewhat lengthy road trip and started developing an unproblematic creaking noise. When we left Vegas it started getting louder. We pulled up to wickenburg and it was obnoxious enough we tried googling to see what the issue could be. Google scared us into not wanting to drive it any further. I called EVERY auto shop in town. Being rudely dismissed by half of them. Eventually one of them turned us to Desert Diesel. I didn't originally call here because we have an electric car.All we wanted was for someone to briefly look at it and tell us if we could make it the additional hour to Phoenix where our stopping point is.They were so nice on the phone and said of course they can look at it. They wouldn't have time to fix it.W drove there and he gave us peace of mind which was worth everything to us. He said it wasn't what we thought it was and we were safe to keep driving.I can't be more grateful.No other mechanic would give us 5 minutes of their time.

Let me tell you this. The customer service provided here was amazing. We were coming through town on a Friday night right as the shop closed, limping our duramax and camp trailer en route to Phoenix. While we arrived at 4:59pm, a mechanic named Mario stayed to keep us get on the road. We were super grateful as we were unable to repair the truck ourselves. He located and installed the part we needed to continue on our journey. If I were local, this would be my go to shop. No B.S. Knew what was wrong immediately and provided the correct fix. This shop should be proud to have guys like Mario representing them. Thanks again dude!-Christopher, Rachel and Buster the Dog.

Eric & Leo are the best! We were in from out of town when our Promaster started making a terrible rattling noise in our engine, when we called Desert Diesel Service. These guys were not only professional and fair in their pricing, but they also did a two day job in one day! Thank you guys for getting us back on the road so quickly, and if anyone is looking for service in this area, I highly recommend this shop.

We were leaving for Seattle from Surprise in our 95 diesel motorhome in 4 days with all our campgrounds reserved and thought I had a full service appointment but when I got to the shop a mis-communication from the Surprise shop left me without an appointment.However even though they were fully booked up for more then a week, after hearing my dilemma Aron said he would squeeze me in somehow.Four hours later I left the shop very happy as Aron and the service techs found and replaced or cleaned the required filters, changed the oil, and serviced and checked the whole drive train.GREAT job and thanks so much.

Had a co-worker blow a tire off 93. I couldn't get him serviced 4 at least 4 hours, on a Saturday. I called these guys and Leo had my guy taken care of immediately!! Right there on the side of the road! That's how more businesses need to treat people, like people!! Thanks Leo!! - Jim

We had a major problem happen with our 20 ft cargo trailer while moving belongings from Salt Lake City to Tucson. Lucky for us we pulled off the freeway right next to Desert Diesel in Wickenbug. They got us the parts we needed, spent a couple hours on a job they were not expecting that day and got us all fixed up and on our way at a very fair price. Very kind and professional. Great work guys! Thank you!

UPDATE: getting around to update this review after dealing with the negligence of this shop. They did not fix my problems like they said and in return, I was stuck on the side of the road with my home on wheels and ruined 2 brand new batteries because they told me they fixed my battery problem. They overcharged me and did NOT fix my battery problem or my brake light problem. I would never take any vehicle here again. If you want a good diesel shop in Arizona- Devine Diesel in Dewey is AMAZING and very highly recommended. They are very fairly priced and have warm caring customer service. Everything this place doesn't have.

Dan and Hector we're fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable price. So glad to have a new shop in town to be able to get my truck fixed.Update: my delay in posting this was I couldn't figure out how to get back to my original post.I used desert diesel services a second time and it was the worst experience I've had with an auto shop. It took several days to even tell me what was wrong with my car and another couple of days to actually fix it. When they called to tell me it was done I picked it up and I drove 3 miles and it did exactly what it was doing before I called them because they say they have a warranty, and was told to bring it back in. I told them I was unable to bring it back in for a couple of weeks as I was working out of town. By the time I got it back to them after one day they called me and told me that it was the same problem as before but they did not complete the initial problem only part of it. My receipt says otherwise as well as the pricing. Needless to say the problem was never fixed by them and they still managed to get me for $700. So no I will never use them again and I will tell everyone about my experience.

Big thanks to these guys for getting my Wildcat(town car) in tip top shape. They went the xtra mile and even did my tires which was a great relief to me! Honest and dependable! This is my Go To place if I have any issues as they are very knowledgeable about pretty much everything!! Aaron is great to deal with! Thanks again!

Desert Diesel is top notch. I had my truck tow to them after I pressure oil leak developed. they where quick and reasonable priced. after I picked up the truck it stopped running 70+ miles away. I had the truck towed to another shop and called Desert Diesel. there response "was we want that truck back here" Desert Diesel towed my truck over 50 miles in order to stand by there work!. come to find out it was a bad battery connection and not related to the work they did with my truck. it is hard these days to find a shop that will stand by there work. thank you guy!

