My wife and I were on the hunt for a reasonably priced and good condition van for our household. We stumbled across one at Watson. My family has been buying their first car from them since the late 90's. 4 being brand new units others were used. Our case was a used vehicle. The Van needed love I understood that, and asked of 1 part to be fixed and a discount on the out the door price due to paint fade and a few other minor fixes. The at the moment Sales Manager got use to an agreement. That's when issues started.We needed to leave the vehicle for them to do their inspection and prep the car since it had only been in for a few days and it was listed on the website as ready to go but wasn't. So being part of a sales team previously I understood. When I went to pick up the vehicle the We Owe portion of the vehicle wasn't fixed. We were told that since the issue was resolved to their standards it was done. I asked for 1 40% seat in the third row to be fully functional. That was November 5th on purchase date. Picked it up. Still not fixed and my wife had to argue to get the manager to hold his end of the contracted resolution bevause "they would rather roll back the deal then lose a profit, and sell it on the as is lot". They said they ordered the part. We take the vehicle the following week on Veterans day. Get home no issues. Next night we attempt to take it out. Head light out. Call them to fix. I purchased new light cause I wanted to upgrade. They did the labor. At the same time we had noticed an issue with a strange noise coming from the drive line. Thought it was right front cv axel. Part was after market they replaced. Leave. Same issue. A week later battery dies. So much for load testing your battery on a 80 point inspection.I have since been trying to not only get a resolution in the seat but the issues with the noise coming from my front end. Took it in for an oil change now and I'm told I have the need for brakes, windshield washer resivoir is leaking, and my alignment is off. If there were all these ancillary inspections done why is the function of the these drive parts effected? For someone who is always referring to good business practices this is the WORST GM Experience ever. Been a Chevy guy since birth. Guess it's time to look at other dealers for the next purchase.Edit: Called the general number provided. Talked to Mike who said he would get the person who watches reviews. Its 02/09/2024. Let's see how long this takes. I've given 3 months for resolution already.Edit 2: 02/14/2024 still no contact from Kade Pesina, Mike, or any other person from Watson. Maybe if they responded with an email contact rather than a phone number that gets you nowhere you could get assistance. Also forgot to add I have an airbag light that randomly comes on and the KIA tech service bulletin was never addressed.Edit 3: 03/08/2024Absolutely zero response. Not surprised. And Mechanic that did needed repairs found the oh so wonderful work of Watson "technicians". The axel is designed a specific way for a reason. Glad we had it worked on elsewhere. Chances of this specific axel nut coming off in minimal. An engineer designed it for a reason. Watson, you have my contact info. Reach out.Edit 4: 03/14/2024 Watson has removed the phone number to contact from their response and states someone will contact. Still has not been done. Still waiting for this amazing customer service.Edit 5: 04/15/2024 1 month later and 1000 review views later. Still a big fat goose egg from Watson. Not surprised.

Came here today to look at purchasing a Colorado. What a pleasant experience I had with the sales team! I wish I had came here first, because after dealing with 4 other dealers, Watson was by far the best. Isaac helped me and I also met John, the sales lead. Bravo fellas. You ll have my business for years to come.

Where do I begin? Maribel is absolutely amazing! She was real and transparent! It is so refreshing to meet a human like her these days!My hubby & I went in apprehensive and prepared for hoopla and run around.We were not excited to trade in our vehicle or go through the process of finding a new car.However, we felt like we had the pick of the lot! We test drove a few great vehicles & the Maribel showed us our new truck!She knew it had all the specs we were looking for!Cesar the financial advisor was such an awesome guy! He made sure to take great care of us!Then on our way out.. Ash the sales manager made sure to let us know he's available to help, if we ever need.Lovely experience, beautiful people, phenomenal truck!We feel so grateful and we are telling everyone we know about Watson Chevrolet!

I'm in the process of buying my 2nd car from Watson. Their sales team is no nonsense and very helpful without being pushy or dishonest. This is extremely rare, especially lately with the supply chain issues. I've been looking at new cars for 6 months and have talked to dozens of dealerships. My visit to Watson was by far the best. My salesman, Junior, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. They are also one of the few dealerships in town that actually seems to care about EVs.I've been coming her for service on my 2018 Volt since I bought it a few years back. I've had a few instances of minor communication issues and some problems with their phone system, but overall they've done a solid job with some warranty work and routine maintenance.Their parts department is good too. Nothing to complain about. Prices were reasonable and delivery times were adequate. Nothing spectacular there, but nothing bad either.

We just bought a pre-owned truck from Watson Chevrolet. Our Sales Consultant, Isaac Alvarez, was fantastic! He helped us throughout the process and made the selection process easy and enjoyable. In finance, Cesar Arias made the purchase process easy for us. A big thank you to Isaac and Cesar! Trying to work with the service department is a lot more difficult than it should be. 2 voicemails went unanswered before I finally got in touch with anyone. When I did get in contact with someone, I let them know that in addition to an oil change, I needed 3 other things looked at. I went into detail about each of those issues and was told that they'd be addressed at my appointment. When I arrived on the date of my appointment, I was told they couldn't look at any of the other things and could only do the oil change. Now I have to schedule an entirely new appointment and set aside additional time on another day to get things taken care of, despite being assured that they'd already be taken care of. The staff is nice, the dealership is clean, but it's too much hassle to justify returning here for service on my car.

