I needed a same-day windshield replacement at 2 in the afternoon, which for large corporate businesses was an unreasonably tall order Safelite said it would be at least 3 days so I ended up calling Wisecrack. George not only offered to squeeze me in but he did it with a smile. Upon arrival he met me in the parking lot and walked me in, then got a jump start on my car while I talked to my insurance company. About an hour later, my windshield was done and I was out the door.If that s not great service, I don t know what is! Thanks again for your quick and kind service, I was impressed.

This is the most personable and professional windshield repair I've ever dealt with. George is honest and fair. He will tell you if what looks like a small star-shaped crack on a used car has already been repaired (just not well done by the other people) and whether it will hold. He's also repaired a new crack recently and fixed it perfectly without saying the whole windshield needed replacing like other services.I wish all professional services were this honest!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Fantastic customer experience w/prompt & friendly service, a great price, and follow-up accountability. When the rain sensor adhesive on the replacement windshield didn't hold, the owner kept in touch with me himself and came back TWICE (working around my schedule) to make sure the issue was 100% corrected and resolved. A paragon of customer service. Thank you, George!

We had an urgent need to get our shattered, front, driver side, car window replaced. Wisecrack worked with us immediately. Best price on the windshield I needed. George easily made arrangements to schedule to come to my office to replace my windshield. He was very polite over the phone and in person. Extremely nice guy that pays attention to the small details and appears to have a very good work ethic. Good work and thorough with going over instructions for letting it cure. I highly recommend Wisecrack Auto Glass and am very happy with the whole experience!

Would Highly Recommend. George has wonderful customer service skills and is very approachable. I called at 9 am was informed I would get a call back within 10-15 minutes but got a call much sooner than that with a quote much lower than any other I had received. I scheduled a time to meet me at my workplace and he arrived earlier than expected. The replacement of my windshield took about half hour. Great Job in my opinion!

Amazing service, 5 stars. I'd had 2 big 10-12" cracks I let fester/expand in my windshield for a while, and I sent George a message through Yelp at 6 pm about a replacement after seeing his great reviews. He responded almost immediately and came to my apartment complex the very next day at 1 pm and was done within about 45 minutes. The whole process could not have been smoother. He knows the insurance companies and the phone # to call to avoid the runaround and it only took me about 5-10 minutes to get the claim squared away. Very straight forward and I would highly recommend him for any auto glass needs!

George is a man of unbelievable *integrity*. First of all he had one of the best quotes in town. Second of all, when he came to replace my cracked windshield (which he did a great job on), he accidentally left a scratch on my dashboard and not only notified me, but offered to have it fixed. When I said it was fine, he refused to accept payment! I insisted but he told me to pay it forward to someone in need. That s how high of a standard he holds himself to. He built his company on his own and his success is clearly due to his belief in good work. I ve never met a business man like him. He cares about his craft and his customers, and I am really grateful I selected his company. Thank you George, who knew having my windshield replaced would be the most inspiring moment of the month!

The best and most affordable windshield glass replacement anywhere in Tucson! George is so meticulous and pays careful attention to how he replaces the glass. Highly professional, arrived on time and ready to go. Best price in Tucson, probably in the entire southwest! I did the work, I called and received quotes from several other auto glass companies and Wisecrack Auto Glass came in with the best quote. And the bonus is although he was over $75 + less than other competitors, his work is the best too. Seriously, how often do you get best price and best quality of work? I Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience, both gentlemen that helped me were just wonderful. They were able to get me in last minute and had by far the best prices of anyone I called. They got it done quick, and it was the exact quoted price. Wisecrack Auto Glass was a local vendor I was able to choose through my insurance to replace my front window. George answered my phone call immediately and was able to get me schedule right away. I had an additional issue with my windshield, after the replacement, and George came back and put on two more parts, at no additional cost to me, to ensure my windshield and my experience would be taken care of. I am so glad I was able to stay local and to use Wise Crack Auto Glass. If I have any other glass mishaps, I ll be calling them again.