While traveling to Phoenix, we had two tires start losing tire pressure. The manager and employees were very helpful and courteous. They found the leak in the valve stem and replaced it for us. Thank you for your great service.

After 2 years of experience with a reduction of power while pulling my 5th wheel trailer I was at my wits end. My Chevy Silverado 2500 was unreliable and no dealer was able to help me. Aaron at Desert Diesel was the only vendor that was able to help and explain what my options were. Totally professional, exceptional service! I will will not go anywhere where else!

I have a Toyota RAV4 developed a rattle in front end. Brought to Toyota dealer in Rapid City. They replaced the struts for $1400. Rattle was still there. Brought it to desert diesel after I returned to the Wickenberg area. They put it up on a hoist and found a rock in between the control arm in the frame. Remove the rock in the rattle was gone.

I came into DESERT DIESEL -Wickenburg for a simple valve adjustment for my 2007 Cummins and to have a power steering line repaired.I was quoted a Maximum of 350.00 and they needed it over night to start fresh on a cold engine.I was contacted about 12:00 noon and I was told it was doneI went to pick it up and my bill was only 220.00This has been my 4th experience (3 of which were at the surprise location)I have always been treated fair and like a person rather than a number attached to a credit card.I highly recommend Danny s team of professional professionals.Update 1-5-2022.Shortly after my original appointment several issues came up in the future months and unfortunately decided to go to another shop.A dear friend of mine whom I referred to DESERT DIESEL. Was ripped off pretty bad just because she was a single woman. 8,000.00 in repairs Allegedly done to her vehicle. But they failed to release her used parts to her. I seen all the documentation and she was really taken advantage of. Desert Diesel has lost me as a customer and several others that I ve gotten screwed over.

I have live in Wickenburg and Desert Diesel has WORKED ON MY CAR FOR THE LAST TIME. Thieves & Frauds!! Car sat on their lot for 7 days waiting for repair. Called, phone not answered, message left, no return call. I walked over and back to my home to see what was going on asked where's my car, he showed me it was FINALLY on a hoist. Someone else paying for the work. He never got a call, I never got a call as to what was being done. They did work and when I got into office, Aaron told ME THEN that MY Catalytic Converter was stolen and it did NOT HAPPEN THERE AS THEY CHECKED THE CAMERAS and called the towing company. Everyone said it was already missing. Aaron said he saw the SAW markings on the muffler metal and dirt that I left around the sawed area from driving it...I COULD NOT DRIVE THE CAR IT HAD NO CLUTCH!! My Cavalier sits 11" above the ground, no person could get under that car, let alone with a saw to do anything!! It only sat at my home 2 days COVERED with CABLE UNDERNEATH. It sat at Desert Diesel 7 days before they started work. However, STILL no one could have done the saw job that I saw & I have PICTURES, without putting that car on a hoist. It was a COMPLETELY CLEAN CUT. I don't care how much money they got for the metal inside these older converters. It will not be worth the court and lawyer fees they are going to pay out. He never gave me a receipt, I got a copy from the email he sent my friend when he processed the card charge. He never told either of us about the FLY WHEEL HE PUT ON and HE NEVER SAID a word ABOUT THE CONVERTER THROUGH THE ENTIRE REPAIR UNTIL I PICKED UP THE CAR on the 10th DAY. However he let me drive it around town over the weekend, but not too far while he was waiting for the new converter to come in...You people please feel free to judge on this..as everything I have told you makes it impossible not to have been done on their property...the Wickenburg Police agree!

I blew out an Up-pipe on my 2006 Duramax driving to Arizona. Desert Diesel installed a new up-pipe and charged me a very reasonable price that was lower than I expected. I am pleased with their work and I would take my truck there again with no worries.

No one wants to have a serious mechanical issue when you re hundreds of miles from home but we did near Wickenberg AZ. But thanks to Aaron and the team at Desert Diesel we were taken care of professionally, courteously and quickly. They repaired my transmission and in the process found another potentially serious problem and fixed that too. This outfit is a true credit to their profession...... thank you!!!

I started using Desert Diesel in Surprise several years ago. I was very pleased when they opened their shop in Wickenburg as it is much easier for us to get to. We have always had great service at both locations. I definitely trust them with my Cummins.

I was on my way to Phoenix and my exhaust braket broke. I called Desert Diesel and they fit me in right away. The shop looked very clean and everyone I talked to their was friendly. They fixed my exhaust and I was on my way. I will be back to have my trucks seviced by them.

I have bad tires and am in need of new ones. The guys at dessert Diesel got me road Worthy in a few minutes, but didn't have tires to sell me. They didn't charge me for seating the bead on my bad tire.Thanks guys...This is not the service found everywhere I go.
