Our car needed some repairs. Some of the work was completed by Cutting Edge and the rest was contracted to Winsett. Both of these places "completed" their work. It was discovered that quite a few things were done incorrectly which made the vehicle unsafe to drive yet it was released to us. We brought the car back so they can make corrections and we were dismissed because "we did not have an appointment". So we scheduled one and on that day, we were told that we could not stay to wait but will receive a call when it is done. Why not? Why can we not stay and wait for our car? Are you afraid to be observed? Winsett gave me the impression that their place of business is a circus full of clowns rather than Car Experts. Be mindful of your car that they label as "repaired and completed". This place will put you in danger.

Went way above and beyond with my alignment. Recharged my battery and told me it's low (I knew that). Offered to cut extra wires (I know that too lol) and adjusted my camber plates on the coilovers. Price was amazingly half the price of others. Definitely recommend the honest service.

Had my truck aligned @ Winsett and Cesar got me in right at my appt. time, which was easy to make. Cesar was polite and helpful. They truly do quality work and at a VERY reasonable price. Cesar gets 5 stars from me !Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Best car repair shop hands down. Does repair right the first time. Always makes sure I understand what's being repaired and why. Let's me know if he comes across another problem and if it's a problem that can wait. That doesn't happen often so I know they aren't just making stuff up. I also love that fact that he doesn't talk down to me because I'm a female. And his pricing is very very reasonable.

Winsett Automotive offers great service at a reasonable price. They did an alignment and found my left cv axle leaking. When replacing the CV axle, the car needed realignment but they did not charge for the second alugnment. Cesar explained everything so we could see it for ourselves. Great honest service! I'll go back!

I am very happy with Winsett Alignment, the specialist were friendly and accommodating with work schedule. They stayed late to finish putting on new tires on my van . Very honest people and super great deals. Price is an offer to hard to refuse. I will use them again.

I really trusted this place, they were honest the first time I went, until they got a new mechanic there that charged me 876 dollars to change only the front brakes and roters plus brake pads, the mechanic Ceasar took it for a ride and was asking me what I thought what was wrong with it, obviously the brakes, I'm so sad because people work hard for their money, when they said they fixed it I still heard it squeak so now I had to go 2nd time and now is still squeaking, I called them back and Cesar was rude saying I need to pay extra if I wanted better breaking pads. I really just want my money back its not ok them charging me 876 and for me to continue to drive with bad brakes, it's dangerous and I don't want to have to sue them if something happens but it might have to go that way. Anyways Victor has always been a nice guy there but I think it's a new mechanic that's robbing people there blindly. I have a new place to go to now they are so nice big o tires patched my tire free they told me also they would have done that work I was charged 876 for 400 dollars omg !!!! Winsett alignment used to be a good honest place. I don't like qritting bad reviews but this is really disappointing.

I did have a good alignment experience. Cesar who was the guy in charge of my truck did a good job aligning it and he explained to me about an issue that possibly in the future I will have to fix. Good job Cesar !

I want to start off by saying as someone who does most of the work on my cars this place was not the best. I called to get the rate for an alignment it was quoted $50 I was charged $60 ( I do not have an alignment rack at home). The service technician suggested repairs that may need to be addressed but not necessary at this point in time. I would probably go elsewhere regardless of the other reviews.Service: Wheel alignment

this is for anybody that planning take your vehicle there i went there this afternoon and this guys charge me $125 dollars just to put the scanner and tell me the samething that i knew it before go there with my own scanner also they charge $125 dollars for something that autozone do it for $0 dollars free scanner checking i mean this is a steal can you believe it ??? my principal rason was that i need a Crankshaft and or Camshaft vatiation relearn process with a scanner capabillity to do it but this guys want to fix my car for a misfires that i knew it doing a CASE relean process fix all that misfires and obd2 codes. anyways 100% dissapointment about this guys not good mechanics without experience and not good undertanding.THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE GO THERE MAKE SURE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN MINUTES BE SAFE OF STEAL MECHANICS SHOPS. get more experience consulting other places.

The mechanics here are pros. Alignment and suspension is their specialty. They know what they are doing and can get what you need done correctly and affordable.