What a great shop. Windshield severely cracked on a Wednesday. Contacted them late that afternoon. They immediately contact my insurance company and patch me in on a 3-way call to create the insurance claim report. They text me the next morning to let me know they can do the job that morning. Work completed by 1:00 PM Thursday, including calibration for electronic lane monitoring system. Windshield seems like a high quality product.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was driving on the freeway when all of a sudden, got a small crack in my window. When I needed a quick repair wisecrack auto glass was there for me. Very quick, reliable, and affordable service. I highly recommend them!!!

Excellent service & workmanship! Wisecrack Auto Glass replaced both my Jeep & Sierra's windshields within a 3 week timeframe. Wisecrack was prompt, genuinely curtious, and performed excellent and quality workmanship both times. Both windshields were delivered with tint strips already installed, as requested. Both windshield replacements went smooth and no mess was left by the technician. I enjoyed speaking with George (the business owner/technician) while he was working. Wisecrack Auto Glass is a true "gem of a number" to keep in your contact lists, living here in Tucson. As long as Wisecrack is in business, I will remain their customer. I will only reccomend Wisecrack to my family & friends. Wisecrack Auto Glass was an easy 5 Star rating!

I had been needing a new windshield for a while, and was toiling with going with a larger national company, or finding someone local. After reading all the reviews and giving Wisecrack a call, I felt better about going with them. The appointment process was quick and easy, and with their mobile service I was actually able to get the work done for a better price that what the national chain had offered. Plus I got a better "name brand" of glass.Also, they went above and beyond to come back out and slide the review mirror mount over, so that it more exactly matched where it was before. I know for a fact a lot of other companies would not have done that! It was easy to tell that they were customer minded, and were interested that not only would I have a new windshield, but I would walk away pleased with the service as well.There is no doubt that they will have my business if the need arises in the future, as well as any of those who I have the chance to tell.

My grandaughter had a crack in her windshield which was caused by the replacement of a rear view mirror not done properly by the dealer she just had purchased her car from. She had no insurance coverage at the time and therefore needed the cheapest replacement she could find. My husband found Wisecrack Auto Glass on line. The service she received from this gentleman was superior. She told us he was so professional, friendly and kind - she was so impressed. Therefore we would like to recommend his services to anyone in need of such repairs. This gentleman even got a new replacement rear view mirror from his supply because the car dealership had given her the wrong mirror. He gladly installed the mirror as well as the windshield. If you need such services, we would highly recommend Wisecrack Auto Glass.

Was given this company name through a coworker. George responded quickly but from there it became a costly mistake. Less than a week after a new install I was on a longer highway trip when all of a sudden both weather strips flew off the sides and started flapping in the wind. I pulled over concerned that the window might fly out. I stopped at the nearest Walmart to buy some Gorilla tape to hold the molding and window in and then proceeded to call George and explain what had occurred. We agreed he would come to my office the next day and see what had happened. He never showed up, never called. I ordered some new weather stripping from Lexus and then went to another glass company I had used in the past. They told me that the weather stripping had not been installed correctly AND I would have to have a new windshield installed because they couldn't retract the old one without breaking it. This turned out to be a VERY expensive experience and from what I can surmise, as a result of a poor installation. Most of all, I feel like the owner dodged communicating with me because he knew it would result in a new windshield having to be installed.

I just wanted to say that George from Wisecrack Auto Glass; set's the standard for Customer Service: I was driving to one of my rental properties on the south side when i had a rock hit my wind shield; i called my state farm agent and they sent Wisecrack Glass to fix it the next day! George sent me a text 15 minutes prior to arrival; he fixed the Wind Shield in fast and professional manner. Being a land lord; I know what Customer Service is; and Wisecrack Auto Glass set the standard in Tucson.George Job Well Done!

I had my windshield replaced by Wisecrack a few years ago and recently called them due to a small leak that I noticed after a heavy rain. They came to my work and fixed it the next morning in matter of minutes, no questions asked. I couldn't ask for better service. Great company, highly recommended.

Wisecarck did an excellent job. I called them in the morning they responded within the hour, replace the windshield and were done in 40 min. The guy was very friendly, professional, and did very clean work for highly competitive price. They quoted me $170 where AAG glass quoted me $245. I highly recommend Wisecrack if you want a clean, professional and inexpensive replacement.
