Got me in as quickly as possible, super friendly and were okay with me and my cats staying aboard my travel trailer while they worked on it. Fast and though not cheap, their prices were reasonable for the amount of work performed. Parking lot was cramped but Webb helped me navigate safely to the work area and back out. Taylor, who worked on my trailer brakes, was very proactive about communicating with me throughout the process. These techs know what they re doing, and I feel confident now that they ve taken care of the problem. Bonus: Two beautiful, friendly cats in the office!

Super expensive! I needed a propane regulator they wanted like 60 bucks. I bought it on Amazon for $17 ....

Outstanding service and reasonably priced. We are wintering in our motor home with our 2 kids. Our hot water heater stopped working and Bill got us in the day after I called. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed in less than a day. Thank you for your great service!

These guys are amazing !!I took my car here after I was told it needed a new engine cooling fan which it didn't ...but it did have a leak that they fixed .And it's running perfectly!! Very affordable and friendly!! I will continue to take my vehicles and my RV here from now on!!

I brought my flatbed trailer in to have the tail lights replaced. I had the new lights, plugs and all wiring necessary. The shop replaced the two tail lights by a quick unbolting of the old lights, then attaching the new ones with pigtails factory attached. No fabricating necessary. The truck plug was removed and replaced with the wrong part. I pointed this out to them when I went to pick it up. So the old part was put back on. There was some new sheathing put on some of the wiring. That's it. This was a simple one hour job, maybe one-and-a-half if the tech was slow. Would have been less if he hadn't taken my old plug off only to put it back on.They charged me for 3.5 hours. Way overcharged. If you go, expect to be overcharged. Not complaining about the quality of the simple finished job, just the charge to get it done.

We came up with a trailer brake/control problem while en route to Phoenix. We called Arizona Auto Tech and they were able to get us in about 3 hours after we called. Steve was quickly able to diagnose the problem as the faulty connector. He had it repaired and we were on our way in 45 minutes. And for a very reasonable price. One caution: call ahead. Apparently they can be busy and our ability to get right in was unusual.

Great small shop. I brought my trailer in to have the refrigerator repaired. The needed to replace as it turned out. Also had 2 batteries installed. Bill was great and knowledgeable. Will be back if needed.

They refused to accept responsibility for leaving our black tank open after a service on it and never called back. They lied saying they couldn't reach the tech and then never ever called back. Then they charged my bank account 239.12 saying it was for a 3 30 2020 service at a park we were not living at on that date. I had to call my bank for an unauthorized charge. These people lie. Check your bills if you've ever done business with them and they have your credit card on file. If they do something wrong, don't expect them to take responsibility for it.

December 26, 2018We called today, the day after Christmas bcz our furnace quit working in our fifth Wheel. It s supposed to be down to 30* tonight. They sent Bill out, to where we are parked, this afternoon (same day) and he resolved the problem within an hour. He was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. We will be in town another month or two and will definitely call AZ Auto Tech if another issue arises. Thank you so much to this company for their quick service, we will be warm tonight .

We come from los angeles county, California, and finding honest auto/rv service is and was tough. We moved to Wickenburg, and I took our jeep for rv tow wiring. The install was clean.Steve and I'm assuming his wife are GENUINELY good people. I'm now taking our motor home into them for some work. I already know it will be fixed at a fair price.My compliments!

This place is over priced. You can get the Same parts at Ace hardware for 30% less. They are liars and are not helpful whatsoever.The owner was rude as if it were a trend. Looks like used parts but he acts like they are new that he himself didn't not pull it from another RVPoor service. People are stupid and are liars.
