4/14/23: Had tires scheduled for installation at 5pm. The tech checking me in was yelling sarcastically at another tech that I had an appointment at 5pm, "Hey! This guy right here has an appointment at 5pm!! You hear that?! An appointment at 5pm!" Red flags right away. They didn't pull my car in until after 5:30pm. Didn't get the car back until 7:40pm. The car didn't feel right when I drove away and as soon as I got on the freeway I knew for certain something was wrong and almost immediately the tire light came on. I stopped at the nearest gas station to find the rear passenger tire off the bead and flat! I "hired" them to replace my tires because they were becoming unsafe so I paid them time and money just to be in an even more unsafe situation?! I am currently waiting for a tow truck to tow the vehicle back to the service center as I no longer trust the other 3 tires if I put the spare on and try to drive back. What's more is I have to work in the morning and will now not be able to as I will be taking care of this little mess. I will be expecting and seeking from Walmart reimbursement for the "installation", time lost from work, any and all damage to the tires and/or wheels, and the proper reinstallation of at least the one if not all 4 tires. I would have been better off keeping my old ones... I get that it was late and they close at 7pm but it took 2.5 hours on a 1-1.5 hour job, not my fault. However, it is now my problem. One tech said he was having trouble mounting 2 tires so he passed the buck to another tech who finished "mounting" them. This tech later apologized for the wait and admittedly told me he was not very experienced at this, lol. Really? Oh, and to top it off they ever so kindly roughed and scuffed my wheels up too. Not their finest hour and not my happiest. This type of safety negligence is 100% unacceptable, cannot be foreseen and should not happen.**edit, Walmart store manager Chelsea Rees is a rockstar and after a weekend lost on work she made everything right. She took the time and patience to hear me out and do all the right things to fix it. She spent the next few days working to get me back on the road, keeping in touch with me and took care of the inconvenience. Again, not that this should happen in the first place but Chelsea did everything one should in such a situation. She's a keeper and needs to be recognized. Thank you Chelsea. 5 stars. But based on previous reviews, it may be time to think about re-vamping the whole car care thing.

Took over 4 hours to do an oil change and replacing 2 tires. Oil change was quick, it was all the tire shop. It sat for over an hour and a half and then a person who had an appointment was taken when I was there for hours waiting. Probably never use the auto center again.

BEWARE!!!!!These guys charged me 60 bucks an oil change and broke my door handle costing me 255 dollars to repair at a body shop!!!! I have to open the door of my car thru the passenger side. They just left me my car broken and I even have video proof from my car camera. This is so crazy I was told from the manager to get an estimate but since they put a note on file saying it was already like that. What con artists.

Checked in at just before 3 pm for a single tire issue. Told my vehicle should take an hour to an hour and a half to complete. At 5 pm they hadn't started on the vehicle so we left. Went to another tire shop which was much further away (why we didn't go there first) and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Also cost half of what Walmart wanted to charge me. Never again will I try to use this automotive center. Really, never.

I made an appointment with Walmart to install new tires, however they did not honor my appointment and were extremely rude and unhelpful.

They did an oil job for me. Semi synthetic. I told them, I wanted the under carriage of my car greased. I made a priority of it. Days later, I had my shocks replaced and the mechanic said the grease certs were not touched! They were dry. I did see some grease on a couple bolts under there. I hope they were better trained than that.Looks like the fluids were topped off though.

We called ahead to make sure they had the tire and room to get us in. When we arrived we waited and no one came out to help us, so one of us went inside and was told to wait outside. Another customer whom wasn't waiting pulled up and a tech came out to help him. I explained we were waiting and called ahead, he said sorry we're not going to take any more customers and he continued to help the guy that pulled in after us. He also laughed about it.

I arrived for oil change @7:10AM on6/26/23.I was told by the tech it would be 30-40 min. There were two cars in front of me and 3 hrs later and it was my turn to pay. I had listened to others in the waiting room; regarding a battery change, other oil changes! They were there already 3 hrs! I am disgusted and fed up with the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE of lack of communication! A30 min oil change should not be a 3 hour ordeal! I hope you can correct this problem & perhaps have a set up of 1 lane designated just for oil changes!!! I don t plan on visiting you again and I will let people in my family &friends no of this POOR SERVICE!!!!Service: Oil change

I dropped off my tire to be swapped for a new one at 1130. Quoted 2 hours, i went and ran errands then came back to check about 1 hr and 45 mins later was told another hour. Ran some more errands and checked again. Was told another hour and a half but I would get a text when ready. Never got a call or text it was ready I went home and called at 5 and was told it's been ready. Nice employees but it was an all day event

Called the auto care center to try to get an idea on wait times for an oil change. It rang, but no one ever answered. I decided to chance it and took my toddlers down there anyway. We waited behind another car for over 30 minutes before a worker finally came out. I waited another 15 minutes, but she never even looked my way. I turned around and left. Jack Furriers got me in and out for an oil change in less time than I was waiting for a Walmart employee to look at my car or even answer their phones.

