Staff was friendly and quick. They took care of my vehicle relatively quickly. Price was good. No complaints Other then there was nowhere for me to really sit while I waited.

By far the WORST Auto Service place you'll ever go to. Literally waited over 20 minutes after my appt because the tire person literally didn't know what they were doing and was holding up the line. Then FINALLY after the second Rosie O' Donnell lookig mechanic decided to show up for work literally speeding up into the parking lot just to roll out and start immediately YELLING at people for being in the wrong lane and or not having an appointment, she then waddled over to me and asked if I had an appt. Which I did, I told her how SLOW her other "mechanic" was, she literally FLIPPED OUT like a child who's never been through temper tantrum training and refused to service me saying I was "disrespectful" for stating FACTS. Don't waste your time here. Management was worthless as well had to call corporate to get an actual resolution.

Oil changes now require an appointment with 1-2 hour wait. I'd rather pay a little more for quicker service.

Why is it so difficult for your employees to look up an order and re schedule an appointment. Is pathetic that a simple task can become so complicated, is not worth paying "less" for your so called services.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. The teens working here were very disorganized and smelled like skunk. The mechanic was finding any excuse to not do her job. (Water breaks every 2-5 minutes.) One person can whip this place up into shape but instead they have nothing but bad apples working this department.

They got me in a little early, finished a little earlier. I miss when they used to vacuum your front but a cheap oil change is really all I come for.

Drove up to the line to wait for service. No one came out to assist, or talk with us. I took my son's truck in for an oil change and to look at a brake light. After 20 minutes of being ignored I went to look for an employee. Employee was not helpful and even stated we don't have enough staff here to help you. We were there 2 hours before closing. Did not offer an alternative, or a way to be seen later. (or really any advice or solution). Do yourself a favor find a business with staff that want to be there and help their customers.Service: Oil change

Don t go here. This location tacks on fees that even other Walmarts don t do. Staff doesn t care about the customers, are disorganized and unhelpful. I had to wait 4 hours for 2 tires to be changed with an appointment.

It was the worst and most disorganized department I ever witnessed. No mechanic manager. They don't care that people wait for hours and hours. The manager from Automotive complained he was there all day, too, but was off the clock. It is entirely different because he works there. Really idiotic. And a disabled guy was left to deal with the long line. He did the best he could, but it was fair to him or the customers. Incorrect pricing was happening even with a dept. Lead helping him. SMH

Took our car in to have an oil change a few weeks ago. What should have taken less than an hour (there was only one car ahead of us) turned into a 3 hour wait. We were told that every X number of vehicles had be inspected by a manager and we just happened to be that number. Okay I can get behind enforced quality control measures, but wow that's a terrible customer impact for your own quality policies. Drove home and didn't check under to hood - foolishly trusted that they did their job correctly. Over the next few days we start noticing a burning oil smell and oil spots on our driveway. Finally popped the hood and they failed to screw in the oil cap, it was turned upside down and we had been leaking oil!!!! So despite the "manager inspection" neither employee managed to notice this mistake. We got lucky and caught it before we were completely out of oil. Will never take our vehicle back there again.

So I'll start off by saying I've never been the biggest fan of Walmart auto centers I only went because they offered the best price on new tires being mounted and balanced(two tires).I will say I was 100% surprised at my experience...I arrived for my appointment it took them about 15 min to check me in which wasn't long I was just being impatient in the moment ...I then went inside for no more then 10-15 min to get a text saying my vehicle was ready...tires where installed properly I have no complaints good job guys. (Kudos to the employees working on Jun 05 that took care of my appt at 12pm)

I was told a price of a battery for my car by Henery and Danica and they both even confirmed in the book the type and price of the battery and then when I take my car in to get it installed they put a battery 3x the cost of what I was originally told and then DANICA lies straight to my face and said her book said it was something else after I literally heard them and watched them have this conversation in from of my face and also making sure everything they told me was set to go when I brought my car back....Danica is a liar and a horrible manager and she will lie to your face

Pit Stop oil change. Cheaper than buying the oil and filter. Not counting your time and effort. Or disposing of the old oil. In approximately 40 minutes.

Stopped by just to get my battery replaced was going to an interview when the battery went out on me when stopping to get gas , this autocare center was the closest , the lady who got me checked in was super awesome found the battery i needed and then the battery sat next to my car for 2 hours while they worked on other cars that got there after I had . i asked if i could borrow a tool to change it out myself as it would only take me 5 minits but they said they couldnt but offered me a jump, if you have time to jump my car you have time to swap the battery! Will never use this autocare center again.Service: Battery

The oil change itself went smoothly. After waiting nearly 1 1/2 i was walking around and I heard a manager on the phone talking about how the broke off a piece of the regulator. I tried to believe it wasn t my vehicle but 20 mins later the manager came up to me saying how the tech slipped and broke off a piece and I would need to get a tow ( they did offer to reimburse me but didn t explain everything fully ) there was no solution. Another 40 mins go by the Tech who checked me in originally ( who wasn t involved in this mess ) said your cars been done what are you still doing here? I was confused and shocked. Come to find out it was not my vehicle the whole time and my car was finished a long time ago. Ridiculous service and crazy that they simply didn t verify the vehicle before hand after I told them are you sure it is the Corolla.Service: Oil change

Came in to replace a car battery. Had to press a little bit for Walmart to honor the warranty terms. There was some confusion since Walmart ended the prorated portion of the warranty program, but that does not change the fact that I paid for a product with that warranty.

Horrible communication and service. We had tires sent from Walmart.com. Tire center accepted the tires after they arrived via FedEx. We called to make an appointment and when when we showed up for installation they couldn t find the tires. For a week and half there has been no communication. The assistant tire manager assured us she was working on it. Meanwhile, we have no tires that we paid for. They accept no responsibility for it. I would give them zero stars if I could. Also, while waiting for tire installation I had an oil change done. They put in the wrong oil and again claimed they did nothing wrong. Horrible place.Service: Tires

Management needs to step it up. Staff, techs and counter service have little support. They could not begin working on my car because there were not enough techs around at the time of my appointment. Also, I have to drive across town to another center for the job that was started here to be completed elsewhere because some equipment is malfunctioning and has not been repaired for weeks. Staff that was there did the best they could, however, the manager showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me directly, hiding somewhere in the back and making the techs who should have been working on cars explain to me that they couldn't finish the job. Lastly, the online system for booking appointments will book appointments for times when the service center isn't even open, so beware.

I would actually give it a zero if I could. I came in promptly at 6:55am to have a simple oil change. It ended up that one of the employees that works there was also getting an oil change and jumped in front of me which is kind of funny because you're going to be there all day working so why are you getting first dibs? I was still willing to let this go but the guys running the whole system didn't even come up to my car after the initial greeting for 20 minutes, so I left. Horrible service. Inexcusable.

Great. Quick service. Nice staff. Just wished I'd asked for oil change and lube and tire rotation instead of just synthetic oil change. No biggie I only drove about 2000miles in 3 years. Thanks to Covid restrictions from Jan 2020 till 2022. I'm old and only drive when necessary. So yeah the Walmart on Kolb and speedway is a great auto center. Thank you.

Their tires will last u 6months-1 year. There is a reason why they are so much cheaper than any where else. Horrible quality in tires. Discount tire is a comparable affordable option.. go there. And may I add discount tire has way better customer service.

They did well, and it's much less expensive for a synthetic job than other places. It took a bit longer than an express service facility, but I'm sure it's part of their deal to have you walking around the store while you're waiting. Like I said, the price is great.
