I followed through on a recommendation and I'm glad I did!The reception when I called was very inviting and cordial. Big O quickly addressed my tire issues, replaced 4 tires - at my request and their advice.I'm VERY impressed with their service. I will continue to trust Big O for my future tire needs.Thank you!

The guys were friendly & helpful, they said it would take an hour & half and it was. I had to buy a tire because mine got a branch stuck in the side of the tire, hazards of playing in the desert. No fault of the guys but I did think the tire was a little expensive compared to the Tire Factory in Pendleton, Oregon but I am not at home. Thanks for your help guys.

Got a flat head hat was not repairable on a Monday. Searched on line for a tire shop. Big O Tire had the best reviews. Called them and talked to Chris who got me an appointment first thing the next morning at 8 am. I was out of there and to work by 9. Excellent, friendly, and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Chris and his team at Big O Tires, Wickenburg, AZ, were efficient, professional, and accommodating of my requests. They did everything correctly and by the book: replacement, alignment, inflation, and so on. Even though they had no tires in stock that fit my car, they were able to obtain some with the correct fitment the very next day. I was impressed by their efficiency despite the busy workload due to Thanksgiving. Thank you!

I have been using Brian and Chris at Big O every since I started coming to Wickenburg in 2016. They have always taken care of me and they have been very pleasant to deal with all these years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best customer service ever. Knowledgeable staff and best pricing you can get anywhere near Wickenburg area. I have six vehicles and use Chris's big o tires always. Have sent at least six neighbors and several family members there over the last five years.

Customer service is not dead at Big O in Wickenburg!! I called to see if I could get new tires on my truck and Bryan got right on it, said they had a set of their Big O brand in the right size. Two hours later I arrived at thier facility and they got "the Queen Mary" right in, and done in a very timely manner. Boy, those are good looking tires! They ride and drive great, they've got a great mud and snow tread that can get my thru this crazy desert outback (if needed), and they were reasonably priced (for these times). Folks were nice and helpful, but not overbearing. So far I am very happy with the whole experience and love how the tires felt while driving home with 10 bales of hay ( the bales out here are not small) and a cab full of food, feed, and supplies. I could tell a difference right away but after 75 miles, I knew I made the right choice to take Bryan's advice and get those tires. They have a 3 year warranty that covers the tires if they fail. Out here tires need to be replaced at 5 years or if they are showing weather damage on the sidewall, even if the tread looks good, so I know tires will need to be replaced to be safe in my travels. I'll call them again when I need those future tires. Thank you Bryan and the Big O crew in Wickenburg.

March 27, 2024 Update:Patch is still holding very well, I still appreciate the assistance in a very tight and timely situation allowing us to continue our journey safely.Thank you.I recommend them.Original: Our experience was unique, our tire lost the patch a previous Kingman, Arizona based Discount Tire had done (they didn t wash the tire slime appropriately?)We reached out to multiple tire shops that could possibly work on our repair. No one was either capable, staying open, or willing to work on our Bridgestone EV tire.Chis, the manager of this Big O Tires was kind to us. They had one of their tire techs stay later than needed. When we got there, they welcomed us and started working on it right away. They communicated anything they needed from us to know the situation of the tire fix the best possible.I feel much more confident having this patch with us than any other tire jobs I ve had.Thank you for being kind to us and giving us an exemplary service, like it should be every time.

Very pleased with the service and the price.Chris was very helpful and the reminder call when I was running late for the appointment was very much appreciated. They fit me in even though I was over 30 mins late. So grateful.

Service began exactly on time. Comfortable waiting area for customers. I was in and out in under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Excellent work, excellent experience.

Wasn t sure which tires to put on my Ram. Brian looked up a few different brands and I settled on Cooper. Happy with the product and the service. Truck was ready in the timeframe I was told.

I ruined a tire on my pickup the day before I left town for a week and the replacement tire had to be ordered. Chris and his crew put the spare tire on the truck and when the new tire arrived they had it all ready to go when I got back to town. They were polite and friendly! They will definitely have my business when I need tires!

I wish there had been a dropbox for the key that way I could ve dropped off the truck on my way to work and not have to come back when you guys were open. Also, the driver s side front tire is making a noise. Every time it turns and I checked, and there are no rocks in the tire so I don t know what s making the noise

Used to Always happy with their work. But this past Friday i was charged 90$ for oil change compared to 50$. I think I got liquid gold oil. Hope its right

I'm from Atlanta in Wickenburg dealing with passing of my father. His truck had a flat tire. I brought the truck in to fix the flat. Chris was very accommodating, when time to pay there was no charge. Apparently my father had purchased the tires here and they have some sort of life of the tire repair policy. I had no knowledge and wouldn't have known otherwise. It is great dealing with a business with such honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Big O Tires!

Called the manager 15 minutes before closing and asked him to replace a bad trailer tire at closing time. They had me back on the road in 15 minutes.