I just stopped in for a battery replacement. Brian was a super efficient, multitasking employee! He had to do a little extra work removing my old battery, but still provided prompt stellar service.

They told me it would take 3 hours to repair. After 2 1/2 hours I called to check up on the tire. Was told, their "machine could not do low profile tires"??!!?!!? I mean come on they couldn't look at it right their and tell me - I had to waste 2+ hours. Can not recommend them!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Not bad at all, David was excellent in assisting customers. Tire prices is way better than other shops. The total for two goodyear tire all season 215/60/r16 for my honda accord was 203usd.

I brought in all of my 3 cars to get their tires replaced. Found the best deals and they did a great job. One of my vehicles had only 3 of the 4 tires delivered and they searched high and low to find the tire in the store at a 6pm appointment. I m sure it was a long and hot day for them! They wasted my time. I brought in some tires that were lower on tread and asked the service manager if they would still be able to mount them and he said yes. I got a text that my car was ready to pick up and when I got there I was told they couldn t do it because of the wear.Service: TiresService: Tires

If you plan change tires. Be prepare to leave the car because it take them long time even if you are the only car in the shop. Plan to be waiting 3 hrs.

Would never answer the phone. Finally had to go in person. I looked up the tires I needed online first that way I knew what to ask for, wanted to schedule an appt. At store the tires offered were the more expensive ones, when I asked about the ones I wanted I was told I would have to order those on my own. (would have had to order the more expensive ones as well since nothing was in stock). Ordered when I got home - eta 3-5 days. Next day received notice that they indefinitely out if stock. This is the 1st ever they have been out of stock.

AVOID at ALL costs!!!!! This is the WORST auto center I have ever been into. Rolled in with 1 flat tire. Was told it would take 1 hr it took 5HOURS! Heavy set, hispanic manager was a complete jerk. Girl at the counter was even worse. When I drove away- car said I had a flat tire. Questioning if they even knew what they were doing. AWFULL!!!!!Service: Tires

Got oil change. They did not replace oil filter or air filter as it states when you get the $30 oil change.I have been going here for a long time.I don't plan on ever getting an oil change here again.I had to buy both filters and out of $25 that Walmart was suppose to install at time of oil change.Read before purchasing an oil change.I had marked both of them last time and took air filter out very excessive oil all over it. Such a shame

I went in for an oil change. my oil cap clearly states 5w-20. they put in 5w-30. when I showed them with thier own documentation that they put the wrong oil in. they got really rude and claimed they put in the right oil and just documented it wrong. not very trust worthy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

When I asked the attendant how long it was going to be to balance and rotate my tires that I purchased front Wal-Mart he told me 2 hours. I declined and said I would come back later. As I was pulling away he stopped me and told me they could do it in an hour. I waited 1 hr and 15 minutes and they never touched my car. I hadn't seen anyone doing anything in 20-30 minutes on any vehicle so I asked about it. They told me they still had to replace 4 tires on 2 vehicles before they could even get to mine, including a vehicle that had arrived after me that would have pushed the wait to well beyond 2 hrs. A job that should have only taken 20-30 minutes was instead pushed to the side burner and I was ignored and never notified if the increase wait. The mechanic that came and explained what was going on then proceeded to turn around and walk away from me as I was asking him for an explanation or a solution to this problem. I understand that my vehicle was not priority and there were vehicles ahead of me but there was no attempt to fulfill the promised time or attempt to right the wrong.

Was told an hour and a half. My truck was in their shop after two hours then moved back outside with the old tires so they could work on customers cars who showed up after me. About three hours later they finally finished. Also had to find and put my old tires in back of my truck, which I asked them to do in the beginning. Not impressed with Walmart. If the state I'm moving to had a Discount tire, for road hazard purposes, I'd have gone there instead.

Absolute horror show. Waited 3 hours for them to mount and balance one tire, a defective tire purchased here less than 500 miles ago.Then to top this off they tried to charge me full price for a new tire when this tire was under not only the manufacturer warranty but the additionally purchased road hazard warranty. The only saving grace was the Tech Dane.

Came to get my oil changed and tires rotated. It took a normal 45 min to an hour to get done. I drove my car away got across the street an smelt something burning under my hood. The auto technician's poured 1/2 quart of oil all over my engine and it was pooling in all the creases. I had to bring my car back for them to clean it. Would not recommend getting your oil changed at walmart.

Came to get an oil change and was told I was going to have to wait an hour and a half which I know is going to be 2 and a half hours because they re doing an oil change on a vehicle they don t have the right oil filter for, obviously the owner of that vehicle should have to wait not everybody else. And the last time I was here there was no excuses from them but I still waited 3 hours for an oil change, it should be done in 20 minutes

30 minutes to 45 for 2 tires. It's been 2 hours since I arrived and it still isn't done. So frustrated! Service at Wal-Mart sucks anymore. 2 guys working. 4 people have left with oil changes. Wth see where people spending more rate.

Worst place to get any work done. Came in for one tire and it s looking like I ll be here for many hours even though they should have done the tire when my wife was here to get it.
