The woman who helped us, Jenny. Was very rude and I ve never had a bad experience here before but she was horrible towards me and my sister then charged us double for a replacement drivers license.

BEST Experience ever! Thank you Carrie The staff are most knowledgeable and Gracious with the MOST pleasant attitudes !I observed not only did they treat me but Everyone who passed through had been treated as a valued HUMAN

This is the best one to go to, even if you're an hour away. Luckily I work right down the street so its convenient. I've been to many of them all over the valley and in Flagstaff. The wait times can get pretty long at many of them. This one, I've been into several times and there is little to no wait. The people there are always nice because they havent had to help people that stood in line 2 hours all day long.

This is the most wonderful MVD we have ever been too. We have 12 kids. Found out about it for number 4. Will be taking the rest there!!! Pleasant engaged staff and a lovely experience!

Awesome, the people are nice and take the time to help all your needs. It is not crowded, walked in and were waited on, we drive from Surprise.

Martha M is rude, unwilling, and obviously doesn't like working with the public. She likes to upset people on purpose. I speak from 4 yrs of experience going there.This MVD is quicker than others because the town is so small but don't act like you're needy or in a hurry because the other 2 working there will go on break for 10 minutes while you continue to wait.They will also tell you there system is down if they don't know how to help you with something. Normal MVD's has a supervisor for that but not this backwards branch.

I have dealt with six DOT offices in Oregon, California and Arizona. All with employees attitudes and VERY poor service. Except Wickenberg Az. Excellent service very friendly. All others, learn from them! go WADOT !

Today 22 Nov 2021 I upgraded my drivers license to include for the 3 wheel motorcycle at the Wickenburg DMV, the folks there are great. Also, I did my motorcycle training with "TEAM ARIZONA" and I highly recommend Team Arizona to anyone who's interested, the course is $199.00 and well worth every penny

The staff was knowledgeable, super friendly and understanding to the issues of all I saw come in. Line was super short, quick service and helpful suggestions. It was a pleasure to get a new ID and my sons learner permit there.

We were surprised to to find efficient, courteous, and helpful service. Much different from dmv or the 3rd party company in Surprise where you will find slow, rude, and incompetent service.

Used to long lines and endless wait times at other MVD offices, but my experience here was wonderful. In and out in only 20 minutes.

We always make the drive out to this MVD. Friendly service and not crowded. And we love visiting the town of Wickenburg.

Friendly positive staff, always light on traffic when I come by. Worth the drive if you are in northern Phx and can get on the 60 easy

RUDE, SARCASTIC, AND WE PAY FOR THAT. FROM NOW ON OUTWEST TITLES IN WICKENBURG. They are helpful kind easy to deal with & very polite LOVE THEM.

Staffs lack information and get upset when you try to explain things , possibly profiling case because I'm black.

I came in over a month ago to get my license and I still haven't received the hard copy. I've tried calling multiple times and they are always busy.

Waited maybe three minutes to be seen. Registered my car in Arizona from South Carolina all within less than 15!