I took my IMMACULATELY Clean Corvette in for an expensive repair and got this back. The interior was not clean as well. My hope is that the repair was done correctly. By the way they took car of my car I am concerned that they did. I am having it detailed and will never take a car or buy a car from Watson ever again. Horrible way to treat a customers car!

I brought my company van there a week ago and instead of them charging me for service, they told me where to take my van without having to charge me a $100 oil change. They also ran a diagnostic on it right there in the service line and told me that there wasn't anything wrong with it. Good people and good service at this location!

I went in for an oil change on my 3500 HD I was first surprised that the cost to do the oil change was twice what I pay for it at the Chevy dealer in Indiana. Plus I was very displeased that the front end was not greased with my service. Every other Chevy dealer did this so it did not accrue to me to ask this. I guess what really upset me was that they just unplugged stuff in my truck for no reason. I was not happy with the level of service I received from them

Had a hard time getting approved at other places. Frank and his management team got me into a beautiful Nissan Rouge despite my past credit issues. I was skeptical at first when they told me to come in and they would get me in something new. But I went ahead with it and left with my new car that night. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market.

What a pleasure working with Isaac Alvarez in buying a new car. We were from out of state and stuck an hour and a half away with a broken down car, so everything had to be done via text and email. His depth of knowledge of the product was stellar. He was super responsive in getting back to us with answers and found the one car that met our needs. When we rented a car and came in, he had all the ducks lined up so we could go home with a car that day. He linked my phone into the car's system, and demonstrated all functions. He even called to see how we liked the car and answered another question! Ask for Isaac.

On 22 November 2023 I purchased a vehicle (2024 Camaro SS) from this dealership (sales rep. Ron.) The paperwork for this vehicle was incorrectly done and the vin for the vehicle I purchased was swapped with another vehicle. On 08 December 2023 I noticed this mistake and attempted to contact the dealership and was told by Casandra at the front desk that I would be contacted about the issue. On 16 December 2023 I went into the dealership since I had still not been contacted. The General Sales Manager John Barrera told my sales rep and the finance officer Cesar that the issue was worked. However nothing had been done and I had not been notified. Their fix to this was to give me all new paperwork and not give me any option to return this vehicle as the cost went up around 20k dollars or negotiate price. In all of this commotion I realized one of the listed items (a spoiler) was not present on the vehicle but listed in the sales contract. There is currently no fix for this as I keep getting pushed around on this issue.

Met with Mike Droubie and explained what had happened to cause ck engine light to come on. He was extremely interested in my input which I appreciated. So many times service reps dont like this input. Car was fixed in a timely manner and even before the Im very pleased with the service. Thank you.

My husband took his car here to get repaired from a collision, they fixed the issue for the most part but unfortunately they dinged and left a pretty decent size scratches on his doors. To the point that it was down to the metal... We regret taking it here, especially since they couldnt even have the decency to say anything.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Service Department at Watson Chevrolet. Our 2021 Tahoe broke down as we were entering Tucson on our drive home to Houston from California. This happened on December 29 traveling with my wife and 2 kids! Peter Alvarado, our service consultant worked with us in having the vehicle checked out quickly to see if we could get home. The issues unfortunately did not allow us to drive the vehicle home and had to rent a vehicle to get to Houston, but they have repaired the vehicle and are arranging with GM to get the vehicle to us. Thank you Peter and Watson Chevrolet for fitting us in when you didn't have to and helping us get our vehicle back!

Oil change took almost 3 hours with an appointment, plus when guy was finished it leaked oil, he had to redo the oil filter. We need to look into going to the valley for service. We weren't the only person with a problem that day.

I was charged almost $200 for a diagnostics. I was told in return the exact same explanation I gave the person who attended me. There were no NEW information and I still got charged. Very dissapointed in your service.

Had a great experience at the service department working with Peter! He is so friendly and laid back. Brought our truck for an oil service and explained (the best I could) symptoms of an issue we were having. From my reported symptoms, he suggested to start with a fuel system service and work our way up from there if the problem didn t go away. That was so appreciated to hear during these stressful financial times. As soon as I left the lot, the truck was running normal again! Fingers crossed that was the extent of the problem. You took GREAT care of the vehicle and the turn around was impressively fast - I didn t even have an appointment. Thanks so much, Peter, and all of you hardworking folks there!

This is the worst place to get work done. They have your vehicle so long you almost forget you still have a vehicle....they don't care about the customer....they rarely call back. It's like a battle trying to pry information out of them...they need to revamp their service advisors...
